Duneâs Vision
Values and working at Dune
Data Foundation owns how blockchain data enters Dune, how it is represented and how itâs delivered externally. This is a role that involves thinking about large distributed data systems, recognising traditional scaling patterns and software lifecycle pitfalls, and is ideal for anyone passionate about those topics.
You will be the engineer we hand ambiguous product requirements to, and will be comfortable coming back with a design, a sequence, and a set of tasks the team can pick up as well as building the hardest parts yourself.
Turn product requirements into technical requirements: model the domain, define the interfaces and the workflows, and navigate trade-offs
Break large problems into work other engineers can own, and sequence it so we ship something useful early
Drive high-impact architectural decisions across the data platform, and own components end to end from design through production
Work across our stack, mainly Go, Kotlin, Rust and Python where they fit, choosing the right tool rather than the familiar one
Design for correctness and performance under real volume: large-scale ingestion, distributed processing, and data lake storage
Raise the bar on design reviews, testing, and how the team breaks work down
Mentor engineers by example, in a fully distributed team
You are a strong generalist with real computer science fundamentals, and you use them to adapt quickly to new technologies and problem spaces
You reason from first principles: you make assumptions explicit, identify the constraints and invariants that matter, and derive the solution rather than reaching for a familiar pattern.
You use computer science fundamentals as practical tools. You have designed and shipped distributed data systems, making their contracts, state transitions, invariants, and failure modes explicit. You know their fault models and scaling weaknesses
You are comfortable with ambiguity : you will talk to product, to customers, and to the team, then commit to a scope and defend it
You use AI tools well enough that they have changed how you work, you understand their failure modes and dislike ai-slop.
You communicate clearly in writing and get the best out of a distributed team
Experience with data lakes and formats such as Parquet, Iceberg or Deltalog
Experience at a company where the data is the product
A competitive salary and equity package đ. Both salary and equity is top 25% of companies in the space
Our employee equity scheme has world-class employee-friendly terms with a heavily discounted strike price (~90%) and a 10-year exercise window
5 weeks PTO + local public holidays (that can be swapped to suit you) đ
A fully remote-first approach đ§âđ» within a distributed team with flexible working hours; you structure your own day
Say goodbye to meeting overload! We believe in a healthy mix of async and sync work, so you can focus on what truly mattersâno more wasted time on endless meetings!
Good health is important, so we offer private medical insurance, dental & vision as standardđ©ș
We believe in paid parental leave đ¶ to help you celebrate this important milestone, transition to your new life, and bond with your new baby. We offer 16 weeks to primary and 6 weeks to secondary caregivers, fully paid. Plus a 2-week part-time phased return at full pay to help you get used to your new (and slightly more complex!) schedule
Quarterly offsites in various exciting locations as a company or team to connect, work together and have fun (so far in Tuscany đźđč Berlin đ©đȘ Austria đŠđč and Athens đŹđ·).
On top of this đeach person gets a yearly travel allowance to connect and co-work with someone or a team of people for a few days.
An allowance for your at-home setup, to ensure you are happy, comfortable and productive. If you prefer a local co-working space, weâll pay for your desk.
Work with some of the best people youâll ever get to meet!
And of course, you get some awesome Dune swag! âïžđ

Owns multi-year product vision, roadmap, and execution for a key product area, collaborating with engineering and design to define strategy and ship features.
Storyblok is a headless CMS that enables marketers and developers to create with joy and publish with confidence. It empowers you to deliver structured and consistent content everywhere: websites, apps, AI search, and beyond.
Legendary brands like Virgin Media O2, Oatly, and TomTom use Storyblok to make a bigger, faster market impact.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU
You will be joining a growing company where you can contribute to many âfirstsâ. Plus these benefits:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the multi-year vision, roadmap, and performance for a key product area at Storyblok. You will own the what and the why around your products, from early discovery and definition through launch and improvement. You will set standards across the product team, working closely with Engineering and Design to turn strategy into a clear delivery plan, make practical calls on scope and tradeoffs, and support teams all the way through to shipping. Youâll report on how your product area is performing, and represent that direction to executives, key customers, and industry analysts. Youâll also partner closely with our Developer Experience team to make working with our APIs, SDKs, and docs something developers actively enjoy.
Key Responsibilities:
Product area vision & roadmap: Set the multi-year vision and own the roadmap for a key product area. Decide what gets built in what order across this area, and explain why you made those calls. Bring net-new product bets to the executive team when you spot one worth making.
Product Discovery: Set the research agenda across your area rather than running all of it yourself. Decide what needs investigating, commission the work, and spot market shifts before they show up in the numbers.
Developer experience. Treating docs, error messages, and the composable/MACH integration ecosystem as part of the product.
Business cases: Build company-level business cases, such as a new pricing tier or a new market, that hold up in front of leadership and show how product spend turns into results the business can measure.
Release strategy: Set the standards for how releases are governed across the company: what ships in what order, what has to be working before it does, and what every team needs in place to be ready.
Stakeholder management: Keep executives, key customers and industry analysts informed and on the same page as priorities shift.
Cross-team leadership: Become the leader in your area, shaping organisation-wide product culture. Arbitrate the conflicts and competing priorities that span whole orgs rather than passing them up the chain.
Metrics & measurement:Â Set the metrics and analytics standards other product areas work to, and report on how your own area is performing.
Design and engineering collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering from the first research through launch. You shape the design philosophy at the platform level and set the component and API conventions teams follow, they bring the craft and the technical judgement, and together you decide what ships, what waits, and how good it has to be.
Writing:Â Set the spec and writing standards other product teams work to, and write the internal docs that inform executive-level decisions.
External communication and launch stories: Represent the product narrative externally through keynotes and analyst briefings, and drive category-defining thought leadership.
Mentoring: Mentor across the product team, growing ownership and judgement in other PMs rather than making their calls for them.

Senior Sales Development Representative generates qualified leads and manages outreach campaigns to build pipeline for the sales team.
Defines product strategy and drives adoption for Cluster Linking, Confluent's core data replication platform, across disaster recovery, migrations, and data sharing use cases.
Headquarters: Remote, Ontario, Canada
Weâre not just building better tech. Weâre rewriting how data moves and what the world can do with it. With Confluent, data doesnât sit still. Our platform puts information in motion, streaming in near real-time so companies can react faster, build smarter, and deliver experiences as dynamic as the world around them.
It takes a certain kind of person to join this team. Those who ask hard questions, give honest feedback, and show up for each other. No egos, no solo acts. Just smart, curious humans pushing toward something bigger, together.
One Confluent. One Team. One Data Streaming Platform.
Cluster Linking is how Kafka clusters are replicated, and it sits at the very core of Confluent. When a global bank architects zero-data-loss disaster recovery, when an enterprise migrates petabytes off open-source Kafka, or when a multinational replicates event streams across three continents, they're running on Cluster Linking.
This role will define the future of Cluster Linking: how we deliver seamless disaster recovery for Kafka workloads, how we build self-service migration paths into Confluent Cloud, and how we enable cross-organization data sharing to power real-time, operational data exchanges.
Cluster Linking is one of Confluent's fastest-growing platform products and you'll own that growth. Our largest customers depend on it, and because it cuts across Kafka, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security, your work will have visibility and influence across the company.
Launch and drive adoption for our one-click DR initiative. Take disaster recovery from a manually configured capability to a seamless, productized experience that customers can adopt with confidence.
Define the future of real-time stream sharing across organizations, including its security model, networking, access controls, and how it scales across organizations and use cases.
Power capabilities that let customers migrate to Confluent in a few clicks or API calls. Define the art of the possible and make the migration path a reason to choose Confluent.
Segment and re-package Cluster Linking. The product serves Disaster Recovery, migrations, data sharing, and cross-cloud replication, each with different customer needs and pricing dynamics. Define how we package, price, and position each so the offering works for customers and drives growth.
Partner closely with your engineering manager counterpart as a strategic partner. Use that partnership to understand tradeoffs, make decisions fast, and keep the product moving forward.
Work directly with customers. You'll be pulled in many directions, customers will ask a lot of you. Your job is to steer them toward the right architectures and models, get them excited about what's coming, listen to what they need next, and balance the present opportunity with where the product is headed.
Drive results. Run campaigns with sellers and solutions engineers, lead webinars, assemble teams of subject matter experts, and do what it takes to move your priorities forward.
Influence and energize the people around you. Confluent moves fast and people are ready to help. Harness that, get teams excited, rally cross-functional support, and turn organizational momentum into product momentum.
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in infrastructure, data platforms, or cloud products. You've shipped technical products and driven measurable outcomes.
Genuine interest in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure. Kafka is not simple. You don't need prior Kafka expertise, but you need to be energized by technical depth, not put off by it.
A results-driven mindset. You don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen. You get on calls with sellers, you pull in the right people, and you keep pushing until the work is done.
Proven ability to influence. You get people excited and aligned, across engineering, field, sales, finance, and leadership, often without formal authority.
Strong ownership mentality. You take responsibility from day one. You drive ambiguous problems to clarity, remove blockers, and treat the product like your own business.
Business thinking beyond the backlog. You think about segmentation, packaging, pricing, and market impact, not just features. You understand that how a product is offered matters as much as what it does.
Clear communication. You can make technical topics understandable for executive audiences, write sharp product docs, and present confidently to customers and leadership.
LLM or GenAI knowledge is a bonus, but not required
Belonging isnât a perk here. Itâs the baseline. We work across time zones and backgrounds, knowing the best ideas come from different perspectives. And we make space for everyone to lead, grow, and challenge whatâs possible.
Weâre proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. Employment decisions are based on job-related criteria, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other classification protected by law.

Senior People & Talent Operations Partner owns HR systems, payroll, compliance, and AI/automation workflows across 35+ countries while supporting the People & Culture team.
Headquarters: Fully remote
URL: https://www.testgorilla.com/
⥠This one's going to move fast. We're expecting a lot of interest, so we're running this as a focused hiring sprint. Applications and assessments close September 20, with interviews happening over the two weeks after that.Â
Where do we hire from? Almost everywhere. Check that your country appears on this page. For this role, you'll have at least 4 hours daily overlap with your UK-based manager.
Hi there, I'm Olive Turon, Head of People & Culture at TestGorilla. I'm excited to share more about the Senior People & Talent Operations Partner role and our team.
At TestGorilla, we're on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we're building the world's leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We're all AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we're now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you'll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
As our Senior People & Talent Operations Partner, you'll own People Ops as a product: the systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that let most of People & Culture run itself day to day, plus the tooling behind how we hire. You'll join a lean, two-person team, working directly with me, with proper and lasting ownership from day one.Â
Payroll, compliance, and HR systems across every (35, currently!) country we operate in are foundational elements of this role. Just as critically, you'll build and own the AI/automation and self-serve layer that keeps our People function lean, bringing a product mindset to everything you touch. Letâs face it: weâre a scale-up, so youâll also need to be happy wearing other People hats when the moment requires.
We're looking for someone autonomous, opinionated and candid, who'll tell me when I've got it wrong. You'll be dealing with real people and real problems, so you'll need to stay empathic but boundaried, structured and organized even when the pace picks up.
Iâm biased, but I think itâs a dream job: this is an HR role in an HRTech company changing the world of work for the better, weâll have immense amounts of fun, thereâs plenty of uncharted territory for you to make your own, and Iâm committed to helping you to do the best work of your life.
A quick check: if you've never built objectively clever automations (not just used one someone else built), this probably isn't the role for you. Automation is just that central to the job.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
Designing, building and maintaining a smart, automated and AI-enabled people journey - from pre-boarding to off-boarding - that frees up capacity for bespoke, white-glove treatment where it matters
Being the technical owner and orchestrator of our HR tech stack: evaluating and enhancing it, ensuring these tools are not siloed but unified and integrated.
Owning the non-Finance side of payroll, invoicing, contract administration, and compliance end to end, across every country we operate in.
Owning data privacy and recordkeeping, and the day-to-day relationship with our EOR vendor.
Owning configuration and troubleshooting of our hiring tooling, so hiring managers can run their own searches independently.
Owning the documentation that makes self-serve actually work in practice, ensuring that itâs structured in a way that is easily accessible to both humans and P&C AI agents.Â
Working with me to maintain a clean line between what's self-serve and what needs a person. We do not aspire to automate our entire People journey here.Â
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Has built and owned sophisticated automations (Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and the like) as a core part of an integrated HR tech stack, not just used AI tools day to day. Arguably the most important thing on this list.
Has managed payroll, compliance, or HR operations across multiple countries, ideally through an Employer of Record or a mix of EOR and direct entities.
Has deep, hands-on HRIS experience. HiBob experience is a big plus, and so is experience assessing or migrating HR systems.
Brings a product mindset: builds for the people who use them (employees and managers), listens to their feedback, and iterates rather than building in isolation.
Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment, and has worked in these kinds of teams and working cultures before.
Marries operational rigor with genuine empathy and a real interest in people. You'll be dealing directly with team members, sometimes on sensitive matters.
Is opinionated and candid, with excellent feedback and stakeholder management skills.
Most people in this role will have acquired these skills over five years of relevant experience. That being said, we care far more about what you've owned, your impact and how you've progressed, than the exact number of years.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone, even if your experience doesn't exactly match the description. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement - let's buck that trend!
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have any of the following:
Experience with an ATS or hiring platform such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
Experience with an EOR provider such as Remote, Deel, or Oyster.
HRIS implementation or migration project experience.
Experience supporting a team through organizational change.
Please note: In this role, you'll be hired as an Individual Contractor.
Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world.
Competitive compensation: âŹ56,520 - âŹ70,650 base pay + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs). This role doesn't carry a bonus component.
Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.

Drives product delivery and vision for a contact center platform from requirements through release, making scope and design decisions with engineering and operations teams.

Sutherland
Unlocking digital performance. Delivering measurable results
About the Role
Connect is one of the premier and fastest selling products at Sutherland, providing a full omni-channel, Contact Center as a Service solution for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team and drive the delivery of Connect products and services through the full development lifecycle.
The Product Owner sets product vision and roadmap direction. From that point the product is yours through delivery: shaping requirements into a solution that can actually be built, making the trade-off calls that decide what ships and what defers, driving the build, running QA and UAT, and getting the product released and ready to deploy. Client deployments are run by the project management organization, and you support them as the product authority. At times this team carries the deployment directly. This is not a coordination role. You are expected to apply product judgment on scope, design, and release readiness, and to carry the professional standing that earns you the respect of engineering, operations, and clients.
Real contact center expertise is essential. You will make product and delivery decisions daily on omni-channel routing, telephony, agent desktop, recording, reporting, and integration behavior. You need to know how a contact center runs well enough to recognize when a design will not hold up against real routing, peak volume, or a failover, and to make that case to engineering. Candidates must have delivered products or capabilities on a contact center platform.
You will join a team of Product Delivery Managers reporting to the Head of Product Delivery. Delivery work is shared across the team, so you will coordinate with your peers on dependencies, shared components, release trains, and release order, and help shape the standards the team works to. The role has no direct reports and depends on working effectively across architecture, engineering, QA, project management, implementation, and operations. This is a remote position based in the United States. The team works US business hours, primarily Eastern Time and extending to Pacific Time, and that must be your normal business day. This role cannot be worked as an offset shift from another region.

Lead test strategy and quality assurance for a real-money settlement platform, designing coverage to ensure financial correctness and auditable money movement.
QA Lead
About the opportunity
Lead the test strategy for a real-money platform, proving settlement math cannot leak, double-pay, or drift while building a traceable test-case library from scratch.
About our client Our client is preparing two AI-driven platforms for enterprise readiness, with a focus on security, correctness, and financial integrity ahead of a production launch.
What youâll do
Own the test strategy for the settlement engine: design coverage that proves settlement math is correct and cannot leak, double-pay, or drift.
Test the closed-loop money-movement path end to end and verify it is fully auditable.
Drive security testing at the RPC / SECURITY DEFINER layer, where the real business logic lives.
Verify access controls â 21+ age gating and identity verification â gate before any funds move (subject to Persona credential availability).
Author a traceable test-case library from scratch and stand up the shared defect tracker (Linear or Jira).
Report defects with precise repro steps; the client remediates and you re-test (you find, they fix, you verify).
Coordinate sandbox testing across OpenNode (settlement, test mode) and Resend (email).
Lead the CALL-IT pod.
What you bring (must-haves)
Senior QA / test-engineering experience on systems handling money, transactions, ledgers, or settlement â required, not adjacent.
Strong SQL / Postgres, ideally including stored-procedure or SECURITY DEFINER function testing.
Experience testing payment, settlement, ledger, or wallet flows, with an instinct for where money leaks or double-counts.
Working knowledge of Next.js / API-driven web apps and how to test an RPC layer.
Ability to design coverage where none exists and lead a small pod.
Rigorous, reproducible defect reporting in clear written English.
Bonus points for (nice-to-haves)
Fintech, payments, iGaming, testing background.
Familiarity with Supabase and Vercel.
Exposure to KYC / identity-verification flows (e.g., Persona) and age-gating.
Understanding of Bitcoin / Lightning settlement (e.g., OpenNode).

Weâre looking for a Senior Security / QA Lead to own the adversarial security testing strategy.
You will validate the platform against its existing freeze-audit self-test suite and design and lead the security coverage layered on top of it. This is a lead role within the workstream and requires someone who can combine strong security-testing expertise with hands-on technical skills, rigorous defect reporting, and the ability to work directly against a real codebase.
The engagement is full-time, approximately 12 weeks, and remote within LATAM.
Design and lead adversarial security testing of the deterministic decision path.
Attempt to defeat default-DENY, escalate privileges, or cross tenant boundaries, and prove that the boundaries hold.
Test multi-tenant isolation and owner-versus-customer scoping through the platformâs roster subsystem, using real tenant-scoped identities.
Verify the tamper-resistance of the hash-chained audit trail, including append-only behavior, hash-chain linkage, and detection of attempted mutation.
Validate authentication and authorization across tenant and operator roles.
Review and extend the existing per-module freeze-audit self-tests.
Ensure every governance rule resolves through the live intake path to a real engine record.
Rank findings by severity and provide clear reproduction steps in GitHub Issues.
Keep findings in the same line of sight as the freeze-audit CI gate.
Uphold the merge gate: nothing lands unless freeze-audit CI is green.
Partner with the client on architectural sign-off for any governance-core change.
Strong security-testing background, including penetration testing, authorization/access-control testing, or security QA against systems where boundary failure is the primary risk.
Hands-on experience with Python and comfort reading a real codebase to design tests against it.
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and a practical understanding of tenant isolation failure modes.
Practical understanding of cryptographic audit trails / hash chaining and how tamper-evidence is proven.
Experience with Docker and CI-based workflows, including GitHub Actions or equivalent.
Ability to work against a green-CI merge gate.
Proficiency with Postgres for validating durable state and persistence.
Clear written English.
Strong ability to produce rigorous, reproducible defect reports.
Experience testing policy engines, authorization systems, or agentic-AI guardrails.
Exposure to SOC 2 controls and evidence expectations.

Full-time engagement of approximately 12 weeks.
Remote position within LATAM.
High-impact environment focused on security, governance, and platform integrity.
Strong emphasis on reproducible testing, CI enforcement, and architectural sign-off.
A documented adversarial test suite that meaningfully attacks default-DENY and tenant isolation, with results.
Independent verification of audit-chain tamper-evidence.
A severity-ranked findings report that the client can take toward SOC 2 posture and a production pilot.
Freeze-audit CI green and a defect flow running cleanly through it.
