Product Product Lead, Panel & Recruitment (Remote, EU/UK) at Maze

Owns product vision and strategy for Maze's recruitment and panel experience, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to build high-quality participant recruitment systems.

Lead Remote Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Maze

Maze is the user research platform that helps companies build the right products faster by making user insights available at the speed of product development.

In most companies, research demand far exceeds supply. Time, cost, and lack of access to expertise hold teams back. In today’s AI-powered world, anyone can build a product fast. The real challenge? Deeply understanding user needs and building the right product. That’s where Maze comes in.

We believe companies shouldn’t have to choose between building fast and building right. Maze makes research accessible, intuitive, and fast so product teams can put user insights at the center of every decision.

Our platform enables researchers, designers, and product managers to quickly recruit participants, run studies autonomously, and surface insights that actually drive product decisions. Our AI capabilities automate the busywork and add depth and direction to the insights themselves.

That’s why Maze was recently named the #1 user research platform in UX Tools’ Design Tools Survey—and why we’re scaling fast across industries like B2B SaaS, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive, supporting world class customers such as Uber, Amazon, Atlassian, Anthropic & more.

Maze is a Series B company backed by top-tier investors (Felicis, Emergence & Amplify). We operate a global remote workforce driven by our core values.

Location: Remote , preference for Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain or Portugal.

Key engineering and product teams are based in these locales.

About the Role

Maze customers need to reach the right participants and trust the quality of the people taking part in their studies. Recruitment is a critical part of research.

We’re looking for a Product Lead to own the recruitment and panel experience at Maze. You’ll set the product vision for how customers recruit and manage participants across Maze, working across unmoderated, moderated, AI-moderated, and future research experiences.

This is a highly cross-functional product area that sits at the intersection of product, operations, and our panel partner ecosystem. You’ll work in a trio with Engineering and Design while partnering closely with our Panel Operations team, GTM, Customer Success, Research Partners, and other product teams.

You’ll own the customer and participant experiences as well as the systems behind them, helping Maze deliver a recruitment experience that is high-quality, reliable, and able to scale with increasingly complex customer needs.

You’ll work on:

  • Set the product vision and roadmap for recruitment and participant management across Maze.

  • Improve participant quality by building stronger feedback loops, quality signals, filtering, and experiences that reduce confusion for participants.

  • Make it easier for customers to recruit the audiences they need across different study types, including more complex enterprise use cases.

  • Understand panel performance and identify gaps in participant supply, quality, and fulfillment.

  • Partner with Panel Operations to continuously improve the tools, workflows, and handoffs used to fulfill recruitment requests.

  • Help evaluate and onboard new panel partners and determine where deeper integrations can improve quality, coverage, or efficiency.

  • Develop smarter ways to route studies to the right participant supply based on customer and study needs.

  • Stay close to the operational side of recruitment so product decisions are grounded in how participant fulfillment actually happens.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Research Partners on customer needs, recruitment feasibility, packaging, adoption, and opportunities where recruitment capabilities can unlock deals.

  • Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfillment, and the overall recruitment experience.

You should apply if:

  • You have experience as a Product Lead, or equivalent, owning complex product areas from strategy through execution.

  • You’re comfortable working on products that span software, operations, and external partners rather than living entirely within a single product surface.

  • You can turn messy, cross-functional problems into a clear product vision and an actionable roadmap.

  • You’re comfortable getting close to operational workflows and using what you learn to make better product decisions.

  • You have strong product judgment and are comfortable bringing a clear recommendation to the room, even when there isn’t a perfect answer.

  • You’re experienced partnering closely with Engineering and Design while bringing stakeholders from across the business into your product process.

  • You think in systems and look for scalable product solutions rather than one-off workarounds.

  • You’re comfortable balancing customer experience, business needs, operational realities, and technical constraints.

  • You thrive in an environment where you can move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and continuously learn from customers and internal teams.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with user research or research participant recruitment.

  • Experience building products with a meaningful operational component.

  • Marketplace or supply-and-demand product experience.

  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or integrations that are critical to the customer experience.

  • Experience building products for enterprise customers with complex requirements.

Inclusivity and Pay

At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Unique and diverse perspectives are welcomed, and continuous growth is encouraged. We believe that people are more than their resumes, so if your past experience looks different than the criteria listed, we’d still love to hear from you. We appreciate and celebrate non-traditional life routes and encourage you to apply should you connect with a job description or the Maze culture.

Maze values transparency and it enables us to approach compensation equitably across the world. We are informed by data and regularly check our salary ranges (either United States or Rest of World) against other venture backed companies. Additionally, we are proud of our holistic and generous benefits offerings, included in every compensation package.

Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. During your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations.

Why Maze is unique

  • Early-stage startup: You will join an early-stage startup with less than 150 team members. This means you’ll have the unique opportunity to directly impact success and help shape the future of Maze.

  • Market disruption: We believe that the way companies build products is fundamentally broken and the user research market is ripe for disruption. For too long, companies have been forced to choose between rapid development without user insights or investing months into research before bringing products to market. But there’s finally a groundswell building around a path forward that eliminates this compromise - and Maze is leading the charge.

  • Product-market Fit: Maze is used by 100,000+ brands across 4,000 companies, from SMB to enterprises, and in the last fiscal year, we saw 6.5M questions answered, supporting 25K decisions

Benefits

  • Health insurance with international coverage, vision, and dental: 100% of the team member premium paid

    • For some locations, coverage options vary, please see our benefits pages for more information
  • Free access to proper mental health care, unlimited virtual therapy sessions (with a human) and 24⁄7 access to resources

  • Life and Disability Insurance, 100% of the team member premium paid

  • Flexible time off

  • Meaningful equity

  • Company retreats, fully paid for by Maze

  • New MacBook (laptop), paid for by Maze

  • Paid Family leave: 16 weeks for birth or adoptive parents

  • $500/month to be used for dependent health insurance coverage

    • If you don’t have dependents to add to your plan, you will still get access to this money to be used at your discretion to get the benefits that matter to you with our flexible a-maze-ing benefits - gym memberships, co-working spaces, food, travel, whatever!
  • $1,500 remote work setup fund to ensure you can set up a productive work space

  • Flexible work schedule where you manage your own working hours

  • Monthly Bonus.ly points that are awarded to others to recognize teamwork, dedication and helpfulness - points can be cashed out for gift cards and more

Support Director, Customer Success (Connection Networks) at Redox

Builds and manages customer success relationships with provider health systems in Redox's network, defining engagement strategies and converting connections into references and commercial opportunities.

Lead Remote Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

Opportunity & Impact

We are seeking a Customer Success Director, Provider Networks to build a relationship function that does not exist at Redox today: dedicated coverage of the provider systems (hospitals and health systems) connected to our network. Redox largely sells to companies that resell our infrastructure to their own customers — we have strong coverage against those direct customers, but none against our customer’s customer, the provider systems actually running on our network.

This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity IC role. You will define how Redox engages provider systems from the ground up: who to prioritize, how to build trust with hospital IT and integration teams, and how to turn relationships into referenceability, faster customer introductions, and eventually a path to direct commercial relationships with providers themselves.

You will start with a deliberately narrowed patch, our top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers on the network. Success means providers stay engaged, informed of new Redox capabilities, and willing to serve as references or fast-pass introductions for Redox customers selling into them. If the pilot proves out, this role is the foundation for a full team, with a leader hired to scale it.

We’re a fully remote team within the U.S. that operates with radical transparency and a strong bias toward ownership.

Impact on Team:

We make room for everyone to be heard, regardless of level. We work openly, normalize not knowing things, and treat learning out loud as a feature, not a liability. In this role, you’ll be expected to bring your real perspective on what’s working and what isn’t as you build this function, and to commit fully once a direction is set.

We default to public Slack channels over DMs, document our thinking in writing, and work async whenever possible. There is no existing playbook for this role, you will be building the outreach cadence, prioritization approach, and relationship-tracking process as you go, and bringing recommendations to the table rather than waiting for direction.

We own the relationships we build, not just the introductions on this quarter’s list. You’ll have latitude to define scope, prioritize your own patch, and see the work through from first outreach to a validated, referenceable relationship. We measure ourselves by the value we deliver - engagement, referenceability, and leads - not the process we follow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain relationships with an initial patch of provider systems on the Redox network, starting with the top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider systems, engaging largely with hospital IT and integration teams who manage the Redox connection day to day.

  • Build and track referenceability across your patch, keeping provider systems informed of new Redox features and capabilities, and willing to serve as references for Redox customers.

  • Generate fast-pass introductions: when an existing Redox customer wants to sell into a provider system you manage, use the relationship to accelerate that connection.

  • Identify and surface signal for direct commercial relationships between Redox and provider systems over time.

  • Define and refine the initial outreach cadence and relationship-management process for this function, since no established playbook exists today.

  • Track and report on engagement, referenceability status, and lead signal across your patch to validate ROI during the initial 6-month pilot.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to translate provider relationships into stronger network stickiness and customer outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Provider/Client Relations within health tech, healthcare interoperability, or health data companies.

  • Direct experience engaging hospital or health system IT and integration stakeholders, not solely commercial or clinical buyers.

  • Comfort operating with high ambiguity and no established playbook, you will be building this function, not executing an existing one.

  • Working knowledge of the health data exchange ecosystem, including HIPAA-relevant considerations around health data sharing and network participation.

  • Strong track record of building trust-based relationships with technical and operational stakeholders at hospitals and health systems.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large book of relationships (dozens to hundreds of provider systems) autonomously, without a supporting team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report clearly on engagement, referenceability, and pipeline signal.

  • Proficiency with modern customer success and CRM tooling; hands-on experience with platforms such as Vitally (or comparable CS platforms), Salesforce, Zendesk, Gong, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier) strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable operating in a remote, asynchronous organizational culture.

  • Strong AI proficiency strongly preferred; comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate account research, call prep, follow-up drafting, and reporting across a large book of relationships.

Who you’ll be engaging with:

  • Top 25 health systems by connection depth on the Redox network.

  • Epic-based provider organizations connected to Redox.

  • Hospital IT, integration, and interoperability teams managing the Redox relationship day to day.

Nice to have in your background:

  • Familiarity with health data exchange frameworks and standards (e.g., Carequality, TEFCA, HL7/FHIR).

  • Experience building a net-new function or team within a growth-stage company.

  • Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success tooling for relationship and pipeline tracking.

$185,000 - $205,000 a year

*The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment.

Project Management Program Lead, Enterprise Transformation (US) at Code and Theory

Leads a cross-functional program delivery team managing Adobe's enterprise generative AI adoption initiative, owning operating rhythm, client relationships, and program performance.

Lead Remote Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Code and Theory, we thrive at the intersection of creativity and technology. We empower brands by driving seamless execution, transformative solutions, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Through a culture of invention, our teams turn ideas into impact—creating innovative, memorable experiences for clients and their audiences.

Code and Theory is looking for a Program Delivery Lead to run the operating engine behind Project Ignite, our embedded-team partnership with Adobe that drives enterprise customer adoption of generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly and Adobe GenStudio.

The Program Lead owns the whole program rather than an individual client account. This role acts as the connective tissue across the whole Engagement Management team: as the primary point of contact for Adobe’s FDE leadership on program-level matters, as the owner of internal operating rhythm and team health, and as the person who represents the program to Code and Theory and Stagwell executive leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Set the internal operating rhythm and drive the decisions behind it, leading a weekly full-team sync and a recurring senior-leadership huddle where staffing, performance, and hiring calls get made
  • Own the program’s voice with the client and with internal leadership, delivering recurring executive readouts in multiple formats, backed by a regular written update and continuous progress tracking
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s program leadership on program-level matters, while individual Engagement Managers own their account relationships directly
  • Read and adapt to changes in the client’s own organization, adjusting the program’s engagement model in step with how the partner organization evolves
  • Run interference for the team, stepping in directly with the client when requests land unreasonably rather than passing pressure down to individual team members
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and internal leadership to negotiate and close contract renewals, including headcount, fee structure, KPI-based adjustments, and delivery-model scope
  • Maintain working fluency in contract mechanics, including redlines, rate structures, and budget tracking, enough to catch issues early and drive documents to signature
  • Track program KPIs against target and proactively work with the team to course-correct the moment forecasts show signs of drifting off track
  • Partner closely with the recruiting team to shape hiring strategy, screening criteria, and final hiring decisions for the engagement team, leading through influence and credibility rather than a formal reporting relationship
  • Act as the primary point of resolution when client leadership raises a performance concern about a team member, balancing the client relationship with fair, considered outcomes for your people
  • Own the onboarding curriculum and keep it current as the team and tools evolve, and monitor team capacity and workload proactively
  • Maintain the program’s core artifacts and a growing library of reusable playbooks and tools, treating documentation and process as a deliverable in their own right

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Background in program/client delivery management, ideally within a staff-augmentation, matrix organization, consulting, or professional-services model
  • Comfort owning a portfolio of engagements without running any single one directly
  • Demonstrated executive stakeholder management: experience running recurring readouts or steerco-style meetings with senior client-side executives (VP/Director+) and briefing internal C-suite leadership
  • Strong, tone-adaptive communication and comfort moving between Engagement Managers, client-side leadership, and internal executives
  • Informal leadership that builds cohesion, and the ability to rally a team around shared goals and a common bar for quality, using trust and communication rather than positional authority
  • A builder’s instinct for process and documentation, comfortable creating and maintaining trackers, onboarding curricula, and playbooks rather than just executing against someone else’s
  • Ability to synthesize cross-functional information into clear, AI-augmented systems
  • Ability to partner with Legal, Finance, and leadership to negotiate and close SOWs, plan and account for headcount, KPI-based fee adjustments, and delivery-model splits, and track budget burn against the SOW to flag variances early
  • Ownership of program KPIs against target, with a track record of proactively working with a team to course-correct when forecasts show signs of drifting off track
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort navigating a partner organization that changes its own structure with little notice

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience scaling a distributed team
  • A keen eye for identifying expansion opportunities across an account portfolio, spotting where a program can grow and translating that into a clear business case for leadership and the client
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools in a creative or marketing context
  • Background in agency operations, martech, or enterprise software adoption programs
  • Experience partnering with a recruiting or talent team on a live, time-sensitive hiring pipeline

Born in 2001, Code and Theory is a digital-first creative agency that sits at the center of creativity and technology. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.

Finance Finance Analyst at Flex

Analyzes ROI of growth investments and works with go-to-market teams on deal structure, pricing, and budget planning for an AI-native banking platform.

Junior Remote Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners.

We’re re-architecting the entire financial system for entrepreneurs—from the first dollar a business earns to how that value compounds, moves, and is ultimately spent in real life. Banking, credit, payments, personal finance, and financial operations—rebuilt from the ground up as a single, intelligent system. Flex is the full financial home for ambitious owners.

Since launching publicly in September 2023, Flex has scaled from zero to nine-figure annualized revenue, with a clear path to profitability by late 2026. We move fast, ship relentlessly, and operate with extreme ownership.

Our customers are affluent business owners ($3–$200M in revenue)—the backbone of the economy and one of the most underserved segments in finance. They’re stuck with outdated banks and fragmented tools. We’re replacing all of it. The opportunity is massive: a ~$1T+ revenue market hiding in plain sight. Our ambition is to build a $100B+ company by delivering a product that is fundamentally better—not incrementally improved.

Flex has raised $100M+ in equity and $300M+ in debt.

- Mission-critical problems: We build software that directly controls how money moves at scale.

- High bar, low ego: Small teams, exceptional people, real ownership.

- Speed over comfort: We prioritize execution, quality, clarity, and results.

- Enduring impact: What we’re building will define how a generation of owners runs their businesses.

Team & Locations

We hire exceptional people who want to build hard things and see their work matter immediately. Roles are available in: San Francisco, Miami, New York, and fully remote.

Flex Fuels Ambition.

About Us

This is a ground-floor seat on a small finance team, and it’s a genuinely embedded one. Most of your week will be spent with our go-to-market org — reporting on what our growth spend is actually returning, and acting as the finance counterpart on deal structure and pricing. The rest goes to the budget cycle, where you’ll sit with department leads to build and defend their plans.

We’re hiring for judgment and speed, not years served. If you’re two years out of a banking analyst program, or a strong new grad who models well and writes clearly, you’re the profile. You’ll report to our Director of FP&A and get real exposure to the exec team.

What You’ll Do

Be the finance partner to go-to-market

  • Own reporting on the ROI of our growth investments — by channel, campaign, and segment — so the team knows what’s working and what to cut

  • Run Deal Desk: serve as the finance liaison on pricing, deal structure, and non-standard terms, and be the person go-to-market pulls in before a deal gets committed

  • Build and maintain the customer and growth economics that inform how we invest in acquisition

  • Sit in go-to-market’s meetings, not just their inbox — translate their questions into analysis and hand back a recommendation instead of a spreadsheet

Run the budget cycle with the teams

  • Partner with department leads through quarterly budget and headcount planning — collect inputs, pressure-test them, and translate them into the plan

  • Track spend against budget, surface drift before it compounds, and flag what needs a decision

  • Build the analysis behind headcount, vendor, and resourcing calls — payback, cost-to-serve, build-vs-buy

Support forecasting and reporting

  • Support the monthly forecast cycle: pull and reconcile actuals, build the variance analysis, and draft the commentary that explains what moved and why

  • Maintain the schedules and drivers that feed the company operating model, working alongside the Director of FP&A

  • Help assemble the monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership, the board, and lenders

Automate anything you do twice

  • Replace recurring manual work with something durable — AI workflows, queries, dashboards, templates — so next month it takes minutes

  • Bring rigor to automated output: reconcile it, stress it, and know where it breaks before someone else finds out

Requirements

  • 0–2 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or a comparably analytical role — exceptional new grads welcome

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative field

  • You build financial models from a blank sheet. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets is table stakes here, not a bullet point

  • Hands-on exposure to a real budgeting or forecasting cycle

  • AI is already the default in how you work, and you have the judgment to go with it: a reliable instinct for when a machine-generated answer is wrong, and the discipline to check before you forward it

  • You write clearly. You can compress a 40-tab model into three sentences a founder can act on

  • Extreme attention to detail, and comfort operating in ambiguity at speed — priorities here change faster than the plan does

  • Based in the US

Nice to Haves

  • SQL — you can pull your own data instead of filing a ticket

  • Python, or comparable scripting for analysis and automation

  • BI and analytics tooling (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Hex) and modern planning tools (Pigment, Cube, Aleph, NetSuite)

  • Fintech, banking, or lending background

$80,000 - $100,000 a year

$80,000 – $100,000 base, plus full benefits. Title and compensation are commensurate with experience, performance in the interview, and location.

🕺About the Role

This isn’t traditional customer support. You’re a trusted advisor serving our high-net-worth members. We’re committed to delivering premium, white-glove service with an uncompromising standard for quality. You’ll operate as an autonomous problem-solver, handling complex fintech scenarios with precision and sophistication, including cross-functional troubleshooting, compliance coordination, and fraud detection.

✅ What You’ll Do

  • Handle complex customer issues across banking, credit, and payments via email, chat, and phone with precision and clarity: requiring thorough investigation across multiple internal systems before providing answers that meet our quality standards
  • Guide VIP and high-revenue accounts through multi-step processes with excellence (document verification, account setup, feature troubleshooting) maintaining the highest standards of care and service quality
  • Handle sensitive scenarios with discretion and expertise: frozen accounts, disputed transactions, application denials, and compliance-related communications—executing each with precision and professional judgment
  • Coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance teams to resolve multi-stakeholder issues
  • File detailed bug reports and test new features in staging environments
  • Create and update documentation when you encounter process gaps
  • Qualify high-value sales leads with rigor and route to appropriate account executives, ensuring every introduction meets our quality standards and reflects our commitment to excellence

⚡️ What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Clear, professional communication: your written/spoken English is flawless. You can explain complex fintech concepts to a non-technical customer. You write concise Slack messages and detailed Linear tickets.
  • High ownership: you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do. If you see a broken process, you fix it or document the gap.
  • Investigative mindset: you dig into issues until you understand the root cause. You don’t just relay information; you synthesize it.
  • Technical fluency: You learn new software fast. You can navigate Zendesk, Salesforce, Linear, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets without someone holding your hand.
  • Exceptional judgment: you can read between the lines. You know when a customer is confused vs. trying to game the system. You escalate the right things at the right time.
  • Emotional resilience: you stay calm when customers are frustrated, systems are down, or priorities shift mid-shift.

Why This Role Is Worth It!

  • You’ll learn more in 6 months than most people learn in 3 years. Fintech moves fast, and you’ll be at the center of product launches, compliance changes, and operational challenges.
  • You’ll work with a world-class team. Smart, driven, low-ego people who get stuff done.
  • You’ll have real influence. You’re not just a ticket-taker. You’ll shape how we support customers, build processes, and scale the team.
  • You’ll work remotely with autonomy. No micromanagement. You own your shift.

Strongly Preferred

  • Fluent English (written and spoken at a professional level—you’ll be the voice of Flex)
  • 2+ years in fintech or financial services customer support (ideally at a startup or high-growth company where you wore multiple hats)
  • Availability to work nights and weekends (Local and/or US business hours)
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools

$18,000 - $25,000 a year
