Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated, modern software to rehab therapy and chiropractic practices, the teams within, and the patients they serve. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the therapy EHR space and an emerging leader in chiropractic technology, we are looking for a Chiropractic Business Development Team Lead to help us accelerate Prompt’s growth within the chiropractic market.
Why Work for Prompt?

Lead by example by maintaining strong personal prospecting habits and demonstrating effective calling, messaging, follow-up, discovery, and objection-handling techniques.
Monitor team metrics and KPIs, including calls, connects, conversations, demos booked, demos arrived, conversion rates, pipeline generated, and quota attainment.
Use data to improve team effectiveness, identifying trends across individual reps, campaigns, lead sources, messaging, and segments and translating those insights into coaching or process changes.
Provide ongoing sales coaching based on individual performance data, call recordings, observed behaviors, and demonstrated skill gaps.
Support onboarding and ramping of new Chiropractic BDRs by facilitating training, role plays, shadowing, systems education, chiropractic market education, and early-stage coaching.
Reinforce sales processes and Rules of Engagement, ensuring BDRs consistently follow Prompt’s qualification criteria, CRM requirements, prospecting workflows, and account ownership standards.
Continuously improve our chiropractic messaging and talk tracks by identifying what resonates with chiropractic prospects and helping the team translate Prompt’s capabilities into compelling business value.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate market trends, prospect feedback, competitive intelligence, challenges, and recommendations to BDR leadership.
Create accountability within the team by setting clear expectations, following up on commitments, reinforcing high standards, and addressing performance issues early.
Partner closely with Chiropractic AEs to improve qualification, BDR-to-AE handoffs, SAL-to-SQL conversion, account strategy, and overall pipeline quality.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to strengthen Prompt’s chiropractic go-to-market strategy and ensure market feedback reaches the appropriate stakeholders.
Support chiropractic-specific campaigns and strategic initiatives, including outbound campaigns, conferences and events, new market initiatives, messaging tests, and prospecting pilots.
Help motivate and engage the team by fostering a culture that is positive, competitive, collaborative, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement.
Support performance management by documenting coaching, identifying recurring performance gaps, and partnering with BDR leadership on development plans when appropriate.
Stay current on Prompt’s product, the chiropractic market, and the competitive landscape, ensuring the team can confidently articulate why Prompt is uniquely positioned to help chiropractic practices operate more efficiently and grow.
Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day Chiropractic BDR questions, helping reps troubleshoot accounts, prospecting strategies, qualification questions, workflows, and challenging conversations.
Contribute to hiring and interviewing by participating in candidate interviews and helping identify high-potential BDR talent.
Bring the voice of the chiropractic market back to leadership, identifying recurring prospect needs, objections, competitive themes, and emerging opportunities that can help shape Prompt’s broader chiropractic strategy.
