Project Management Enterprise Technical Project Manager at Redox

Manages end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare integration projects, coordinating between engineering, implementation, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget launches.

Mid Posted about 17 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

Opportunity & Impact

As customer implementation volume grows and individual projects become more technically complex, Redox needs a dedicated Technical Project Manager to own delivery of our most demanding integration projects end to end. This role sits between project execution and technical coordination, serving as the connective tissue between Engineering, Implementation, and Product on one side and customers and partners on the other. You’ll translate technical requirements into execution plans, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and ensure projects launch on time, in scope, and on budget — while building the reporting and process rigor that lets the broader team scale.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, technical implementation projects - including customer integrations, multi-system data-sharing use cases, and cross-team platform work - from kickoff through go-live.

  • Translate technical requirements and scope (as defined in the Statement of Work) into clear execution plans, timelines, and resourcing.

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between Engineering/Implementation, Product, and customer-facing teams, ensuring accurate handoffs and shared understanding of scope, including potential expansion opportunities and their technical requirements.

  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve blockers and escalate when needed.

  • Manage and report on budget, billable hours, and project status to internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Own project documentation: SOWs and scope changes, issues logs, status reports, and time/invoice tracking.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at all levels, setting and managing expectations proactively.

  • Continuously improve project management process and tooling; document lessons learned so other Redoxers can apply them to future projects.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements gathering and enhancement requests surfaced during delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in technical or SaaS project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.

  • Comfort working with APIs, data models, and integration workflows — you don’t need to write code, but you understand how systems fit together.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong risk identification, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare data, health tech, or integration environments (FHIR, HL7, CCD, etc.).

  • Experience with EHR systems or other healthcare IT platforms.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certification.

  • Experience leading projects in a startup, remote-first, or high-growth environment.

Specific Software Platform/Tools Required and/or Preferred:

  • Preferred: Asana, Salesforce, Jira/Atlassian, Omni, Vitally

$115,000 - $135,000 a year

*The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Project Management UX-AX Operations Manager at SecurityScorecard

Builds and runs operating models, processes, and metrics for a pod-based design organization transitioning to AI-first workflows.

What this role involves

About SecurityScorecard:

SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, with over 12 million companies continuously rated, operating in 64 countries. Founded in 2013 by security and risk experts Dr. Alex Yampolskiy and Sam Kassoumeh and funded by world-class investors, SecurityScorecard’s patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting; making all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint.

Headquartered in New York City, our culture has been recognized by Inc Magazine as a “Best Workplace,” by Crain’s NY as a “Best Places to Work in NYC,” and as one of the 10 hottest SaaS startups in New York for two years in a row. Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Company’s annual list of theWorld’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023 award recognizing “forward-thinking employers for their unwavering commitment to employee engagement.”  SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moody’s, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.

About the Role:

SecurityScorecard’s Product & Design org is rebuilding itself around AI-first workflows, where designers prototype directly against the live codebase with Claude and hand off working interactions instead of static Figma comps, and where AI agents increasingly operate alongside human users inside our product. We need an operator to build and run the systems that make both sides of that work: the human design org, and the emerging discipline of agent experience (AX).

This is a design/UX operations and program management role, not a design-execution role. You won’t be shipping mockups. You’ll be building the operating model, cadence, metrics, and standards that let a pod-based, AI-first org move fast and stay aligned, on the human experience side and on the agent experience side alike.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and run the operating model for a pod-based design org: designers embedded in cross-functional product pods, owning continuity per product area, no central ticket queue.
  • Drive adoption of AI-first design practices: designers prototyping from the live codebase and design system with Claude (or equivalent), shipping working interaction detail instead of static comps.
  • Own design-to-engineering handoff so interaction details, the details that get lost between Figma and code, are captured, accurate, and buildable on arrival.
  • Own agent experience (AX) operations: coordinate the evals, guardrails, and agent primitives (permissions, tool access, escalation paths, failure handling) that let agents operate reliably and safely across the product.
  • Define how humans and agents hand off to each other, and how multiple agents coordinate with each other, so collaboration is designed on purpose rather than emerging by accident.
  • Define and track the metrics that prove the org is moving faster and improving the overall experience: prototyping velocity, handoff quality, cycle time, agent eval coverage, and AI-tooling adoption on both the human and agent sides.
  • Run planning, prioritization, and cross-pod cadence, including shared or infrastructure-level design work that spans product lines.
  • Support customer co-build and live-prototyping sessions, making sure what’s learned scales across similar customers instead of staying one-off.
  • Partner with the UX Director and pod leads to onboard designers into the AI-first workflow and raise the bar on tooling fluency, design judgment, and agentic design skill.
  • Operate as connective tissue across a flat org, no management layer between designers and the Director, coordinating standards rather than managing headcount.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in design/UX operations, program management, or a similar operating role, ideally in B2B SaaS (B2C patterns don’t transfer well here).
  • Direct experience running AI-enabled design workflows: designers working from a live codebase and design system, producing interactive prototypes, and handing off implementation-ready specs to engineering.
  • A real point of view on AI-first design-to-engineering workflows, formed by doing it, not just using an AI tool. You can speak to tooling, process, and the tradeoffs you’ve hit.
  • Some direct exposure to agent evaluation, guardrails, or agent-facing product design, whether that’s building evals, defining agent permission/escalation models, or designing how a product surfaces to an AI agent versus a human.
  • A track record of replacing centralized, ticket-based intake with embedded, pod-based ownership, or a clear, credible plan for how you’d do it.
  • Comfort operating without a rigid management hierarchy, driving standards across teams you don’t manage.
  • Strong cross-functional operating skill: you can run planning and prioritization cadences across design, product, engineering, and security without becoming another approval layer.
  • A bias toward rapid, disposable prototyping over precious, over-invested design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or another security-adjacent B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience standing up or scaling an AI-first product development practice at a company going through the same transition (e.g., rolling out agentic coding or design tools org-wide).
  • Experience running customer co-build or live-prototyping sessions with enterprise customers.
  • Experience building or operating multi-agent systems, or defining eval frameworks for agent behavior in production.

Benefits:

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $185,000 - $230,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.

SecurityScorecard is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and embraces diversity. We believe that our team is strengthened through hiring and retaining employees with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, ideas, and perspectives. We make hiring decisions based on merit and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex or gender (including pregnancy) gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, age, marital, veteran, disability status or any other protected category in accordance with applicable law.

We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, in accordance with applicable law. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability, please contact talentacquisitionoperations@securityscorecard.io.

Any information you submit to SecurityScorecard as part of your application will be processed in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy and applicable law.

SecurityScorecard does not accept unsolicited resumes from employment agencies.  Please note that we do not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.   #LI-DNI

What this role involves

Engagement Manager

About the opportunity

Drive cross-functional software QA and engineering delivery across two parallel workstreams to keep projects on schedule, on scope, and audit-ready. About our client Our client is preparing two AI-driven platforms for enterprise readiness, with a focus on security, correctness, and financial integrity ahead of a production launch.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate both pods against the ~ 12-week schedule; hold kickoff, keep the plan honest, and manage dependencies.

  • Run a weekly working session and a short weekly written status with the client counterpart for each app.

  • Keep defect flow, trackers (GitHub Issues; Linear/Jira), and the freeze-audit CI gate visible and moving.

  • Manage access, credential, and environment dependencies; move dates rather than compress work when dependencies slip, and flag issues early.

  • Prepare the consolidated readiness summary and findings hand-off that feeds the separate Executive Review.

  • Escalate risks — including the Persona-readiness dependency — clearly and early.

What you bring (must-haves)

  • Delivery / project management experience on software QA, testing, or engineering engagements.

  • Comfort coordinating technical work across parallel teams and translating status for a client audience.

  • Fluency with issue trackers (GitHub Issues, Linear, Jira) and CI-based workflows.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; calm, clear client communication.

  • Strong dependency and risk management instincts.

Bonus points for (nice-to-haves)

  • Background running nearshore or distributed delivery teams.

  • Exposure to security or real-money/fintech engagements.

  • Familiarity with gated go/no-go and evidence-based acceptance.

Perks & benefits

  • đź’» Equipment provided — none of that “bring your own device” stuff here 🛡️

  •  Full back-office support — Legal, Accounting, HR Business Partner, and Delivery team

  • 🧭 Career and cultural mentoring — how to show up, stand out, and navigate US work culture

  • 🗣️ Free English lessons with a native speaker

  • 🤝 Referral bonus — recommend Ubi to your tech friends and get paid for it

  • 🏖️ FlorianĂłpolis HQ always open — 100% remote, but the office is there whenever you want it.

How the process works:

  • Interview with our Tech Recruiter (+ quick AI assessment, if needed)
  • Client interview process (varies by company)
  • Offer 🎉 Onboarding with full Ubiminds support

Why Ubiminds? With 9 years in the market and GPTW-certified, Ubiminds connects Latin American tech professionals with software companies in the US and Canada. Project Management Special Projects Manager (Communications Team) at Future of Life Institute (FLI)

Manages communications projects end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver design, digital, and content work on tight policy-driven timelines.

Mid Remote Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Future of Life Institute (FLI) is hiring a Special Projects Manager for the Communications Team. The Communications Team produces a high volume of design and digital work — websites, campaign microsites, event identities, reports and assets — for a global audience, often on fast timelines tied to policy moments. We work with a retained external studio that delivers design and development from briefs, supported by a small in-house team. You will be the person who makes that model work - driving diverse projects from initial scoping all the way to completion.

The Special Projects Manager will report directly to the Director of Communications.

Who we are

FLI educates and engages lawmakers, key stakeholders, and the general public about transformative technologies and their implications. We advocate for policies and approaches that mitigate catastrophic risks while advancing positive futures for humanity.

As Special Projects Manager, you will:

  • Develop briefs: translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable creative and technical briefs, and push back constructively when asks are unclear, conflicting or unscoped.

  • Oversee project performance and progress: work with internal and external stakeholders to define what success looks like for each project, integrate those goals into design and content strategies, and develop/execute comms projects that reflect them.

  • Identify, onboard and manage agencies and contractors: i dentify the skill gaps required to make a project shine, then source and steer talent to fill those gaps through web development agencies or individual freelancers.

  • Own quality assurance: define what “done” looks like — reviewing deliverables against brief, brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG), running structured review rounds, and holding the final quality bar before anything ships.

  • Product innovation: ideate and develop digital products to help achieve FLI’s mission and meet org objectives.

  • Run special projects: deliver multi-month initiatives such as international creative contests end to end.

  • Steward brand coherence: work with the website development agency to maintain our design system and keep high-volume output visually consistent.

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Based in a timezone between West Coast, USA and the UK (UTC-8 to UTC+1).

  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects — comfortable navigating competing priorities, securing alignment from senior colleagues, and turning messy input into clear direction.

  • A track record of building or significantly improving delivery processes — intake, review, QA or approval workflows — not just operating within them.

  • Project management experience across design, communications and/or digital/web projects, ideally including managing external agencies.

Required skills and qualities:

  • Genuine interest in FLI’s mission and the issues we work on — able to represent our work credibly to agencies, judges, contest entrants and partners.

  • Sharp quality instincts and the confidence to send things back when they’re not right (ideally provable with a portfolio of shipped work you’ve quality-assured).

  • Calm under deadline pressure; comfortable saying no and offering alternatives.

Preferred qualifications, skills and qualities:

  • Experience running participatory or multi-stakeholder projects — contests, awards, grant rounds, festivals or similar.

  • Familiarity with website delivery: CMS platforms and enough technical literacy to triage issues and talk credibly with developers.

  • Working knowledge of SEO and digital audience growth: technical and on-page fundamentals, analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Search Console), and how content and campaign decisions affect reach.

  • Nonprofit, policy, advocacy or campaign experience.

$100,000 - $190,000 a year

Exact compensation will vary depending on experience and geography.

For US hires, additional benefits include: health insurance, 24+ days of PTO per year, paid parental leave, 401k matching in the US, a work from home allowance for the purchase of office supplies or equipment, and a professional development budget.

Exact benefits will depend on location.

Application Deadline: 2nd October 2026

Start Date: We’d like the chosen candidate to start as soon as possible after accepting an offer.

Application Process: Apply by uploading your resume, a portfolio of design products you have quality assured (if available), alongside a short answer to the following question(s):

  • In 200 words or less, please describe the digital or communications project you are most proud of working on. What was the project and how were your contributions critical to its success.

  • In 200 words or less, outline why are you interested in working at FLI in particular

Please apply via our website. Email applications are not accepted.

Manages end-to-end operations for high-profile executive programs and events, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, and playbooks to deliver premium experiences.

What this role involves

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Executive Content & Experiences team builds trusted relationships with leaders shaping the global economy. We design high-impact programs—including executive briefings, advisory boards, flagship convenings at Davos, and executive programming at Stripe Sessions—to bring Stripe’s strategy to life. Beyond delivering premier high-touch moments, we turn leadership insights into actionable intelligence that directly informs Stripe’s narratives, product, and go-to-market direction.

What you’ll do

We are looking for an Executive Experiences Program Manager to drive end-to-end operational excellence for our most high-profile leadership programs. This involves leading global operations for Tier-1 flagship moments like Davos, our Exec Summit at Sessions, the launch of new Executive Briefing Centers, as well as managing broader operations and budget allocation across the team. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of product marketing, executive engagement, strategic hospitality, and B2B pipeline development. You will build and scale a world-class execution engine that delivers flawless, high-touch experiences for executive audiences. This requires someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution and can zoom in and out based on the task at hand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences (including Davos, Exec Summit at Sessions, and EBC space launches) across cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve repeatable playbooks, best practices documentation, and toolkits to scale our executive event execution engine efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage global budget planning and tracking in close partnership with accountable leads to ensure spend remains on-track.
  • Own executive-ready program communications, operationalizing reporting across functions into unified, digestible status updates and leadership dashboards.
  • Drive ongoing operational improvements via process innovation, automation, and the adoption of AI-powered tools to increase productivity and transform team workflows.

Who you are

A sharp, organized problem-solver who is a self-starter. You bring structure, clarity, and simplicity to complex problems and focus teams with competing priorities into aligned goals and plans. You are equally comfortable presenting to C-suite executives as you are clearing tactical operational roadblocks. You design systems, tools, and AI-first workflows to structure and automate programs and processes. You don’t think 1 step ahead, you think 10 steps ahead; you lead teams to structure phased milestones to achieve the intended end vision. You proactively anticipate risk and account for dependencies in plans to ensure we are planful and prepared for every foreseeable execution need in high-stakes environments.

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or events
  • Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the executive and working team level and competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Experience managing budgets, creating playbooks, and operational documentation for scaled program maturity

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale, high-profile, executive-facing events
  • Experience managing projects in Asana (or other project planning software)
  • Experience with budget and procurement software
  • Experience partnering with agencies, vendors and third parties to bring consistency and standards
  • Experience in the Tech industry; financial services, payments, or B2B software a plus
  • AI project management workflow automation
