We believe strongly in an individual’s transparency and strong communication to enable the most effective and efficient path to team success.

If you’re interested in building a new category of products that will help improve the lives of people globally and you love working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborative, inspiring environment, please continue reading!

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day operational engine of Pendulum’s Revenue Operations team, ensuring every channel runs with precision and accountability as Pendulum scales. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations, this person will own the execution and operational infrastructure across Amazon, third-party marketplaces, retail, MAP compliance, and our growing HCP (Healthcare Practitioner) sales channel. You will drive cross-functional alignment, support building scalable processes, and ensure that each channel operates with precision and accountability as Pendulum scales. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally strategic and hands-on - comfortable designing systems and getting into the details to make them work.

What You’ll Do

Amazon & Marketplace Operations

  • Own day-to-day Amazon channel operations including catalog integrity, listing maintenance, content updates, and case management, ensuring a best-in-class brand presence on the platform.

  • Lead promotional planning and execution across Amazon and third-party marketplaces: manage deal submissions, coupon activations, Lightning Deal requests, and post-promotion reporting.

  • Monitor inventory health, partner with Supply Chain on demand planning inputs, and proactively flag stockout or overstock risks to leadership.

  • Drive the operational launch of new marketplace channels, building onboarding checklists, managing item setup, and configuring platform portals from initiation through go-live.

  • Own product listing quality across third-party marketplace platforms, ensuring content accuracy, pricing alignment, and brand consistency at scale.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across listings and fulfillment workflows to drive channel efficiency.

MAP Compliance & Unauthorized Reseller Enforcement

  • Own MAP compliance and unauthorized reseller enforcement programs across all online channels, ensuring consistent price integrity and brand protection.

  • Manage Trackstreet and internal monitoring tools to proactively identify violations across platforms, maintain enforcement logs, and report on compliance trends.

  • Lead seller outreach and remediation efforts, coordinating directly with unauthorized sellers and escalating to legal or platform partners as needed.

  • Develop and maintain enforcement SOPs and escalation frameworks to ensure a consistent, scalable approach to MAP and reseller issues as Pendulum grows.

  • Partner with the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations and legal team on policy updates, platform enforcement actions, and strategic decisions related to brand protection.

Retail Operations & Partner Execution

  • Execute the full operational workflow for retail partner onboarding, including completing new item setup forms and managing retailer vendor portals.

  • Process and track purchase orders across retail accounts, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment in alignment with retailer requirements.

  • Maintain up-to-date records across retailer portals, item catalogs, and compliance documentation for current and future retail partners.

  • Support cross-functional coordination between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain on retail execution needs and timelines, flagging issues to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations as they arise.

  • Serve as a day-to-day operational point of contact for routine retailer and wholesale partner inquiries, coordinating responses internally and escalating as needed.

  • Follow and help maintain SOPs and playbooks for retail operations, flagging opportunities to improve or update processes as new partners are onboarded.

HCP Sales Operational Support

  • Partner with the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations and HCP Sales leadership to build the operational infrastructure required to support and scale Pendulum’s Healthcare Practitioner channel.

  • Design and implement systems, workflows, and tools that enable the HCP sales team to operate efficiently — including order management processes, partner onboarding workflows, and sales support documentation.

  • Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure HCP-specific operational needs (pricing, fulfillment, materials) are met and scalable.

  • Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks within the HCP channel and develop solutions that enable the sales team to focus on growth rather than process friction.

  • Build and maintain SOPs and enablement resources that support a consistent and professional experience for HCP partners.

Who We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a related multi-channel operations function.

  • Demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including catalog management, advertising programs, and performance reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills — proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Databricks, or similar) strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional workflows, SOPs, and operational infrastructure in a fast-scaling environment.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and drive them to completion.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and external partners.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with MAP enforcement tools (e.g., Trackstreet) and unauthorized seller programs.

  • Familiarity with EDI systems, vendor portals, and retail partner onboarding workflows.

  • Experience supporting or building operational infrastructure for a B2B or HCP/medical sales channel.

  • Experience in consumer health, wellness, or CPG industries.

  • Exposure to cold-chain or refrigerated product logistics.

What Success Looks Like

In the first year, success means that:

  • Amazon, marketplace, and retail operations run with high reliability — minimal compliance issues, clean catalogs, and consistent performance reporting delivered on time.

  • The HCP channel has a clear operational foundation: defined workflows, reporting, and support infrastructure that allows the sales team to scale without operational friction.

  • MAP compliance is proactive, not reactive — violations are caught early, enforcement is consistent, and brand integrity is protected across channels.

  • New marketplace and retail partners are onboarded smoothly, with cross-functional teams aligned and execution hitting milestones on schedule.

  • The Sr. Director, Revenue Operations can rely on this role to own execution across channels, surface issues proactively, and bring solutions — not just problems.

  • You are recognized across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing as a high-accountability, operationally excellent partner.

Salary & Benefits

  • $95,000-$120,000
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Life & STD Insurance
  • Company match on 401 (k)
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO)
  • Equity

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Operations Remote Executive Assistant to Founder - Startup Support at FreedUp

Manages founder's calendar, email, meetings, and administrative tasks while supporting fundraising and investor relationship coordination for an early-stage AI startup.

Mid Remote Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

FreedUp is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of Orderly AI, an early-stage AI startup currently raising its seed round. The founder is juggling fundraising, investor and VC networking, product marketing, and customer-facing work — and needs everything that isn’t fundraising, networking, or selling taken off his plate.

This role starts on lower-agency, clearly-scoped tasks (calendar management, follow-ups, meeting prep, drafted-not-sent emails) with the expectation that trust and scope grow quickly as the assistant proves reliable. The founder has never worked with an assistant before, so this person should be comfortable building context fast, working independently, and earning delegation of higher-agency tasks over time rather than waiting to be handed them.

This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong written communication, organizational excellence, and accountability.

Location: Fully Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $1,000 - $1,700 per month (based on experience)

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role supporting a founder or senior executive — startup experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written English; comfortable drafting emails and messages in someone else’s voice.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to track a large volume of ongoing conversations, follow-ups, and introductions without anything slipping.
  • Comfortable working closely with a first-time founder who is still building trust in delegation — patient, clear, and consistent rather than needing everything spelled out twice.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Own scheduling across a high volume of virtual and in-person meetings — VC meetings, networking, demos, and customer onboarding calls.

  • Follow-Up & Relationship Tracking: Keep track of the “endless web of conversations” — who’s owed a follow-up, who needs an introduction, and make sure nothing is dropped.

  • Meeting Prep: Prepare the founder for VC meetings, customer calls, and networking conversations.

  • Email Support: Draft emails and messages on the founder’s behalf based on quick verbal direction, with a review-before-send step on anything sensitive (e.g., investor communications).

  • Investor Updates: Support drafting and coordinating monthly investor updates.

  • Light Personal/Business Admin: Take on ad hoc admin and logistics as trust builds — this may expand over time as the founder gets comfortable delegating.

  • International experience

  • Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere

  • Supportive and collaborative team environment

  • Learning and development opportunities

  • Potential Performance Bonuses

  • PTO

  • HMO after 3 months

Operations Director, Revenue Operations at Red Cell Partners

Director builds and manages the revenue operations system including CRM, pipeline forecasting, analytics dashboards, and sales enablement for a federal contracting firm.

Lead Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies that are bringing revolutionary advancements to market in three distinct practice areas: healthcare, cyber, and national security. United by a shared sense of duty and deep belief in the power of innovation, Red Cell is developing powerful tools and solutions to address our Nation’s most pressing problems.

The Role

We are hiring our first Revenue Operations leader. You will build the operating system underneath how we find, pursue, and win federal work — the pipeline, the forecast, the cadence, and the enablement that lets a growing team move faster than it otherwise could.

Pryzm, our CRM, will be implemented and live before you start. You are not here to run an implementation. You are here to make the system genuinely useful: clean data, honest pipeline, a forecast leadership can plan against, and a team that actually wants to use it.

You will serve two teams. Growth runs Account Executives against named accounts and programs, plus capture. Strategy sets how we position and which mission problems we go after. Both need the same numbers, and today they do not always have them. You are the neutral source of truth for both.

What You’ll Own

  • Pipeline, forecast, and cadence. Stage definitions, qualification criteria, and probability-of-win methodology. Weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecast, quarterly business reviews — you own the agenda, the prep, and the follow-through. Forecast accuracy is yours to improve.
  • The CRM as a working system. Own Pryzm day to day — configuration, data hygiene, reporting, and adoption. Bring in the government data that makes it smarter, and keep the standard high enough that people trust what they see.
  • Analytics and reporting. Dashboards that answer the questions each team actually asks. Win/loss analysis, source attribution, win rates by customer and vehicle and partner, and the revenue reporting leadership and investors need.
  • Planning and modeling. Annual and quarterly planning, target setting, territory and account coverage, capacity modeling, and the headcount case that follows. Support variable comp design with Finance and People.
  • Enablement and onboarding. Own how new hires ramp — the onboarding path, the system training, the playbooks and process documentation. Build the enablement that shortens time-to-productivity and keeps the process alive as we grow.
  • Process design. The pursuit lifecycle from identification through qualification, bid/no-bid, proposal, award, and recompete — with gates that are real rather than decorative.

Where This Goes

This is the first seat in a function that will grow. You will start hands-on and build the practice around what works — then make the case for the team behind it. We expect this role to expand into leadership of Revenue Operations as the business scales, and we will agree the criteria for that with you rather than leaving it implied.

You will also have unusual reach for a RevOps role: a direct line to the CRO, a seat in the rooms where go-to-market decisions get made, and two senior teams who need what you build.

What You Bring

  • Deep revenue or sales operations experience supporting a growing GTM organization — pipeline, forecasting, planning, comp, and reporting.
  • Real fluency in the data. You build the model, write the query, and design the dashboard yourself. Comfort with BI tools, SQL, and planning platforms.
  • A track record of getting adoption, not just building process. You know the hard part is making busy people want to use the system.
  • Experience owning a CRM as a business system. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar — we do not expect experience with Pryzm, which is new to the market.
  • Experience building enablement and onboarding that shortens ramp time for new hires.
  • This role is only useful if you say what the numbers actually show.

Nice to Have

  • Public sector or federal experience. If you are early into government work and want to go deeper, this is a good place to do it — we will teach you the federal mechanics.
  • Experience supporting both a sales organization and a strategy or corporate function.
  • Having been the first operations hire somewhere, or having built a function from scratch.

What This Role Does Not Own

  • Contracts work — negotiation, modifications, invoicing, subcontract administration, and compliance sit with our contracts function.
  • Capture management and proposal production. You build the process; Growth runs the pursuit.
  • An individual sales quota or customer ownership.
  • Accounting and financial reporting, which sit with Finance.

What We Look For

At Red Cell, culture is defined by the way our employees live out our values every day. Ideal candidates are DEDICATED and passionate about their work; COLLABORATIVE communicators who chip in where help is needed; PRINCIPLED and accountable; and THOROUGH, with real pride in the quality of what they produce.

Red Cell Partners is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status. This position requires U.S. Person status.

Compensation: $155,000-$175,000 base. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.

Our Red Cell Partners Benefits (may differ for each incubation):

For full-time roles

  • Career track opportunity with potential for rapid advancement with strong performance as the firm grows

  • 100% employer paid, comprehensive health care including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family.

  • Paid maternity and paternity for 14 weeks at employees’ normal pay.

  • Opportunities for professional development and continued learning.

  • Optional 401K, FSA, and equity incentives available.

  • Mental health benefits are available through Tara Mind.

  • Cost effective GLP-1 solutions available through Crux.

We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer: You’ll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.

Operations GeoPro Labs Inc: Head of Operations - Shopify App Portfolio

Leads day-to-day operations for a portfolio of three Shopify apps, coordinating development teams, managing product roadmap, overseeing analytics and support, and ensuring platform compliance.

Lead Remote Posted about 20 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
URL: https://geoproapp.com

The opportunity

I'm looking for an experienced operator to take ownership of a portfolio of three established Shopify apps with a combined ARR of approximately $1.87M.

The portfolio includes:

  • Geo:Pro: Geolocation-based storefront personalization
  • TrackiPal: PayPal tracking automation for Shopify merchants
  • Easy Lockdown: Content and storefront access control

Together, these are profitable, well-established products with engaged customer bases. They're not hypergrowth startups, but well-run businesses with clear opportunities to improve the product experience, strengthen operations and continue growing over time.

As the portfolio has grown, it's reached the point where I need an experienced operator to lead the day-to-day, keep the business running smoothly and turn strategy into execution.

The role is fully remote, async-friendly and suited to someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and building well-run businesses.

What you'd own

  • Team coordination and delivery: Run the day-to-day by coordinating the developer and tester through the full delivery cycle - from spec → build → ship → measure - keeping everyone aligned across time zones and hiring additional contractors as needed.
  • Roadmap and prioritization: We'll set the roadmap together. I'll be closely involved at first, and over time this becomes increasingly your call. Turn Amplitude data, review themes and support signals into a prioritized backlog in Linear, and write clear tickets for the developer.
  • Metrics and experimentation: Own the analytics story. Understand what moved, what didn't and what to try next. Design experiments and report on impact.
  • Quality and documentation: Continually raise the bar on user experience through better documentation, smoother onboarding, fewer rough edges.
  • Platform stewardship: Stay ahead of Shopify API changes, manage App Store compliance reviews and lead our annual Built for Shopify review to retain BFS status.
  • Support oversight and escalations: Our support agency handles tier-1 tickets. You're the escalation point for product and engineering issues and own the agency relationship, ensuring response times, ticket quality and the merchant experience meet the bar.
  • Shopify App Store Paid Ads: Oversee existing paid advertising campaigns, working with our marketing contractor to ensure everything runs smoothly. We'll set the marketing budget together each quarter, and you'll manage it.
  • Shopify App Store rankings: Monitor Shopify App Store rankings across the portfolio, identify opportunities to improve rankings and respond quickly when rankings decline.

What you don't have to do

  • Write code (there's a developer for that)
  • Do QA (there's a tester for that)
  • Handle routine support tickets (an agency handles that)
  • Respond to reviews (a contractor handles that)
  • Fundraise, hire executives, sit in stakeholder meetings or manage political overhead - none of that exists here

Growth areas we've already identified

  • Easy Lockdown: Shift to usage-based pricing
  • Geo:Pro + Easy Lockdown: Onboarding and activation optimization
  • Geo:Pro + Easy Lockdown: Feature gaps that address missing customer use cases
  • All three apps: Lift review ratings to improve organic App Store rankings

You're not walking into a blank page - there's already a clear direction, but plenty of room to test your own ideas.

What you'll be walking into

  • Small, remote team: You'll be coordinating a small team of contractors working across different time zones, so communication and keeping work moving are a big part of the role.
  • Established products: The apps are profitable and well established, but some of the codebases are older and occasionally require pragmatic workarounds rather than perfect solutions.
  • Data-driven decisions: Our analytics stack is solid (Amplitude, BigQuery, Shopify Partners)  - SQL fluency, or comfort writing it with AI help, is required.

How we'll work together

  • Founder involvement: I've run these apps alongside another business and know them inside out. I'll stay focused on product direction, strategy, quarterly planning and major decisions while you run the day-to-day.
  • Working rhythm: We'll meet weekly at first while we build context and alignment, then move to monthly strategy check-ins and quarterly planning sessions. Beyond that, you'll have the autonomy to run with it.

Who you are

  • Strong operator: You've successfully run product or delivery for a small SaaS team. Background isn't important - results are.
  • Technically fluent: You can write clear product specs, understand trade-offs and weigh development estimates without needing to review code.
  • Organized and proactive: You enjoy coordinating people, removing blockers and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Data-driven: You use Amplitude, SQL and customer feedback to inform decisions.
  • Self-directed: You're comfortable working asynchronously, managing your own priorities and taking ownership without constant direction.
  • Bonus: Experience in the Shopify ecosystem, App Store Optimization (ASO), paid acquisition or SaaS growth.

Where this could go

This isn't a role with a fixed ceiling. As you build context, take on more responsibility and the portfolio grows, there's scope for the role to grow too. Exactly what that looks like will depend on the business and the impact you have, but the door is genuinely open.

Role details

  • Time: Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week
  • Compensation: US$65-$85/hour, depending on experience
  • Employment: Contractor or employee - whichever works best for you
  • Location: Fully remote, async-friendly, any timezone
  • Start: As soon as you're available

How to apply

If this sounds like a role you'd enjoy, send me a 3-5 minute Loom walking me through how you'd approach your first 90 days. Assume you've had one week to get oriented - what would you focus on first, what would you want to understand, and how would you decide what to work on?

Email your Loom to: apply@geoproapp.com

I'll personally review every application. If your Loom is a strong fit, I'll invite you to a short introductory interview. If that goes well, we'll schedule a final, more in-depth interview before making an offer.

  • Fast Company Most Innovative Companies (2020, 2023)
  • Fortune Best Workplaces NY (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)

About the Role

Maven is looking for a VP of Business Operations to own the operating engine behind our core business — beginning with one of the most important numbers in the company: enrollments. This role is accountable for driving member enrollment into Maven’s programs across our core business and, by extension, the revenue those enrollments generate. It also owns three central functions that determine how well the rest of the company executes: AI enablement, central operations, and strategy & operations.

Enrollment is not a single-team problem. It sits at the intersection of nearly every function at Maven, and this role is built for someone who thrives there. You’ll partner daily with Client Success (who own the client relationships that unlock eligible populations), Marketing (member acquisition and lifecycle), Product (enrollment experience and funnel), Finance (targets, forecasting, and unit economics), Data (measurement, segmentation, and attribution), and Clinical and Operations teams. Because so many teams touch enrollment, a core part of the job is holding those cross-functional partners accountable to their piece of the machine — the engine only works when every team delivers its part.

This is a senior leadership role with a broad and growing remit. You will build, lead, and develop a multi-function organization — including leaders who own member growth, central operations, strategy & ops, and AI enablement — and you will be measured on what those teams collectively deliver. You set the strategy, define the operating cadence, and raise the bar for analytical rigor across a wide cross-functional surface.

We’re also looking for someone who can expand the definition of the job. A great deal of enrollment optimization work is already underway, but there is not enough strategic thinking about fundamentally new ways to drive enrollments — approaches that don’t simply depend on securing permission to communicate with a client’s employees. You are accountable for ensuring your team finds and opens those new avenues, and for creating the conditions and analytical foundation that let them do it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own member growth for the Core Business: Be directly accountable for enrollment targets across Maven’s core business and for the revenue those enrollments drive. Set the strategy, build the plan, and act as a control tower across all cross-functional teams driving revenue to deliver the results quarter over quarter.
  • Build and run a scalable enrollment engine: Own the full journey from eligible population to enrolled, activated member — spanning client launches, member acquisition and messaging, the enrollment product experience, and re-engagement of eligible-but-not-enrolled members.
  • Deliver AI enablement across the organization: Own the function that introduces new ways of working with AI at Maven — and, just as importantly, measures them. Build the adoption playbook, instrument usage and impact team by team, and continuously optimize the value the company gets from how Mavens use AI in their day-to-day work.
  • Lead the central operations team: Own the function that enables our member operations and client operations teams to deliver more operationally excellent service. Ensure the systems, tooling, and processes both teams rely on are effective and scalable — built to absorb growth rather than constrain it.
  • Lead the strategy and operations team: Own a central strategy & ops function that brings analytical rigor and operating discipline to teams across the org, with specific focus on partnering with Sales, Client Success, and Payer Growth.
  • Optimize relentlessly around data: Build and consistently iterate on the funnel, and create systems that enable quick diagnoses of opportunities. Build operational metrics that act as leading KPIs for each team contributing to enrollments and bring quantitative rigor into how teams execute against targets.
  • Hold the cross-functional machine accountable: Partner daily with Client Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, Data, Clinical, Payer, Sales, and Operations — and hold each team accountable to its operational KPIs in the enrollment process. Serve as the connective tissue that keeps every part of the engine delivering.
  • Instrument and forecast: Partner with Data and Finance to build the measurement, segmentation, attribution, and forecasting needed to know exactly what is and isn’t working, and to forecast enrollment and revenue with confidence.

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years of experience driving growth, enrollment, acquisition, revenue, or business operations outcomes, with a track record of personally owning and hitting a number — ideally in healthcare, benefits, marketplaces, consumer subscription, or another environment with a complex funnel and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven people and organizational leadership. You have built and led multi-team or multi-function organizations, hired and developed leaders beneath you, and delivered results through a team rather than solely through your own execution.
  • Elite quantitative ability as a core competency. You can build and interrogate a funnel model yourself, size opportunities, design experiments, and instinctively optimize around data rather than intuition. Strong quant is non-negotiable.
  • Strategic range across functions. You can set direction for several distinct teams at once — growth, operations, strategy, and enablement — sequence their priorities, and push each toward fundamentally new approaches rather than incremental improvement.
  • Operational systems and scaling experience. You have owned the tooling, processes, and systems that service or operations teams depend on, and know how to make them effective and scalable ahead of demand.
  • AI fluency and conviction. You have a point of view on where AI creates real leverage in a business, and the discipline to measure it rather than assume it.
  • Cross-functional leadership and accountability. Proven ability to align and mobilize many teams — Client Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, Data, Clinical, Operations — around a shared goal without direct authority over most of them, and to hold each accountable to its operational commitments.
  • Commercial instincts. You understand how enrollment translates into revenue and unit economics, and you can partner with Finance on targets and forecasting.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with high visibility and direct accountability for a top-line company metric.

The base salary range for this role is $275,000 - $320,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and skillset.

This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our teams primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, and remotely via San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in Boston, DC, Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend monthly Work Together Days within these cities. If you do not have experience in all of the areas detailed above, we hope that you will share your unique background with us in your application and how it can be additive to our teams.

Operations Business Operations Manager at MonetizeMore BR

Manages operational systems, process improvement, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination while integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and reporting.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About MonetizeMore

MonetizeMore is a global pioneer in ad technology, powering ad monetization for over 150,000 websites and apps globally. We combine proprietary technology with sophisticated optimization strategies to secure and maximize publisher revenue. We are a 100% remote, culture-first organization driven by four core values: Integrity, Enterprising, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), and Collaboration. We empower our global team with absolute location autonomy and flexible global schedules. We care about the impact you deliver, not the hours you log on.

About the Role

The company is seeking an experienced, systems-driven Business Operations Manager to transform informal workflows into owned, structured, and scalable operational systems. As the primary connective layer across departments, this role focuses on process kaizen, SOP governance, and end-to-end operational enablement—ensuring teams execute efficiently without reinventing processes.

The Business Operations Manager will manage the central project management infrastructure and partner directly with Product and executive leadership. Key responsibilities include preparing cross-functional teams for product launches, streamlining enterprise client workflows, and establishing organization-wide standards for accountability and visibility. As a data- and AI-fluent operator, the candidate will design structured spreadsheet models, integrate AI tools to accelerate documentation, and continuously optimize reporting systems.

Core Responsibilities

1. Process Kaizen & SOP Governance

  • ### Run a continuous improvement cadence across the process landscape; killing, combining, or improving SOPs weekly. Own the process vault and ensure every process is signed off by its owner and governed for adoption, not just documented.

2. Project Management & Visibility

  • ### Own and maintain BE’s project management tracker; ensuring all projects, to-dos, and tickets are tracked, visible, and actioned. Drive adoption beyond BE, building the foundation for a company-wide model with long-term integration into BL L10s.

3. Product Rollout Support

  • ### Support product release processes, structuring the operational side of launches so teams are enabled ahead of go-live. Work closely with the incoming Group PM to formalize this process as a repeatable model.

4. Cross-Departmental & Enterprise Client Enablement

  • ### Act as an operational connective layer across business lines and enterprise client workflows; surfacing blockers, coordinating data and documentation needs, and keeping cross-functional commitments visible and actioned.

5. Data & Spreadsheet Management

  • ### Own data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting for BE initiatives; Building and maintaining structured, reliable models that others can use without re-deriving logic. Comfort with formulas, structured data, and dashboard hygiene is core to the role, not incidental.

Who You Are

  • The Experienced Operator: You have 4+ years of experience in a process, project management, or business operations role. Ad tech, SaaS, high-data-volume or WordPress ecosystem experience is a plus, as is experience working with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • The Systems Builder: You default to structure, and you know the difference between owning a process and doing the work inside it. Given a messy or untracked workstream, your instinct is to define ownership, standardize steps, and build the scaffolding (trackers, SOPs, cadences) that lets other functions execute reliably.
  • Data- and AI-Fluent: You’re comfortable pulling, cleaning, and structuring data in spreadsheets without hand-holding, and you’ve used AI tools in your actual workflow to speed up documentation and process work.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: You can walk into an undefined workstream, ask the right questions, and leave it with clear ownership and a repeatable process.
  • Direct Communicator: You flag problems early and plainly. You don’t let a stalled ticket or an unsigned SOP sit quietly.

What We Offer

  • True Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the world with an flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.
  • Professional Development: Continuous opportunities for career growth, learning allowances, and direct impact on a fast growing company.

About the Role:

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in keeping daily operations moving smoothly across sales, events, marketing, logistics, and leadership teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting people, bringing structure to busy environments, and making sure projects do not fall through the cracks. You will support and improve internal processes, coordinate cross-functional projects, manage follow-ups, and help create clear workflows that make the team more efficient.

The ideal person is proactive, organised, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & CRM Support: Support sales operations by maintaining accurate trackers, working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, updating opportunity or activity data, preparing sales reports, and helping teams follow consistent processes.
  • Process Ownership: Build, document, and improve operational processes that create structure, accountability, and clear flow across teams. This includes developing checklists, templates, trackers, and standard operating procedures.
  • Event, Travel & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate conferences, workshops, travel, accommodation, shipments, inventory, merchandise, and event resources across multiple regions, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder needs are managed clearly.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Use Excel and internal reporting tools to collect, organise, and analyse operational data, track KPIs, identify discrepancies, and provide insights that support decision-making across regions.
  • Project Coordination & Problem-Solving: Take ownership of projects from planning through delivery, keeping timelines, stakeholders, documentation, and next steps organised. Proactively identify what is missing and drive progress without waiting to be told every next step.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a people-focused connector between sales, marketing, operations, leadership, and external partners. Build strong working relationships, align stakeholders, and communicate clearly across time zones and cultures.
  • Administrative & Leadership Support: Prepare meeting recaps, presentations, project updates, hiring support documents, budget summaries, and other materials that help managers and regional teams stay aligned.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when managing documents, spreadsheets, schedules, budgets, event logistics, and stakeholder communications.
