Job Title: Chiropractic Business Development Team Lead - Remote or Hybrid
Full Time, Days - Occasional evening and weekend work
Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated, modern software to rehab therapy and chiropractic practices, the teams within, and the patients they serve. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the therapy EHR space and an emerging leader in chiropractic technology, we are looking for a Chiropractic Business Development Team Lead to help us accelerate Prompt’s growth within the chiropractic market.
Why Work for Prompt?
BIG Challenges: At Prompt, we are solving complex and unique problems that have plagued healthcare practices for decades.
Talented People: Prompt didn’t happen by chance. It’s a team of incredibly talented and proven individuals who joined forces to build exceptional software for rehab and chiropractic practices.
Healthy Approach: This isn’t an investment bank. We work long hours when needed, but at Prompt you own your workload, and the organization values smart work over simply working more hours.
Positive Impact: Prompt helps practices operate more efficiently, grow their businesses, and deliver better patient care. We’re helping modernize an industry that has historically relied on fragmented, manual, and outdated technology.
The Role
Prompt has built an industry-leading Business Development organization, and Chiropractic is one of our key growth markets.
We are looking for a competitive, data-driven, highly motivated Chiropractic Business Development Team Lead to help lead and scale our Chiropractic BDR team.
You will report to the Manager of Business Development and serve as a frontline leader for the Chiropractic BDR team, helping drive performance, develop talent, and continuously improve how Prompt goes to market within the chiropractic community.

Develop deep expertise in the chiropractic buyer, including common practice workflows, operational challenges, technology pain points, competitive solutions, and the priorities of chiropractors and chiropractic practice leaders.
Lead by example by maintaining strong personal prospecting habits and demonstrating effective calling, messaging, follow-up, discovery, and objection-handling techniques.
Monitor team metrics and KPIs, including calls, connects, conversations, demos booked, demos arrived, conversion rates, pipeline generated, and quota attainment.
Use data to improve team effectiveness, identifying trends across individual reps, campaigns, lead sources, messaging, and segments and translating those insights into coaching or process changes.
Provide ongoing sales coaching based on individual performance data, call recordings, observed behaviors, and demonstrated skill gaps.
Support onboarding and ramping of new Chiropractic BDRs by facilitating training, role plays, shadowing, systems education, chiropractic market education, and early-stage coaching.
Reinforce sales processes and Rules of Engagement, ensuring BDRs consistently follow Prompt’s qualification criteria, CRM requirements, prospecting workflows, and account ownership standards.

Leads a team of engineers to build and scale Moniepoint's rewards platform, managing platform architecture, team expansion, and feature development across consumer and business segments.
Who we are
Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month.
As Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the country’s point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.
Why Spain
Some of our most mission-critical team members are based in Spain, having joined us from companies like Wise and Glovo. Moniepoint is one of the largest and fastest-growing digital banks in Africa, and this is an opportunity to work on genuinely impactful problems: disrupting financial services at scale in emerging markets, and building systems and products that process hundreds of billions of dollars in transaction volume annually for tens of millions of people.
So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Rewards to join us in Spain.
About The Role
Rewards is one of the most strategically important platforms at Moniepoint, and it is being built into a dedicated charter with its own engineering and product leadership. The platform sits at the centre of our retention strategy across a user base of approximately 23 million people.
Today the platform does one thing: cashback. It works, but it has barely scratched the surface of what rewards can be, and the cashback product itself is not yet built to the depth it deserves. The ambition is to evolve it into a full rewards, retention, engagement and personalisation platform — and to do that across the full 360 degrees of our network. That means rewards for our business customers, rewards for our consumer customers, and rewards for the sales agents who drive our distribution. Very few companies get to design this from close to a blank page at this scale.
The Head of Engineering owns that platform end to end. You will inherit a team of nine engineers, including an Engineering Manager, and build the organisation out from there — the current expectation is a minimum of three product units and upwards of 25 people, though the eventual shape is genuinely yours to define. Your first objective is to get the best possible performance out of the cashback product we already have. From there, you will work with Growth, Sales and Marketing to determine what we build for acquisition and retention, and roll it out across every customer we serve.
This is a consumer-facing product engineering role, and that is the most important thing to understand about it. Rewards is won or lost on experimentation, personalisation, and the quality of the experience in a customer’s hands. We are looking for a leader who has built and shipped direct-to-consumer products at scale, who is fluent in experimentation and A/B testing, and who has real depth in front-end and mobile engineering — not a purely backend platform leader.
Moniepoint runs a Domain CTO model. We view our Heads of Engineering as the CTO of their domain: you own the technical roadmap, the architecture, the delivery, and the organisation beneath you. You will have full autonomy over engineering strategy, architecture, hiring, operating cadence and roadmap trade-offs.
You will report functionally to our Group CTO, with a dual reporting line into the Product leader for Rewards. That second line is a delivery relationship rather than a seniority one — engineering and product are peers here, and you will build the team to full capacity together. Your responsibilities as Head of Engineering, Rewards includes:

You will sit alongside our senior sales leaders with our prospects and customers to explain the Rewards Network value proposition. You will deliver custom, sophisticated, compelling sales and service messages while evangelizing the range of custom marketing programs and services available to these customers.
You will direct our broader restaurant marketing team on how to craft personalized sales pitches for our most important customers, enabling you to create new and differentiated value through our marketing and capital products. By understanding each customer segment and particular customer need, you will oversee personalized, clear, concise value propositions supported by data and analysis. You will work hand in hand with your colleagues in marketing to outline and craft proposed customer marketing campaigns.
You will interact with customers to source feedback and develop an understanding of their business, solution, and product needs. Leveraging this feedback, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment and the specific language that our competitors use to speak to their products.

Leads engineering team building and scaling Moniepoint's field verification platform that coordinates physical KYC checks across Nigeria.
Who we are
Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month.
As Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the country’s point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.
Why the UK
The UK is home to our headquarters where more than 70 team members are based, with team members joining us from companies like Tide, Klarna, Revolut, Capital One, Teya, Wise, Starling, Monzo, and many others! Our London office is located at Sea Containers, just by London Bridge - this is also where a significant number of our most senior leaders sit, which makes it a natural base for a Head of Engineering.
So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Field Verification to join us in UK.
About The Role
Field Verification is how Moniepoint knows that the people and businesses on our platform are real. Every Moniepoint customer, retail and business, requires a completed field verification as part of KYC. The platform coordinates physical, in-person checks — verifying individuals, business owners, business addresses and loan guarantors — and it serves nearly every part of the company: onboarding, loans, compliance and the fraud team.
The system works today. A back office gives each business unit visibility and control over its own verification requests. A mobile-friendly web app puts the work in the hands of Field Verification Officers and the cluster leads who manage them across local government areas. An API layer lets other business units push verification requests in and receive results back by webhook, and an assignment algorithm routes each request to an officer close enough to carry it out.
We want to be straightforward about the rest. This domain has never had a dedicated engineering leader, and that is the single biggest constraint on it. The team is one lean, cross-functional squad — an Engineering Manager, four engineers and a QA — carrying verification volume for the entire customer base. They have done that impressively well, but running lean means running in keep-the-lights-on mode, and a long list of things that would make this platform substantially better has been waiting for someone to own it.
That list is the role. Trip and route management, so an officer can plan an optimal day across several sites rather than making a separate journey for each one — today we pay for a round trip per verification, and the logistics are nowhere near optimal. Capacity management. A native mobile app, wanted for a long time and never resourced. Liveness and identity verification tooling, exposed as APIs the rest of the business can build on. And as Moniepoint expands into markets where identity verification is as difficult as it is in Nigeria, Kenya among them, a platform that works beyond a single country.
There is a great deal of room to build here. Whoever takes this on will set the direction rather than inherit someone else’s plan, on a system that already carries real weight for the business.
As Head of Engineering, Field Verification, your responsibilities will include:
Who You Are
Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month.
As Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the country’s point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.
Why Poland
Poland is a new and deliberate addition to our engineering map. We recently made our first technology hire in the country, and we are looking at Poland as a long-term strategic location for senior hires, particularly within our engineering organisation. Joining now means joining early, and helping shape what our presence here becomes.
So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools, to join us in Poland.
About The Role
Sales and Marketing Tools owns MonieCRM, the operating system for Moniepoint’s 50,000-strong sales network. This is not a CRM we bought — it is a workforce operations platform built entirely in-house for a multi-level field sales hierarchy, and it is how those teams run their day to day: the portfolio of businesses they manage, their own teams, their goals and performance, the physical and digital resources they need in the field, and an emerging AI-assisted support layer. Sixteen capabilities span onboarding and network management, pipeline and portfolio, performance and goals, compensation, and sales experience and support.
A significant part of the domain moves money. The platform owns wallets, commission calculation and attribution, cashout and welfare funds for a network that drives the overwhelming majority of company revenue — which makes financial correctness, not just availability, a core engineering requirement of the role.
Alongside that, the domain covers partner management, a rewards and retention platform serving tens of millions of users, and our marketing technology stack, including the engineering and customisation of Braze, the platform we use for customer engagement. The mandate is modernisation and reliability: re-architecting systems that have grown very quickly and making them dependable at a scale of more than 20 million users. This is a platform engineering and legacy modernisation challenge first and foremost, and prior CRM or SalesTech experience is genuinely not required.

Who we are
Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month.

Why United Kingdom
The UK is home to our headquarters where more than 70 team members are based. Our London office is located at Sea Containers, just by London Bridge - this is also where a significant number of our most senior leaders sit, which makes it a natural base for a Head of Engineering.
So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Supply Chain to join us in the UK.
About The Role
POS Hardware and Device Platforms owns the software behind the physical side of Moniepoint’s business: the systems that track, move, maintain and account for millions of POS terminals in the field. That covers inventory and warehouse management, logistics and distribution, repair and maintenance workflows, and the operational tooling the business runs on day to day. It is a backend and distributed systems challenge at real scale - making operational data about millions of physical devices visible, trustworthy and consistent across every market we operate in. It is not a hardware engineering role.
The Head of Engineering, POS Supply Chain, oversees that software estate and is vital as Moniepoint expands internationally and scales device operations globally. The position involves leading the technical strategy for the domain and managing a large engineering organisation in a remote, distributed environment. As Head of Engineering, Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:
