What this role involves

Sr Director of Product, Client Engagement Group

At Squarespace, we empower our product teams to solve hard problems in ways that our customers love and strengthen our business. As Senior Director of Product for the Client Engagement Group (CEG), you will lead the product strategy and execution for Squarespace’s customer engagement platform: the CRM, email campaigns, automations, and transactional communications that enable our merchants to build lasting customer relationships and grow their businesses on Squarespace.

The Client Engagement Group sits at the center of Squarespace’s growth strategy. Our marketing tools are a critical lever in increasing product attach, reducing merchant churn, and building a differentiated position in the service commerce landscape. You will own the vision for transforming our current communications offering into a unified customer engagement hub… one that competes with best-in-class tools while leveraging Squarespace’s unique data and ecosystem advantages.

You will report directly to the President of Squarespace and serve as a member of the Product leadership team. You will have the option of working on-site (hybrid) at our NYC headquarters or remotely within the U.S.

You’ll Get To…

  • Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for CEG - spanning CRM, email campaigns, automations, transactional communications, and emerging channels including SMS - with a clear line of sight to revenue growth and platform impact
  • Own the Email Campaigns business line end-to-end: report on revenue performance, develop engagement and GTM strategies, and lead roadmap decisions in close partnership with commercial and marketing stakeholders
  • Build toward a competitive, full-featured customer engagement platform by prioritizing investments in business CRM, transactional automations, flexible communication channels, and advanced segmentation that meet the sophisticated needs of today’s service sellers
  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of product managers across multiple product lines, setting a high bar for hypothesis-driven development, roadmap rigor, and customer-centricity
  • Partner with Engineering and Design functional leads to deliver outcomes across the team; step in to remove blockers and maintain velocity on high-priority initiatives
  • Collaborate across the Squarespace ecosystem - with Commerce, Growth, Financial Solutions, and GTM - to ensure CEG products are deeply integrated into the broader platform
  • Champion the use of Squarespace data and AI to create smarter automation flows, personalized outreach, and differentiated customer engagement experiences that competitors cannot easily replicate
  • Shape the process, craft, and standards for senior product leadership at Squarespace

Who We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion spent building and scaling customer engagement, CRM, marketing, or communications products
  • 5+ years leading and developing teams of product managers in complex, multi-product environments
  • Deep familiarity with the customer engagement and email service provider landscape; informed perspective on what it takes to compete with and differentiate from best-in-class marketing and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated ability to own a revenue-generating product line with accountability for business outcomes, not just product delivery
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with a bias for execution; comfortable operating at the intersection of vision-setting and unblocking day-to-day team work
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner with the credibility to influence senior leadership and align stakeholders across product, engineering, commercial, and marketing functions
  • Experience applying hypothesis-driven development and experimentation to accelerate product-market fit and grow adoption

Cash Compensation Range: $323,000 - $435,000 USD

What this role involves

Job Title: Chiropractic Business Development Team Lead - Remote or Hybrid

Full Time, Days - Occasional evening and weekend work

Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated, modern software to rehab therapy and chiropractic practices, the teams within, and the patients they serve. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the therapy EHR space and an emerging leader in chiropractic technology, we are looking for a Chiropractic Business Development Team Lead to help us accelerate Prompt’s growth within the chiropractic market.

Why Work for Prompt?

  • BIG Challenges: At Prompt, we are solving complex and unique problems that have plagued healthcare practices for decades.

  • Talented People: Prompt didn’t happen by chance. It’s a team of incredibly talented and proven individuals who joined forces to build exceptional software for rehab and chiropractic practices.

  • Healthy Approach: This isn’t an investment bank. We work long hours when needed, but at Prompt you own your workload, and the organization values smart work over simply working more hours.

  • Positive Impact: Prompt helps practices operate more efficiently, grow their businesses, and deliver better patient care. We’re helping modernize an industry that has historically relied on fragmented, manual, and outdated technology.

The Role

Prompt has built an industry-leading Business Development organization, and Chiropractic is one of our key growth markets.

We are looking for a competitive, data-driven, highly motivated Chiropractic Business Development Team Lead to help lead and scale our Chiropractic BDR team.

You will report to the Manager of Business Development and serve as a frontline leader for the Chiropractic BDR team, helping drive performance, develop talent, and continuously improve how Prompt goes to market within the chiropractic community.

This is a player-coach role with a combination of individual contributor and leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is excited about developing people while remaining close to the work including prospecting, testing messaging, understanding the chiropractic buyer, and helping the team create qualified opportunities.

This role is also an excellent opportunity for someone interested in continuing on a Sales Leadership career track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop Chiropractic BDRs through regular 1:1s, call reviews, role plays, live coaching, and real-time feedback focused on prospecting, discovery, qualification, objection handling, and demo setting.

  • Drive team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly activity and demo goals, using performance data to identify gaps and create clear action plans to improve results.

  • Own the day-to-day execution of the Chiropractic BDR motion, ensuring the team remains focused on the highest-value accounts, campaigns, messaging, and opportunities within the chiropractic market.

  • Develop deep expertise in the chiropractic buyer, including common practice workflows, operational challenges, technology pain points, competitive solutions, and the priorities of chiropractors and chiropractic practice leaders.

  • Lead by example by maintaining strong personal prospecting habits and demonstrating effective calling, messaging, follow-up, discovery, and objection-handling techniques.

  • Monitor team metrics and KPIs, including calls, connects, conversations, demos booked, demos arrived, conversion rates, pipeline generated, and quota attainment.

  • Use data to improve team effectiveness, identifying trends across individual reps, campaigns, lead sources, messaging, and segments and translating those insights into coaching or process changes.

  • Provide ongoing sales coaching based on individual performance data, call recordings, observed behaviors, and demonstrated skill gaps.

  • Support onboarding and ramping of new Chiropractic BDRs by facilitating training, role plays, shadowing, systems education, chiropractic market education, and early-stage coaching.

  • Reinforce sales processes and Rules of Engagement, ensuring BDRs consistently follow Prompt’s qualification criteria, CRM requirements, prospecting workflows, and account ownership standards.

  • Continuously improve our chiropractic messaging and talk tracks by identifying what resonates with chiropractic prospects and helping the team translate Prompt’s capabilities into compelling business value.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate market trends, prospect feedback, competitive intelligence, challenges, and recommendations to BDR leadership.

  • Create accountability within the team by setting clear expectations, following up on commitments, reinforcing high standards, and addressing performance issues early.

  • Partner closely with Chiropractic AEs to improve qualification, BDR-to-AE handoffs, SAL-to-SQL conversion, account strategy, and overall pipeline quality.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to strengthen Prompt’s chiropractic go-to-market strategy and ensure market feedback reaches the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Support chiropractic-specific campaigns and strategic initiatives, including outbound campaigns, conferences and events, new market initiatives, messaging tests, and prospecting pilots.

  • Help motivate and engage the team by fostering a culture that is positive, competitive, collaborative, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement.

  • Support performance management by documenting coaching, identifying recurring performance gaps, and partnering with BDR leadership on development plans when appropriate.

  • Stay current on Prompt’s product, the chiropractic market, and the competitive landscape, ensuring the team can confidently articulate why Prompt is uniquely positioned to help chiropractic practices operate more efficiently and grow.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day Chiropractic BDR questions, helping reps troubleshoot accounts, prospecting strategies, qualification questions, workflows, and challenging conversations.

  • Contribute to hiring and interviewing by participating in candidate interviews and helping identify high-potential BDR talent.

  • Bring the voice of the chiropractic market back to leadership, identifying recurring prospect needs, objections, competitive themes, and emerging opportunities that can help shape Prompt’s broader chiropractic strategy.

  • Passion for learning software, technology, healthcare, and the chiropractic market

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and put in additional hours when necessary

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, shift priorities quickly, meet deadlines, and maintain professional composure

  • Comfortable owning your workload while knowing when to escalate or ask leadership for support

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM/sales technology

Engineer Head of Engineering, Rewards at Moniepoint Group

Leads a team of engineers to build and scale Moniepoint's rewards platform, managing platform architecture, team expansion, and feature development across consumer and business segments.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are

Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month.

As Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the country’s point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.

Why Spain

Some of our most mission-critical team members are based in Spain, having joined us from companies like Wise and Glovo. Moniepoint is one of the largest and fastest-growing digital banks in Africa, and this is an opportunity to work on genuinely impactful problems: disrupting financial services at scale in emerging markets, and building systems and products that process hundreds of billions of dollars in transaction volume annually for tens of millions of people.

So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Rewards to join us in Spain.

About The Role

Rewards is one of the most strategically important platforms at Moniepoint, and it is being built into a dedicated charter with its own engineering and product leadership. The platform sits at the centre of our retention strategy across a user base of approximately 23 million people.

Today the platform does one thing: cashback. It works, but it has barely scratched the surface of what rewards can be, and the cashback product itself is not yet built to the depth it deserves. The ambition is to evolve it into a full rewards, retention, engagement and personalisation platform — and to do that across the full 360 degrees of our network. That means rewards for our business customers, rewards for our consumer customers, and rewards for the sales agents who drive our distribution. Very few companies get to design this from close to a blank page at this scale.

The Head of Engineering owns that platform end to end. You will inherit a team of nine engineers, including an Engineering Manager, and build the organisation out from there — the current expectation is a minimum of three product units and upwards of 25 people, though the eventual shape is genuinely yours to define. Your first objective is to get the best possible performance out of the cashback product we already have. From there, you will work with Growth, Sales and Marketing to determine what we build for acquisition and retention, and roll it out across every customer we serve.

This is a consumer-facing product engineering role, and that is the most important thing to understand about it. Rewards is won or lost on experimentation, personalisation, and the quality of the experience in a customer’s hands. We are looking for a leader who has built and shipped direct-to-consumer products at scale, who is fluent in experimentation and A/B testing, and who has real depth in front-end and mobile engineering — not a purely backend platform leader.

Moniepoint runs a Domain CTO model. We view our Heads of Engineering as the CTO of their domain: you own the technical roadmap, the architecture, the delivery, and the organisation beneath you. You will have full autonomy over engineering strategy, architecture, hiring, operating cadence and roadmap trade-offs.

You will report functionally to our Group CTO, with a dual reporting line into the Product leader for Rewards. That second line is a delivery relationship rather than a seniority one — engineering and product are peers here, and you will build the team to full capacity together. Your responsibilities as Head of Engineering, Rewards includes:

  • Owning the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
  • Improving the performance, reliability and depth of the existing cashback product as an immediate first priority.
  • Evolving cashback into a broader rewards, retention, engagement and personalisation platform serving business customers, consumer customers and sales agents.
  • Building the engineering organisation from its current base - structuring product units, hiring engineers and Engineering Managers, and leading through those managers as the team scales.
  • Establishing a strong experimentation culture: A/B testing, cohort analysis, and measurement that lets the team learn quickly what actually changes customer behaviour.
  • Working closely with Growth, Sales and Marketing to translate acquisition and retention objectives into product and engineering initiatives.
  • Owning the customer-facing experience of rewards across mobile and web, including how quickly and reliably customers receive what they have earned.
  • Define architecture standards, engineering processes and quality metrics, and own the engineering health of the domain — incidents, production defects, deployment frequency, change failure rate, and developer experience.
  • Build the platform to serve customers across multiple geographies as Moniepoint expands.
  • Partner with Product to define the rewards-specific metrics and OKRs that do not yet exist, and hold the team to them.

Who You Are

  • Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale. You have built and shipped products used directly by large consumer audiences, and you understand what moves engagement and retention. This is the defining requirement of the role.
  • Genuine front-end and mobile depth. You have led or personally built consumer-facing mobile and web experiences. A backend-only background, however strong, is not what this role needs.
  • Experimentation and growth engineering. Hands-on experience running A/B tests, feature flagging, and measurement frameworks, and using the results to drive product decisions rather than to justify them.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing managers — leading an engineering organisation through other engineering leaders, not a single team.
  • Hands-on technical leadership. You are still close to the code. We expect a meaningful proportion of hands-on engineering time and technical credibility with the engineers you lead.
  • 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases.
  • Comfort with our backend environment — Java and Spring Boot — and the ability to lead backend engineers credibly, even if it is not where your own depth sits.
  • Experience building and scaling an engineering organisation from a small base, including hiring and developing Engineering Managers.
  • Strong collaboration with commercial stakeholders — growth, marketing and sales — and the ability to translate business objectives into engineering work.
  • Rewards, loyalty, gamification, personalisation or growth platform experience is a strong advantage but is not required.
  • Fintech or payments experience is an advantage, not a requirement.

Cultural Alignment

As well, we assess every candidate across eight dimensions that define how great leaders operate at Moniepoint. We look for evidence of all eight throughout the process, not just in a single conversation.

  • Customer Obsession: Build deep empathy for users. Solve problems intuitively, and fix root causes, not just tickets.
  • Craft: Master the fundamentals. Reason from first principles, make trade-offs explicit, and raise the bar on quality.
  • Systemisation: Turn repeating decisions into scalable mechanisms. Reduce cognitive load and raise engineering quality.
  • Urgency: Move with disciplined speed. Act autonomously within scope, remove friction, and escalate risks early.
  • Ownership: Treat the platform as your own. Take initiative across boundaries and follow through without reminders.
  • No Ego: Put the mission first. Share credit, welcome debate, and never protect status over team outcomes.
  • Candour: Surface uncomfortable truths and risks early. Intelligent failure is welcome; concealment is not.
  • Integrity: Stay truthful and ethically consistent. Refuse toxic behavior. Performance without integrity is unacceptable.

What Success Looks Like In The Role

Engineer Head of Engineering, Field Verification at Moniepoint Group

Leads engineering team building and scaling Moniepoint's field verification platform that coordinates physical KYC checks across Nigeria.

Lead Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are

Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month.

As Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the country’s point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.

Why the UK

The UK is home to our headquarters where more than 70 team members are based, with team members joining us from companies like Tide, Klarna, Revolut, Capital One, Teya, Wise, Starling, Monzo, and many others! Our London office is located at Sea Containers, just by London Bridge - this is also where a significant number of our most senior leaders sit, which makes it a natural base for a Head of Engineering.

So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Field Verification to join us in UK.

About The Role

Field Verification is how Moniepoint knows that the people and businesses on our platform are real. Every Moniepoint customer, retail and business, requires a completed field verification as part of KYC. The platform coordinates physical, in-person checks — verifying individuals, business owners, business addresses and loan guarantors — and it serves nearly every part of the company: onboarding, loans, compliance and the fraud team.

The system works today. A back office gives each business unit visibility and control over its own verification requests. A mobile-friendly web app puts the work in the hands of Field Verification Officers and the cluster leads who manage them across local government areas. An API layer lets other business units push verification requests in and receive results back by webhook, and an assignment algorithm routes each request to an officer close enough to carry it out.

We want to be straightforward about the rest. This domain has never had a dedicated engineering leader, and that is the single biggest constraint on it. The team is one lean, cross-functional squad — an Engineering Manager, four engineers and a QA — carrying verification volume for the entire customer base. They have done that impressively well, but running lean means running in keep-the-lights-on mode, and a long list of things that would make this platform substantially better has been waiting for someone to own it.

That list is the role. Trip and route management, so an officer can plan an optimal day across several sites rather than making a separate journey for each one — today we pay for a round trip per verification, and the logistics are nowhere near optimal. Capacity management. A native mobile app, wanted for a long time and never resourced. Liveness and identity verification tooling, exposed as APIs the rest of the business can build on. And as Moniepoint expands into markets where identity verification is as difficult as it is in Nigeria, Kenya among them, a platform that works beyond a single country.

There is a great deal of room to build here. Whoever takes this on will set the direction rather than inherit someone else’s plan, on a system that already carries real weight for the business.

As Head of Engineering, Field Verification, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Field Verification platform end to end, and setting direction for a domain that has been running without dedicated engineering leadership.
  • Moving the platform from keep-the-lights-on operation to deliberate, prioritised development.
  • Leading and growing the existing cross-functional team, and building the organisation out as scope expands.
  • Building the operational efficiency layer — trip and route optimisation, task allocation and capacity management for field officers.
  • Owning the platform’s client-facing surface: the APIs and webhooks that other business units integrate with, and the back office those units rely on.
  • Delivering a native mobile experience for field officers.
  • Ensuring verification data is structured, auditable and fit for compliance scrutiny.
  • Building for multi-country expansion as Moniepoint enters new markets.
  • Partnering closely with Product and with the business units that depend on the platform — onboarding, loans, compliance and fraud.
  • Defining architecture standards, engineering processes and quality metrics, and hiring and developing engineers and Engineering Managers.

Who You Are

  • You have built things yourself, and grew into leadership from there. We are explicit about this: we are not looking for someone who moved into management early and has led from a distance since. We want an engineer who became a leader.
  • You are capable across disciplines. Backend, web and mobile. This platform spans all three and you will need credibility in each — a specialist in one layer will struggle here.
  • You have built platforms, not just products. Systems used by several distinct groups of users and internal business units, with the flexibility to serve requirements you did not anticipate.
  • You are a problem solver first. We would rather have someone adaptable than someone with the exact domain experience. Having built across different industries — fintech, e-commerce, logistics or otherwise — is a positive signal, not a scattered CV.
  • You have 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with substantial hands-on production engineering and strong backend depth. Our backend environment is Java and Spring Boot.
  • You have at least 5 years of engineering leadership, including managing Engineering Managers.
  • You collaborate well with product and business stakeholders, and can translate operational requirements into engineering solutions.
  • Experience working with location and geospatial data is a strong plus, including map integrations.
  • Experience with route, trip or delivery optimisation is a strong plus.
  • Experience building for compliance — where data must be structured to evidence what was done and when — is a strong plus.
  • Experience with identity, KYC or verification platforms is a plus. None of these four are requirements.

Why Poland

Poland is a new and deliberate addition to our engineering map. We recently made our first technology hire in the country, and we are looking at Poland as a long-term strategic location for senior hires, particularly within our engineering organisation. Joining now means joining early, and helping shape what our presence here becomes.

So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools, to join us in Poland.

About The Role

Sales and Marketing Tools owns MonieCRM, the operating system for Moniepoint’s 50,000-strong sales network. This is not a CRM we bought — it is a workforce operations platform built entirely in-house for a multi-level field sales hierarchy, and it is how those teams run their day to day: the portfolio of businesses they manage, their own teams, their goals and performance, the physical and digital resources they need in the field, and an emerging AI-assisted support layer. Sixteen capabilities span onboarding and network management, pipeline and portfolio, performance and goals, compensation, and sales experience and support.

A significant part of the domain moves money. The platform owns wallets, commission calculation and attribution, cashout and welfare funds for a network that drives the overwhelming majority of company revenue — which makes financial correctness, not just availability, a core engineering requirement of the role.

Alongside that, the domain covers partner management, a rewards and retention platform serving tens of millions of users, and our marketing technology stack, including the engineering and customisation of Braze, the platform we use for customer engagement. The mandate is modernisation and reliability: re-architecting systems that have grown very quickly and making them dependable at a scale of more than 20 million users. This is a platform engineering and legacy modernisation challenge first and foremost, and prior CRM or SalesTech experience is genuinely not required.

Who You Are

  • You have 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases.
  • 5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java code as a practising engineer. This means years spent writing Java yourself, not years spent overseeing teams who write it.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing managers — leading an engineering organisation through other engineering leaders, rather than running a single team.
  • You have proven platform engineering experience at scale — building and running complex distributed systems, not feature delivery alone.
  • You have navigated legacy migrations and re-architecture projects at 20M+ user scale.
  • You have strong backend engineering skills in high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems, and are proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
  • You have managed and developed large engineering teams of 20 or more members.
  • Experience building systems where financial correctness matters — commissions, payouts, wallets, ledgers or equivalent — is a strong advantage.
  • A fintech or payments background is strongly preferred. CRM or SalesTech domain experience is nice to have and explicitly not required.
  • Exposure to customer engagement or marketing automation platforms such as Braze is a plus, but not a requirement.

What Success Looks Like

  • The domain has clear technical ownership and direction for the first time.
  • The team out of keep-the-lights-on mode and delivering against a prioritised roadmap.
  • Measurable improvement in field officer efficiency — more verifications per trip, lower cost per verification.
  • A native mobile experience shipped for field officers.
  • Verification data that stands up to compliance scrutiny across every business unit the platform serves.
  • The platform ready to support a new market.
  • A team grown beyond its current size, with a strong bench of engineers and managers.

Why Join Us

  • A genuinely greenfield mandate on a system that already matters. Every customer Moniepoint onboards passes through this platform.
  • A lean, capable team making outsized impact, and the remit to build the organisation around them.
  • Breadth: backend, web, mobile, location data, compliance and operational optimisation in one domain.
  • Be part of a mission-driven company expanding access to financial services for millions of businesses and individuals.

What To Expect in The Hiring Process

  • A preliminary phone call with the recruiter.
  • 60 minute High level System Design round with one of our Engineering Managers.
  • 60 minute Panel Interview with 2 of our Head of Engineering leaders. 30 minutes focused on a technical deep dive into your CV and into a project or system you built in the past. 30 minutes focused on testing for leadership attributes.
  • 60 minute Stakeholder Management Round with one of our Product Heads/VPs, focused on your stakeholder management and collaboration skills with product and business.
  • 60 minute Technical round and Culture fit interview with our Co-founder & Group CTO (the hiring manager).

Moniepoint is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive organisation.

  • Legacy systems modernised and re-architected, with measurable improvement in reliability and performance.
  • Commissions and earnings calculated, attributed and paid accurately and on time, at network scale.
  • A sales and marketing platform that scales with a rapidly growing agent network across multiple markets.
  • Commercial teams able to move faster because the tooling beneath them is dependable.
  • A high-performing engineering team with a strong bench of managers and senior engineers.

Why Join Us

  • Own the platform behind the commercial engine of one of Africa’s largest digital banks — the system 50,000 people rely on to do their jobs and to get paid.
  • A genuine platform modernisation mandate with the autonomy and backing to see it through.
  • Be part of a mission-driven company impacting millions of businesses and individuals across Africa and beyond.

What To Expect In The Hiring Process

Product Product Manager, AI Entities at EvenUp

Owns the AI data extraction platform roadmap, partnering with ML/backend engineers to build scalable systems that turn unstructured case materials into accurate structured data for law firms.

We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our AI Platform group and own the systems that turn messy, unstructured case materials into accurate, structured “source of truth” data. This isn’t your typical PM role: it’s highly technical, backend-heavy, and focused on scalable AI extraction and data infrastructure. You’ll work closely with senior ML and backend engineers to build the models, evals, pipelines, tooling, and APIs that power all of EvenUp’s products.

You’ll be responsible for a mission-critical part of our AI strategy: making sure the entities we generate are accurate, consistent, and trustworthy enough for law firms to rely on. If you’ve built ML/LLM-powered data pipelines, love the challenge of turning unstructured input into structured, reliable output, and want broad impact across a fast-growing product org, this role is for you.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from our San Francisco or Toronto offices. Title and compensation to be determined based on candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the roadmap for a key part of our AI Platform, potentially including RAG services, text and image extraction and analysis services, model evaluation and deployment tools, and more.

  • Partner with ML and backend engineers to build scalable, reliable, and cost-effective systems that support product teams across the company.

  • Define success metrics, analyze performance and cost data , and use insights to inform priorities.

  • Work closely with other product managers teams to understand end-user needs and develop reusable platform capabilities that accelerate AI development.

  • Drive strategic decisions around model performance, vendor selection, and infrastructure scaling in a fast-evolving ecosystem.

  • Define success metrics for entity quality and pipeline performance.

  • Partner with other product managers and downstream teams to understand where entity quality or coverage gaps are limiting product experiences, and translate that into a prioritized platform roadmap.

  • Drive decisions on model performance, annotation strategy, and integration with continuous inference systems as the underlying ML approaches evolve.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including time at a high-growth startup (Series B–E).

  • Experience building LLM/LMM-powered products or data infrastructure, with a strong understanding of how modern AI extraction and structured-data systems work end-to-end.

  • Technical fluency: you’ve worked closely with ML engineers, backend engineers, or data teams and can hold your own in technical discussions about model performance, data pipelines, and system design.

  • Comfort operating in a backend-heavy environment where your “users” are often internal teams and downstream product surfaces, and your work directly impacts data accuracy, reliability, and trust.

  • Analytical mindset: you use data to make decisions and are comfortable managing quality metrics (precision/recall, entity accuracy, coverage) alongside operational ones (latency, throughput).

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with RAG, agentic systems, and/or LLM/LMM optimization.

  • Familiarity with building internal platforms or tools that support other product teams.

  • B2B SaaS background, especially in products with significant AI or data components.

Benefits & Perks:

As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.

  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.

  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.

  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.

  • A home office stipend.

  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.

  • Paid parental leave.

  • A local in-person meet-up program.

  • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.
