Owns product vision and strategy for Maze's recruitment and panel experience, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to build high-quality participant recruitment systems.
Maze is the user research platform that helps companies build the right products faster by making user insights available at the speed of product development.
In most companies, research demand far exceeds supply. Time, cost, and lack of access to expertise hold teams back. In todayâs AI-powered world, anyone can build a product fast. The real challenge? Deeply understanding user needs and building the right product. Thatâs where Maze comes in.
We believe companies shouldnât have to choose between building fast and building right. Maze makes research accessible, intuitive, and fast so product teams can put user insights at the center of every decision.
Our platform enables researchers, designers, and product managers to quickly recruit participants, run studies autonomously, and surface insights that actually drive product decisions. Our AI capabilities automate the busywork and add depth and direction to the insights themselves.
Thatâs why Maze was recently named the #1 user research platform in UX Toolsâ Design Tools Surveyâand why weâre scaling fast across industries like B2B SaaS, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive, supporting world class customers such as Uber, Amazon, Atlassian, Anthropic & more.
Maze is a Series B company backed by top-tier investors (Felicis, Emergence & Amplify). We operate a global remote workforce driven by our core values.
Location: Remote , preference for Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain or Portugal.
Key engineering and product teams are based in these locales.
Maze customers need to reach the right participants and trust the quality of the people taking part in their studies. Recruitment is a critical part of research.
Weâre looking for a Product Lead to own the recruitment and panel experience at Maze. Youâll set the product vision for how customers recruit and manage participants across Maze, working across unmoderated, moderated, AI-moderated, and future research experiences.
This is a highly cross-functional product area that sits at the intersection of product, operations, and our panel partner ecosystem. Youâll work in a trio with Engineering and Design while partnering closely with our Panel Operations team, GTM, Customer Success, Research Partners, and other product teams.
Youâll own the customer and participant experiences as well as the systems behind them, helping Maze deliver a recruitment experience that is high-quality, reliable, and able to scale with increasingly complex customer needs.
Set the product vision and roadmap for recruitment and participant management across Maze.
Improve participant quality by building stronger feedback loops, quality signals, filtering, and experiences that reduce confusion for participants.
Make it easier for customers to recruit the audiences they need across different study types, including more complex enterprise use cases.
Understand panel performance and identify gaps in participant supply, quality, and fulfillment.
Partner with Panel Operations to continuously improve the tools, workflows, and handoffs used to fulfill recruitment requests.
Help evaluate and onboard new panel partners and determine where deeper integrations can improve quality, coverage, or efficiency.
Develop smarter ways to route studies to the right participant supply based on customer and study needs.
Stay close to the operational side of recruitment so product decisions are grounded in how participant fulfillment actually happens.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Research Partners on customer needs, recruitment feasibility, packaging, adoption, and opportunities where recruitment capabilities can unlock deals.
Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfillment, and the overall recruitment experience.
You have experience as a Product Lead, or equivalent, owning complex product areas from strategy through execution.
Youâre comfortable working on products that span software, operations, and external partners rather than living entirely within a single product surface.
You can turn messy, cross-functional problems into a clear product vision and an actionable roadmap.
Youâre comfortable getting close to operational workflows and using what you learn to make better product decisions.
You have strong product judgment and are comfortable bringing a clear recommendation to the room, even when there isnât a perfect answer.
Youâre experienced partnering closely with Engineering and Design while bringing stakeholders from across the business into your product process.
You think in systems and look for scalable product solutions rather than one-off workarounds.
Youâre comfortable balancing customer experience, business needs, operational realities, and technical constraints.
You thrive in an environment where you can move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and continuously learn from customers and internal teams.
Experience with user research or research participant recruitment.
Experience building products with a meaningful operational component.
Marketplace or supply-and-demand product experience.
Experience working with external partners, vendors, or integrations that are critical to the customer experience.
Experience building products for enterprise customers with complex requirements.
At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Unique and diverse perspectives are welcomed, and continuous growth is encouraged. We believe that people are more than their resumes, so if your past experience looks different than the criteria listed, weâd still love to hear from you. We appreciate and celebrate non-traditional life routes and encourage you to apply should you connect with a job description or the Maze culture.
Maze values transparency and it enables us to approach compensation equitably across the world. We are informed by data and regularly check our salary ranges (either United States or Rest of World) against other venture backed companies. Additionally, we are proud of our holistic and generous benefits offerings, included in every compensation package.
Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. During your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations.
Early-stage startup: You will join an early-stage startup with less than 150 team members. This means youâll have the unique opportunity to directly impact success and help shape the future of Maze.
Market disruption: We believe that the way companies build products is fundamentally broken and the user research market is ripe for disruption. For too long, companies have been forced to choose between rapid development without user insights or investing months into research before bringing products to market. But thereâs finally a groundswell building around a path forward that eliminates this compromise - and Maze is leading the charge.
Product-market Fit: Maze is used by 100,000+ brands across 4,000 companies, from SMB to enterprises, and in the last fiscal year, we saw 6.5M questions answered, supporting 25K decisions

Builds and manages customer success relationships with provider health systems in Redox's network, defining engagement strategies and converting connections into references and commercial opportunities.
Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcareâs transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.
Opportunity & Impact
We are seeking a Customer Success Director, Provider Networks to build a relationship function that does not exist at Redox today: dedicated coverage of the provider systems (hospitals and health systems) connected to our network. Redox largely sells to companies that resell our infrastructure to their own customers â we have strong coverage against those direct customers, but none against our customerâs customer, the provider systems actually running on our network.
This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity IC role. You will define how Redox engages provider systems from the ground up: who to prioritize, how to build trust with hospital IT and integration teams, and how to turn relationships into referenceability, faster customer introductions, and eventually a path to direct commercial relationships with providers themselves.
You will start with a deliberately narrowed patch, our top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers on the network. Success means providers stay engaged, informed of new Redox capabilities, and willing to serve as references or fast-pass introductions for Redox customers selling into them. If the pilot proves out, this role is the foundation for a full team, with a leader hired to scale it.
Weâre a fully remote team within the U.S. that operates with radical transparency and a strong bias toward ownership.
We make room for everyone to be heard, regardless of level. We work openly, normalize not knowing things, and treat learning out loud as a feature, not a liability. In this role, youâll be expected to bring your real perspective on whatâs working and what isnât as you build this function, and to commit fully once a direction is set.
We default to public Slack channels over DMs, document our thinking in writing, and work async whenever possible. There is no existing playbook for this role, you will be building the outreach cadence, prioritization approach, and relationship-tracking process as you go, and bringing recommendations to the table rather than waiting for direction.
We own the relationships we build, not just the introductions on this quarterâs list. Youâll have latitude to define scope, prioritize your own patch, and see the work through from first outreach to a validated, referenceable relationship. We measure ourselves by the value we deliver - engagement, referenceability, and leads - not the process we follow.
Own and maintain relationships with an initial patch of provider systems on the Redox network, starting with the top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider systems, engaging largely with hospital IT and integration teams who manage the Redox connection day to day.
Build and track referenceability across your patch, keeping provider systems informed of new Redox features and capabilities, and willing to serve as references for Redox customers.
Generate fast-pass introductions: when an existing Redox customer wants to sell into a provider system you manage, use the relationship to accelerate that connection.
Identify and surface signal for direct commercial relationships between Redox and provider systems over time.
Define and refine the initial outreach cadence and relationship-management process for this function, since no established playbook exists today.
Track and report on engagement, referenceability status, and lead signal across your patch to validate ROI during the initial 6-month pilot.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to translate provider relationships into stronger network stickiness and customer outcomes.
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Provider/Client Relations within health tech, healthcare interoperability, or health data companies.
Direct experience engaging hospital or health system IT and integration stakeholders, not solely commercial or clinical buyers.
Comfort operating with high ambiguity and no established playbook, you will be building this function, not executing an existing one.
Working knowledge of the health data exchange ecosystem, including HIPAA-relevant considerations around health data sharing and network participation.
Strong track record of building trust-based relationships with technical and operational stakeholders at hospitals and health systems.
Ability to manage and prioritize a large book of relationships (dozens to hundreds of provider systems) autonomously, without a supporting team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report clearly on engagement, referenceability, and pipeline signal.
Proficiency with modern customer success and CRM tooling; hands-on experience with platforms such as Vitally (or comparable CS platforms), Salesforce, Zendesk, Gong, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier) strongly preferred.
Comfortable operating in a remote, asynchronous organizational culture.
Strong AI proficiency strongly preferred; comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate account research, call prep, follow-up drafting, and reporting across a large book of relationships.
Top 25 health systems by connection depth on the Redox network.
Epic-based provider organizations connected to Redox.
Hospital IT, integration, and interoperability teams managing the Redox relationship day to day.
Familiarity with health data exchange frameworks and standards (e.g., Carequality, TEFCA, HL7/FHIR).
Experience building a net-new function or team within a growth-stage company.
Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success tooling for relationship and pipeline tracking.

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
WHAT WE OFFER:
Lead and scale an engineering organization building a rewards and retention platform, managing a team of 9+ engineers and overseeing product development across consumer, business, and agent segments.
Who we are
Moniepoint Inc. is Africaâs all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month.
As Nigeriaâs largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the countryâs point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.
Why Pakistan
South Africa has one of the strongest engineering communities anywhere in the world, and we are deliberately growing our technology organisation in the country. We already have several team members based here. The work is fully remote, and the mission we are working on is a good deal closer to home than it is for our teams elsewhere.
So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Rewards to join us in Pakistan.
About The Role
Rewards is one of the most strategically important platforms at Moniepoint, and it is being built into a dedicated charter with its own engineering and product leadership. The platform sits at the centre of our retention strategy across a user base of approximately 23 million people.
Today the platform does one thing: cashback. It works, but it has barely scratched the surface of what rewards can be, and the cashback product itself is not yet built to the depth it deserves. The ambition is to evolve it into a full rewards, retention, engagement and personalisation platform â and to do that across the full 360 degrees of our network. That means rewards for our business customers, rewards for our consumer customers, and rewards for the sales agents who drive our distribution. Very few companies get to design this from close to a blank page at this scale.
The Head of Engineering owns that platform end to end. You will inherit a team of nine engineers, including an Engineering Manager, and build the organisation out from there â the current expectation is a minimum of three product units and upwards of 25 people, though the eventual shape is genuinely yours to define. Your first objective is to get the best possible performance out of the cashback product we already have. From there, you will work with Growth, Sales and Marketing to determine what we build for acquisition and retention, and roll it out across every customer we serve.
This is a consumer-facing product engineering role, and that is the most important thing to understand about it. Rewards is won or lost on experimentation, personalisation, and the quality of the experience in a customerâs hands. We are looking for a leader who has built and shipped direct-to-consumer products at scale, who is fluent in experimentation and A/B testing, and who has real depth in front-end and mobile engineering â not a purely backend platform leader.
Moniepoint runs a Domain CTO model. We view our Heads of Engineering as the CTO of their domain: you own the technical roadmap, the architecture, the delivery, and the organisation beneath you. You will have full autonomy over engineering strategy, architecture, hiring, operating cadence and roadmap trade-offs.
You will report functionally to our Group CTO, with a dual reporting line into the Product leader for Rewards. That second line is a delivery relationship rather than a seniority one â engineering and product are peers here, and you will build the team to full capacity together. Your responsibilities as Head of Engineering, Rewards includes:
Who You Are
Cultural Alignment
As well, we assess every candidate across eight dimensions that define how great leaders operate at Moniepoint. We look for evidence of all eight throughout the process, not just in a single conversation.
What Success Looks Like In The Role
Why Join Us
What To Expect In The Hiring Process
Moniepoint is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates.

The opportunityÂ
I'm looking for an experienced operator to take ownership of a portfolio of three established Shopify apps with a combined ARR of approximately $1.87M.
The portfolio includes:
Together, these are profitable, well-established products with engaged customer bases. They're not hypergrowth startups, but well-run businesses with clear opportunities to improve the product experience, strengthen operations and continue growing over time.
As the portfolio has grown, it's reached the point where I need an experienced operator to lead the day-to-day, keep the business running smoothly and turn strategy into execution.Â
The role is fully remote, async-friendly and suited to someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and building well-run businesses.
What you'd ownÂ

Where this could goÂ
This isn't a role with a fixed ceiling. As you build context, take on more responsibility and the portfolio grows, there's scope for the role to grow too. Exactly what that looks like will depend on the business and the impact you have, but the door is genuinely open.
Role detailsÂ
How to applyÂ
If this sounds like a role you'd enjoy, send me a 3-5 minute Loom walking me through how you'd approach your first 90 days. Assume you've had one week to get oriented - what would you focus on first, what would you want to understand, and how would you decide what to work on?

I'll personally review every application. If your Loom is a strong fit, I'll invite you to a short introductory interview. If that goes well, we'll schedule a final, more in-depth interview before making an offer.

Leads engineering for a large-scale internal sales and marketing tools platform, overseeing architecture, modernization, and reliability for systems serving 50,000+ sales agents and 20+ million users.
Who we are
Moniepoint Inc. is Africaâs all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month.
As Nigeriaâs largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the countryâs point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.
Why Spain
Some of our most mission-critical team members are based in Spain, having joined us from companies like Wise and Glovo. Moniepoint is one of the largest and fastest-growing digital banks in Africa, and this is an opportunity to work on genuinely impactful problems: disrupting financial services at scale in emerging markets, and building systems and products that process hundreds of billions of dollars in transaction volume annually for tens of millions of people.
So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools to join us in Spain.
About The Role
Sales and Marketing Tools owns MonieCRM, the operating system for Moniepointâs 50,000-strong sales network. This is not a CRM we bought â it is a workforce operations platform built entirely in-house for a multi-level field sales hierarchy, and it is how those teams run their day to day: the portfolio of businesses they manage, their own teams, their goals and performance, the physical and digital resources they need in the field, and an emerging AI-assisted support layer. Sixteen capabilities span onboarding and network management, pipeline and portfolio, performance and goals, compensation, and sales experience and support.
A significant part of the domain moves money. The platform owns wallets, commission calculation and attribution, cashout and welfare funds for a network that drives the overwhelming majority of company revenue â which makes financial correctness, not just availability, a core engineering requirement of the role.
Alongside that, the domain covers partner management, a rewards and retention platform serving tens of millions of users, and our marketing technology stack, including the engineering and customisation of Braze, the platform we use for customer engagement. The mandate is modernisation and reliability: re-architecting systems that have grown very quickly and making them dependable at a scale of more than 20 million users. This is a platform engineering and legacy modernisation challenge first and foremost, and prior CRM or SalesTech experience is genuinely not required.

Why South Africa
South Africa has one of the strongest engineering communities anywhere in the world, and we are deliberately growing our technology organisation in the country. We already have several team members based here. The work is fully remote, and the mission we are working on is a good deal closer to home than it is for our teams elsewhere.
So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools, to join us in South Africa.

Leads engineering strategy and manages ~25 engineers building backend systems for POS inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations across millions of devices.

Pakistan is home to the third-largest concentration of technology team members at Moniepoint, and itâs one of the fastest-growing markets we hire into, with real headroom for growth in seniority and scope. We look for people here who understand first-hand what it means for financial services to be difficult to access, and who want to work on problems at a genuine international scale - changing how banking works across emerging markets.
So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Supply Chain to join us in Pakistan.
About The Role
POS Hardware and Device Platforms owns the software behind the physical side of Moniepointâs business: the systems that track, move, maintain and account for millions of POS terminals in the field. That covers inventory and warehouse management, logistics and distribution, repair and maintenance workflows, and the operational tooling the business runs on day to day. It is a backend and distributed systems challenge at real scale - making operational data about millions of physical devices visible, trustworthy and consistent across every market we operate in. It is not a hardware engineering role.
The Head of Engineering, POS Supply Chain, oversees that software estate and is vital as Moniepoint expands internationally and scales device operations globally. The position involves leading the technical strategy for the domain and managing a large engineering organisation in a remote, distributed environment. As Head of Engineering, Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:

We already have several team members based here. The work is fully remote, and the mission we are working on is a good deal closer to home than it is for our teams elsewhere.
So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Field Verification to join us in South Africa.
About the role
Field Verification is how Moniepoint knows that the people and businesses on our platform are real. Every Moniepoint customer, retail and business, requires a completed field verification as part of KYC. The platform coordinates physical, in-person checks â verifying individuals, business owners, business addresses and loan guarantors â and it serves nearly every part of the company: onboarding, loans, compliance and the fraud team.
The system works today. A back office gives each business unit visibility and control over its own verification requests. A mobile-friendly web app puts the work in the hands of Field Verification Officers and the cluster leads who manage them across local government areas. An API layer lets other business units push verification requests in and receive results back by webhook, and an assignment algorithm routes each request to an officer close enough to carry it out.
We want to be straightforward about the rest. This domain has never had a dedicated engineering leader, and that is the single biggest constraint on it. The team is one lean, cross-functional squad â an Engineering Manager, four engineers and a QA â carrying verification volume for the entire customer base. They have done that impressively well, but running lean means running in keep-the-lights-on mode, and a long list of things that would make this platform substantially better has been waiting for someone to own it.
That list is the role. Trip and route management, so an officer can plan an optimal day across several sites rather than making a separate journey for each one â today we pay for a round trip per verification, and the logistics are nowhere near optimal. Capacity management. A native mobile app, wanted for a long time and never resourced. Liveness and identity verification tooling, exposed as APIs the rest of the business can build on. And as Moniepoint expands into markets where identity verification is as difficult as it is in Nigeria, Kenya among them, a platform that works beyond a single country.
There is a great deal of room to build here. Whoever takes this on will set the direction rather than inherit someone elseâs plan, on a system that already carries real weight for the business.
