Support Director, Customer Success (Connection Networks) at Redox

Builds and manages customer success relationships with provider health systems in Redox's network, defining engagement strategies and converting connections into references and commercial opportunities.

Lead Remote Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

Opportunity & Impact

We are seeking a Customer Success Director, Provider Networks to build a relationship function that does not exist at Redox today: dedicated coverage of the provider systems (hospitals and health systems) connected to our network. Redox largely sells to companies that resell our infrastructure to their own customers — we have strong coverage against those direct customers, but none against our customer’s customer, the provider systems actually running on our network.

This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity IC role. You will define how Redox engages provider systems from the ground up: who to prioritize, how to build trust with hospital IT and integration teams, and how to turn relationships into referenceability, faster customer introductions, and eventually a path to direct commercial relationships with providers themselves.

You will start with a deliberately narrowed patch, our top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers on the network. Success means providers stay engaged, informed of new Redox capabilities, and willing to serve as references or fast-pass introductions for Redox customers selling into them. If the pilot proves out, this role is the foundation for a full team, with a leader hired to scale it.

We’re a fully remote team within the U.S. that operates with radical transparency and a strong bias toward ownership.

Impact on Team:

We make room for everyone to be heard, regardless of level. We work openly, normalize not knowing things, and treat learning out loud as a feature, not a liability. In this role, you’ll be expected to bring your real perspective on what’s working and what isn’t as you build this function, and to commit fully once a direction is set.

We default to public Slack channels over DMs, document our thinking in writing, and work async whenever possible. There is no existing playbook for this role, you will be building the outreach cadence, prioritization approach, and relationship-tracking process as you go, and bringing recommendations to the table rather than waiting for direction.

We own the relationships we build, not just the introductions on this quarter’s list. You’ll have latitude to define scope, prioritize your own patch, and see the work through from first outreach to a validated, referenceable relationship. We measure ourselves by the value we deliver - engagement, referenceability, and leads - not the process we follow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain relationships with an initial patch of provider systems on the Redox network, starting with the top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider systems, engaging largely with hospital IT and integration teams who manage the Redox connection day to day.

  • Build and track referenceability across your patch, keeping provider systems informed of new Redox features and capabilities, and willing to serve as references for Redox customers.

  • Generate fast-pass introductions: when an existing Redox customer wants to sell into a provider system you manage, use the relationship to accelerate that connection.

  • Identify and surface signal for direct commercial relationships between Redox and provider systems over time.

  • Define and refine the initial outreach cadence and relationship-management process for this function, since no established playbook exists today.

  • Track and report on engagement, referenceability status, and lead signal across your patch to validate ROI during the initial 6-month pilot.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to translate provider relationships into stronger network stickiness and customer outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Provider/Client Relations within health tech, healthcare interoperability, or health data companies.

  • Direct experience engaging hospital or health system IT and integration stakeholders, not solely commercial or clinical buyers.

  • Comfort operating with high ambiguity and no established playbook, you will be building this function, not executing an existing one.

  • Working knowledge of the health data exchange ecosystem, including HIPAA-relevant considerations around health data sharing and network participation.

  • Strong track record of building trust-based relationships with technical and operational stakeholders at hospitals and health systems.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large book of relationships (dozens to hundreds of provider systems) autonomously, without a supporting team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report clearly on engagement, referenceability, and pipeline signal.

  • Proficiency with modern customer success and CRM tooling; hands-on experience with platforms such as Vitally (or comparable CS platforms), Salesforce, Zendesk, Gong, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier) strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable operating in a remote, asynchronous organizational culture.

  • Strong AI proficiency strongly preferred; comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate account research, call prep, follow-up drafting, and reporting across a large book of relationships.

Who you’ll be engaging with:

  • Top 25 health systems by connection depth on the Redox network.

  • Epic-based provider organizations connected to Redox.

  • Hospital IT, integration, and interoperability teams managing the Redox relationship day to day.

Nice to have in your background:

  • Familiarity with health data exchange frameworks and standards (e.g., Carequality, TEFCA, HL7/FHIR).

  • Experience building a net-new function or team within a growth-stage company.

  • Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success tooling for relationship and pipeline tracking.

Support Customer Experience Specialist at Flex

Provides white-glove customer support to high-net-worth business owners, handling complex fintech issues across banking, payments, and credit with precision and cross-functional troubleshooting.

Mid Remote Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners.

We’re re-architecting the entire financial system for entrepreneurs—from the first dollar a business earns to how that value compounds, moves, and is ultimately spent in real life. Banking, credit, payments, personal finance, and financial operations—rebuilt from the ground up as a single, intelligent system. Flex is the full financial home for ambitious owners.

Since launching publicly in September 2023, Flex has scaled from zero to nine-figure annualized revenue, with a clear path to profitability by late 2026. We move fast, ship relentlessly, and operate with extreme ownership.

Our customers are affluent business owners ($3–$200M in revenue)—the backbone of the economy and one of the most underserved segments in finance. They’re stuck with outdated banks and fragmented tools. We’re replacing all of it. The opportunity is massive: a ~$1T+ revenue market hiding in plain sight. Our ambition is to build a $100B+ company by delivering a product that is fundamentally better—not incrementally improved.

Flex has raised $100M+ in equity and $300M+ in debt.

- Mission-critical problems: We build software that directly controls how money moves at scale.

- High bar, low ego: Small teams, exceptional people, real ownership.

- Speed over comfort: We prioritize execution, quality, clarity, and results.

- Enduring impact: What we’re building will define how a generation of owners runs their businesses.

Team & Locations

We hire exceptional people who want to build hard things and see their work matter immediately. Roles are available in: San Francisco, Miami, New York, and fully remote.

Flex Fuels Ambition.

🕺About the Role

This isn’t traditional customer support. You’re a trusted advisor serving our high-net-worth members. We’re committed to delivering premium, white-glove service with an uncompromising standard for quality. You’ll operate as an autonomous problem-solver, handling complex fintech scenarios with precision and sophistication, including cross-functional troubleshooting, compliance coordination, and fraud detection.

✅ What You’ll Do

  • Handle complex customer issues across banking, credit, and payments via email, chat, and phone with precision and clarity: requiring thorough investigation across multiple internal systems before providing answers that meet our quality standards
  • Guide VIP and high-revenue accounts through multi-step processes with excellence (document verification, account setup, feature troubleshooting) maintaining the highest standards of care and service quality
  • Handle sensitive scenarios with discretion and expertise: frozen accounts, disputed transactions, application denials, and compliance-related communications—executing each with precision and professional judgment
  • Coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance teams to resolve multi-stakeholder issues
  • File detailed bug reports and test new features in staging environments
  • Create and update documentation when you encounter process gaps
  • Qualify high-value sales leads with rigor and route to appropriate account executives, ensuring every introduction meets our quality standards and reflects our commitment to excellence

⚡️ What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Clear, professional communication: your written/spoken English is flawless. You can explain complex fintech concepts to a non-technical customer. You write concise Slack messages and detailed Linear tickets.
  • High ownership: you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do. If you see a broken process, you fix it or document the gap.
  • Investigative mindset: you dig into issues until you understand the root cause. You don’t just relay information; you synthesize it.
  • Technical fluency: You learn new software fast. You can navigate Zendesk, Salesforce, Linear, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets without someone holding your hand.
  • Exceptional judgment: you can read between the lines. You know when a customer is confused vs. trying to game the system. You escalate the right things at the right time.
  • Emotional resilience: you stay calm when customers are frustrated, systems are down, or priorities shift mid-shift.

Why This Role Is Worth It!

  • You’ll learn more in 6 months than most people learn in 3 years. Fintech moves fast, and you’ll be at the center of product launches, compliance changes, and operational challenges.
  • You’ll work with a world-class team. Smart, driven, low-ego people who get stuff done.
  • You’ll have real influence. You’re not just a ticket-taker. You’ll shape how we support customers, build processes, and scale the team.
  • You’ll work remotely with autonomy. No micromanagement. You own your shift.

Strongly Preferred

  • Fluent English (written and spoken at a professional level—you’ll be the voice of Flex)
  • 2+ years in fintech or financial services customer support (ideally at a startup or high-growth company where you wore multiple hats)
  • Availability to work nights and weekends (Local and/or US business hours)
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools

Support Director, Customer Success (Connection Networks) at Redox

Director builds and leads a new customer success function focused on managing relationships with provider health systems integrated into Redox's interoperability network.

Serves as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth customers, resolving complex fintech issues across banking, credit, and payments with white-glove service and cross-functional problem-solving.

$18,000 - $25,000 a year

Support IT Specialist at Fingerprint

Provides remote IT support to employees by troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing device lifecycles, and administering access tools across a distributed company.

Mid Remote Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Fingerprint empowers enterprises to detect and stop online fraud with the world’s most accurate device intelligence.  We lead our industry with bleeding-edge identification capabilities and work on turning new ideas and discoveries in the fraud detection space into reality. Our customers range from innovative startups to leading enterprise companies, including Plaid, Dropbox, and Booking.com.

Fingerprint is a globally dispersed, 100% remote company. We were named on on the 2026 Forbes Best Startup Employers list and ranked #803 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures (Tesla, Facebook, Airbnb ), Nexus Venture Partners ( Postman, Apollo.io, MinIO, Druva) and Uncorrelated Ventures ( Redis, Rollbar,  Gradle).

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and be the primary point of contact for desktop support across a fully remote company. Your main responsibility will be keeping our people productive and secure by supporting laptops, accounts and the everyday tools that our teams rely on. This is a hands-on, people-facing role, you will spend most of your time talking directly with employees, troubleshooting their issues and making sure they feel heard and helped along the way.

Since almost every interaction starts with someone who is stuck and needs help quickly, this role requires strong communication skills and genuine comfort working with people at every level of the company. You will also need to be comfortable learning and supporting a broad set of tools rather than specializing deeply in one area. Familiarity with device management and identity platforms is important, and a willingness to keep learning as our stack evolves is a must.

A key aspect of this role involves building trust with a distributed team so that people feel comfortable reaching out early rather than working around a problem or letting it get worse.

What you’ll do:

  • Ticket Triage & Support: Provide remote support for hardware, software, and account issues via chat, tickets, and video; perform initial triage and routing to ensure timely resolution while identifying recurring problems to suggest long-term fixes.
  • Device & Asset Management: Handle the end-to-end device lifecycle for a remote workforce, including provisioning, asset tracking, and macOS-specific troubleshooting and system updates.
  • Access & SaaS Administration: Manage identity and access tools (Okta), process SaaS access requests, configure core tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira), and participate in periodic access reviews.
  • Operational Support & Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions to build our knowledge base, handle ad-hoc administrative requests (e.g., data exports, config changes), and collaborate with IT/Security teams on onboarding and compliance.

What you bring:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, including experience supporting a remote or hybrid workforce and managing multiple ticket priorities.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a user-centric approach to troubleshooting and a genuine interest in helping people resolve technical frustration.
  • Technical Skills: Solid working knowledge of macOS environments and Google Workspace administration, alongside experience with identity/access tools (e.g., Okta) and mobile device management (e.g., Iru, Jamf).
  • Adaptability: Comfort learning and troubleshooting a wide range of SaaS tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce) and a proactive attitude toward mastering new technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Infrastructure & Security: Familiarity with basic networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS) and exposure to security fundamentals, including MFA, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Systems & Documentation: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk) and a track record of creating internal documentation or self-service resources.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Identity and access: Okta
  • Device management: Iru (Kandji)
  • Productivity: Google Workspace
  • Collaboration and ticketing: Jira, Slack
  • CRM: Salesforce

Because this role is open across the United States and can be based anywhere our team members work from, the salary range reflects that geographic breadth: $74,000 Tier 2 minimum] - $100,000 Tier 1 Midpoint.

Some example salaries for specific locations are below:

[Tier 1 - City]: $87,000 min - $100,000 mid

[Tier 2 - City]: $74,000 min - $85,000 mid

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including the successful candidate’s location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Due to regulatory and security reasons, there’s a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based. Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.

We are dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment for everyone. Technical Account Manager serves as trusted advisor to enterprise customers, driving API platform adoption, troubleshooting implementations, and managing revenue growth for assigned accounts.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Spain, remote

Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide!

Vonage Communications APIs

As an emerging leader in the $10B+ communications API market, we empower global brands to connect better with their customers, employees, and partners through transformative communications experiences. Vonage API solutions empower organizations to build their custom omnichannel communications structure, allowing them to reach and engage customers on their preferred schedule and channel, including voice, video, and messaging. Think of a rideshare service instantly connecting with customers, hospital staff conducting remote monitoring, customers verifying their identity before completing a purchase, AI virtual agents servicing customers around the clock, and much more.

Why this role matters

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving platform adoption, long-term value, and revenue growth. This role demands a strong technical foundation; you must be fluent in APIs, comfortable in developer-facing conversations, and ideally bring hands-on experience from the CPaaS industry. You don’t just bridge the gap between technical complexity and business outcomes, you live in both worlds simultaneously.

Your key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts, building multi-threaded relationships from developers and product teams to C-suite executives
  • Act as a credible technical voice in customer conversations, reviewing integration architectures, troubleshooting API implementations, and advising on best practices across Vonage’s full product portfolio (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, Video, Verify...)
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), proactively identify risks to customer health, and partner cross-functionally with Technical Experts, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex challenges
  • Own revenue and direct margin growth for your book of business, forecasting accurately and executing retention and expansion strategies
  • Develop outcome-driven success plans aligned to each customer’s business objectives, driving measurable platform adoption and long-term ROI
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities by connecting customer use cases to new or underutilised capabilities, working closely with Sales using usage data, health scores, and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with Technical Solutions Managers (TSMs) within a pod model for complex solutioning and escalations, while retaining full ownership of commercial outcomes

What you'll bring

Required:

  • Fluent English and German/French is a must
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar strategic customer-facing role with a strong technical background in APIs or developer-facing products
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of CPaaS or API platforms: messaging (SMS, WhatsApp Business Platform, RCS), Voice/VoIP, Video, and Authentication/Verify solutions
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and software integration patterns, comfortable reading API documentation and engaging in technical troubleshooting alongside customers
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and growing complex enterprise accounts with significant ARR responsibility
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to hold in-depth technical conversations with developers and engineers, and translate those same concepts clearly for business and executive audiences
  • Data-driven mindset, proficient in using customer health scores, usage analytics, and engagement metrics to identify risk and growth opportunities (Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and drive alignment across competing priorities

Experience we consider a plus:

  • Direct experience at a CPaaS provider (e.g., Vonage, Twilio, Sinch, Infobip, MessageBird) - this is a strong differentiator
  • Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbot platforms, or omnichannel engagement strategies
  • Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, or WebRTC protocols
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

How you'll benefit
