Owns product vision and strategy for Maze's recruitment and panel experience, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to build high-quality participant recruitment systems.
Maze is the user research platform that helps companies build the right products faster by making user insights available at the speed of product development.
In most companies, research demand far exceeds supply. Time, cost, and lack of access to expertise hold teams back. In todayâs AI-powered world, anyone can build a product fast. The real challenge? Deeply understanding user needs and building the right product. Thatâs where Maze comes in.
We believe companies shouldnât have to choose between building fast and building right. Maze makes research accessible, intuitive, and fast so product teams can put user insights at the center of every decision.
Our platform enables researchers, designers, and product managers to quickly recruit participants, run studies autonomously, and surface insights that actually drive product decisions. Our AI capabilities automate the busywork and add depth and direction to the insights themselves.
Thatâs why Maze was recently named the #1 user research platform in UX Toolsâ Design Tools Surveyâand why weâre scaling fast across industries like B2B SaaS, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive, supporting world class customers such as Uber, Amazon, Atlassian, Anthropic & more.
Maze is a Series B company backed by top-tier investors (Felicis, Emergence & Amplify). We operate a global remote workforce driven by our core values.
Location: Remote , preference for Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain or Portugal.
Key engineering and product teams are based in these locales.
Maze customers need to reach the right participants and trust the quality of the people taking part in their studies. Recruitment is a critical part of research.
Weâre looking for a Product Lead to own the recruitment and panel experience at Maze. Youâll set the product vision for how customers recruit and manage participants across Maze, working across unmoderated, moderated, AI-moderated, and future research experiences.
This is a highly cross-functional product area that sits at the intersection of product, operations, and our panel partner ecosystem. Youâll work in a trio with Engineering and Design while partnering closely with our Panel Operations team, GTM, Customer Success, Research Partners, and other product teams.
Youâll own the customer and participant experiences as well as the systems behind them, helping Maze deliver a recruitment experience that is high-quality, reliable, and able to scale with increasingly complex customer needs.

Partner with Panel Operations to continuously improve the tools, workflows, and handoffs used to fulfill recruitment requests.
Help evaluate and onboard new panel partners and determine where deeper integrations can improve quality, coverage, or efficiency.
Develop smarter ways to route studies to the right participant supply based on customer and study needs.
Stay close to the operational side of recruitment so product decisions are grounded in how participant fulfillment actually happens.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Research Partners on customer needs, recruitment feasibility, packaging, adoption, and opportunities where recruitment capabilities can unlock deals.
Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfillment, and the overall recruitment experience.
You have experience as a Product Lead, or equivalent, owning complex product areas from strategy through execution.
Youâre comfortable working on products that span software, operations, and external partners rather than living entirely within a single product surface.
You can turn messy, cross-functional problems into a clear product vision and an actionable roadmap.
Youâre comfortable getting close to operational workflows and using what you learn to make better product decisions.
You have strong product judgment and are comfortable bringing a clear recommendation to the room, even when there isnât a perfect answer.
Youâre experienced partnering closely with Engineering and Design while bringing stakeholders from across the business into your product process.
You think in systems and look for scalable product solutions rather than one-off workarounds.
Youâre comfortable balancing customer experience, business needs, operational realities, and technical constraints.
You thrive in an environment where you can move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and continuously learn from customers and internal teams.
Experience with user research or research participant recruitment.
Experience building products with a meaningful operational component.
Marketplace or supply-and-demand product experience.
Experience working with external partners, vendors, or integrations that are critical to the customer experience.
Experience building products for enterprise customers with complex requirements.
At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Unique and diverse perspectives are welcomed, and continuous growth is encouraged. But thereâs finally a groundswell building around a path forward that eliminates this compromise - and Maze is leading the charge.

Builds and manages customer success relationships with provider health systems in Redox's network, defining engagement strategies and converting connections into references and commercial opportunities.
Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcareâs transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.
Opportunity & Impact
We are seeking a Customer Success Director, Provider Networks to build a relationship function that does not exist at Redox today: dedicated coverage of the provider systems (hospitals and health systems) connected to our network. Redox largely sells to companies that resell our infrastructure to their own customers â we have strong coverage against those direct customers, but none against our customerâs customer, the provider systems actually running on our network.
This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity IC role. You will define how Redox engages provider systems from the ground up: who to prioritize, how to build trust with hospital IT and integration teams, and how to turn relationships into referenceability, faster customer introductions, and eventually a path to direct commercial relationships with providers themselves.
You will start with a deliberately narrowed patch, our top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers on the network. Success means providers stay engaged, informed of new Redox capabilities, and willing to serve as references or fast-pass introductions for Redox customers selling into them. If the pilot proves out, this role is the foundation for a full team, with a leader hired to scale it.
Weâre a fully remote team within the U.S. that operates with radical transparency and a strong bias toward ownership.
We make room for everyone to be heard, regardless of level. We work openly, normalize not knowing things, and treat learning out loud as a feature, not a liability. In this role, youâll be expected to bring your real perspective on whatâs working and what isnât as you build this function, and to commit fully once a direction is set.
We default to public Slack channels over DMs, document our thinking in writing, and work async whenever possible. There is no existing playbook for this role, you will be building the outreach cadence, prioritization approach, and relationship-tracking process as you go, and bringing recommendations to the table rather than waiting for direction.
We own the relationships we build, not just the introductions on this quarterâs list. Youâll have latitude to define scope, prioritize your own patch, and see the work through from first outreach to a validated, referenceable relationship. We measure ourselves by the value we deliver - engagement, referenceability, and leads - not the process we follow.
Own and maintain relationships with an initial patch of provider systems on the Redox network, starting with the top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider systems, engaging largely with hospital IT and integration teams who manage the Redox connection day to day.
Build and track referenceability across your patch, keeping provider systems informed of new Redox features and capabilities, and willing to serve as references for Redox customers.
Generate fast-pass introductions: when an existing Redox customer wants to sell into a provider system you manage, use the relationship to accelerate that connection.
Identify and surface signal for direct commercial relationships between Redox and provider systems over time.
Define and refine the initial outreach cadence and relationship-management process for this function, since no established playbook exists today.
Track and report on engagement, referenceability status, and lead signal across your patch to validate ROI during the initial 6-month pilot.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to translate provider relationships into stronger network stickiness and customer outcomes.
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Provider/Client Relations within health tech, healthcare interoperability, or health data companies.
Direct experience engaging hospital or health system IT and integration stakeholders, not solely commercial or clinical buyers.
Comfort operating with high ambiguity and no established playbook, you will be building this function, not executing an existing one.
Working knowledge of the health data exchange ecosystem, including HIPAA-relevant considerations around health data sharing and network participation.
Strong track record of building trust-based relationships with technical and operational stakeholders at hospitals and health systems.
Ability to manage and prioritize a large book of relationships (dozens to hundreds of provider systems) autonomously, without a supporting team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report clearly on engagement, referenceability, and pipeline signal.
Proficiency with modern customer success and CRM tooling; hands-on experience with platforms such as Vitally (or comparable CS platforms), Salesforce, Zendesk, Gong, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier) strongly preferred.
Comfortable operating in a remote, asynchronous organizational culture.
Strong AI proficiency strongly preferred; comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate account research, call prep, follow-up drafting, and reporting across a large book of relationships.
Top 25 health systems by connection depth on the Redox network.
Epic-based provider organizations connected to Redox.
Hospital IT, integration, and interoperability teams managing the Redox relationship day to day.
Familiarity with health data exchange frameworks and standards (e.g., Carequality, TEFCA, HL7/FHIR).
Experience building a net-new function or team within a growth-stage company.
Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success tooling for relationship and pipeline tracking.

Leads sales compensation strategy and operations, managing payroll cycles, incentive plans, and quota design for a 350-person go-to-market team while transitioning pricing models.
Founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, Tines powers some of the worldâs most important workflows. Our intelligent workflow platform applies AI, automation, and integration with human ingenuity to drive real business results.
Tines serves a diverse range of customers, from startups to public companies, including Canva, Databricks, Elastic, Kayak, Intercom, and McKesson. Weâre excited about whatâs next, and weâre looking for others to join us on our journey.
Weâre looking for a sales compensation leader to own how we pay our go-to-market organisation, and how that changes as our commercial model changes. You will run the engine that pays roughly 350 GTM people accurately and on time, own the design of the plans, quotas and incentives behind it, and lead a small team of analysts.
The timing is the interesting part. Tines is moving from subscription and seat-based pricing to a consumption model, which means designing and running two comp worlds in parallel while we transition. At the same time we are rebuilding the quote-to-cash stack on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, which resets crediting and the data that feeds it. You will be central to both.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage and coach a small team, and you will also be in the model, in CaptivateIQ, and in the plan documents yourself.
What youâll do:
Run the compensation engine
Design the plans, quotas and incentives
Evolve the compensation strategy as we grow
Lead and grow the team
What youâll bring with you:

This role acts as the connective tissue across the whole Engagement Management team: as the primary point of contact for Adobeâs FDE leadership on program-level matters, as the owner of internal operating rhythm and team health, and as the person who represents the program to Code and Theory and Stagwell executive leadership.

Principal Software Architect designs and leads the data platform architecture handling internet-scale data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics serving for 12 million continuously-rated companies.
About SecurityScorecard:

Founded in 2013 by security and risk experts Dr. Alex Yampolskiy and Sam Kassoumeh and funded by world-class investors, SecurityScorecardâs patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting; making all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint.
Headquartered in New York City, our culture has been recognized by Inc Magazine as a âBest Workplace,â by Crainâs NY as a âBest Places to Work in NYC,â and as one of the 10 hottest SaaS startups in New York for two years in a row. Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Companyâs annual list of theWorldâs Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023 award recognizing âforward-thinking employers for their unwavering commitment to employee engagement.â SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moodyâs, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.
About the Role:
SecurityScorecard is hiring a Principal Software Architect to lead the system design of our data platform. Rating 12 million companies continuously means ingesting internet-scale measurement data, processing it across streaming, microbatch, and batch paths, storing it so it stays queryable and affordable as it grows, and serving analytics fast enough that customers can explore their own risk in real time. The data is not a byproduct of our product. It is the product.
That also raises the stakes on correctness. We publish a number about other companies, they dispute it, and underwriters price against it. A quiet data quality regression here doesnât produce a stale dashboard, it moves someoneâs score. Quality, contracts, and lineage are therefore architecture problems on this platform, not administrative ones.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Architect, alongside a Principal Architect focused on AI and agentic systems and a Principal Front-end Architect, and partnering closely with engineering leadership, Product, and Data Science.
Weâre looking for someone who is opinionated about data architecture and persuasive about it: an architect whose designs get adopted because the reasoning is visible, not because they carry a title.
Like the rest of our architecture function, youâll prototype to prove out decisions rather than implement full solutions, and youâll set direction through Technical Design Reviews (TDRs), and standards. You will lead the data domain, and youâll bring enough general distributed systems judgment to review designs across the wider platform.
Required Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Our platform runs on Node.js and TypeScript, with a React Microfrontend Architecture and PostgreSQL and ClickHouse for storage. We use Kafka for event streaming, and our infrastructure runs on AWS with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD. We are actively expanding our AI/ML infrastructure.
On the data side, Kafka is the backbone for event flow. Stream processing runs on Flink in Java, while batch and microbatch run on Spark. Some high performance pipeline components are written in C++. ClickHouse serves our analytical workloads.
You do not need to have used every tool here, but you should be comfortable reasoning across a stack of this kind and making principled architectural trade-offs within it.
Benefits:
Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!
The estimated total compensation range for this position is $240,000 - $300,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
SecurityScorecard is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and embraces diversity. We believe that our team is strengthened through hiring and retaining employees with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, ideas, and perspectives. We make hiring decisions based on merit and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex or gender (including pregnancy) gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, age, marital, veteran, disability status or any other protected category in accordance with applicable law.
