Collections Specialists are responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt. Identifying accounts with overdue payments and keeping records of the amount owed and the length of the delinquency.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Increase the collection of outstanding payments within our personal finance department, as an individual contributor in the collections process
  • Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to help bring their loan to a current status
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly collection and metric goals

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A Florida-based licensed life insurance agent is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to contact existing annuity leads and schedule qualified appointments for the client and other agents on the team.

The client has already generated a large volume of leads and currently has more than 280 prospects requiring follow-up, with additional leads expected to continue entering the pipeline.

The VA’s responsibility is straightforward: call the leads, determine interest, and book appointments on the appropriate agent’s calendar.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Outbound Calling

  • Call client-generated annuity and life-insurance leads
  • Follow client-provided scripts and talking points
  • Confirm basic interest and availability
  • Handle basic objections professionally
  • Maintain a natural, conversational phone approach
  • Conduct recurring follow-up with leads when appropriate

Appointment Setting
