Leads a cross-functional program delivery team managing Adobe's enterprise generative AI adoption initiative, owning operating rhythm, client relationships, and program performance.
At Code and Theory, we thrive at the intersection of creativity and technology. We empower brands by driving seamless execution, transformative solutions, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Through a culture of invention, our teams turn ideas into impactâcreating innovative, memorable experiences for clients and their audiences.
Code and Theory is looking for a Program Delivery Lead to run the operating engine behind Project Ignite, our embedded-team partnership with Adobe that drives enterprise customer adoption of generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly and Adobe GenStudio.
The Program Lead owns the whole program rather than an individual client account. This role acts as the connective tissue across the whole Engagement Management team: as the primary point of contact for Adobeâs FDE leadership on program-level matters, as the owner of internal operating rhythm and team health, and as the person who represents the program to Code and Theory and Stagwell executive leadership.

Weâre searching for passionate individuals eager to contribute to Alpacaâs rapid growth. If you align with our core valuesâStay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountableâand are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
Lead the team that commands Alpacaâs most critical incidents. You will build the function and then keep raising its bar: the severity model, the escalation and communication paths, 24x7 follow-the-sun coverage, and the KPIs that prove it is improving. You will do that across boundaries - with the engineering teams who own the services, with SRE on reliability standards and on-call readiness, with Risk on financial and regulatory materiality, with our partner communications teams on what reaches a customer, and with reliability programme management on what happens after.
You will own how well we respond. Not the fix, not the partner communication, and not the reliability standard. Holding that line is a deliberate part of the design and a core part of the job.

Lead test strategy and quality assurance for a real-money settlement platform, designing coverage to ensure financial correctness and auditable money movement.
QA Lead
About the opportunity
Lead the test strategy for a real-money platform, proving settlement math cannot leak, double-pay, or drift while building a traceable test-case library from scratch.
About our client Our client is preparing two AI-driven platforms for enterprise readiness, with a focus on security, correctness, and financial integrity ahead of a production launch.
What youâll do
Own the test strategy for the settlement engine: design coverage that proves settlement math is correct and cannot leak, double-pay, or drift.
Test the closed-loop money-movement path end to end and verify it is fully auditable.
Drive security testing at the RPC / SECURITY DEFINER layer, where the real business logic lives.
Verify access controls â 21+ age gating and identity verification â gate before any funds move (subject to Persona credential availability).
Author a traceable test-case library from scratch and stand up the shared defect tracker (Linear or Jira).
Report defects with precise repro steps; the client remediates and you re-test (you find, they fix, you verify).
Coordinate sandbox testing across OpenNode (settlement, test mode) and Resend (email).
Lead the CALL-IT pod.
What you bring (must-haves)
Senior QA / test-engineering experience on systems handling money, transactions, ledgers, or settlement â required, not adjacent.
Strong SQL / Postgres, ideally including stored-procedure or SECURITY DEFINER function testing.
Experience testing payment, settlement, ledger, or wallet flows, with an instinct for where money leaks or double-counts.
Working knowledge of Next.js / API-driven web apps and how to test an RPC layer.
Ability to design coverage where none exists and lead a small pod.
Rigorous, reproducible defect reporting in clear written English.
Bonus points for (nice-to-haves)
Fintech, payments, iGaming, testing background.
Familiarity with Supabase and Vercel.
Exposure to KYC / identity-verification flows (e.g., Persona) and age-gating.
Understanding of Bitcoin / Lightning settlement (e.g., OpenNode).

Engagement Manager
About the opportunity
Drive cross-functional software QA and engineering delivery across two parallel workstreams to keep projects on schedule, on scope, and audit-ready. About our client Our client is preparing two AI-driven platforms for enterprise readiness, with a focus on security, correctness, and financial integrity ahead of a production launch.
What youâll do
Coordinate both pods against the ~ 12-week schedule; hold kickoff, keep the plan honest, and manage dependencies.
Run a weekly working session and a short weekly written status with the client counterpart for each app.
Keep defect flow, trackers (GitHub Issues; Linear/Jira), and the freeze-audit CI gate visible and moving.
Manage access, credential, and environment dependencies; move dates rather than compress work when dependencies slip, and flag issues early.
Prepare the consolidated readiness summary and findings hand-off that feeds the separate Executive Review.
Escalate risks â including the Persona-readiness dependency â clearly and early.
What you bring (must-haves)
Delivery / project management experience on software QA, testing, or engineering engagements.

Oversee project performance and progress: work with internal and external stakeholders to define what success looks like for each project, integrate those goals into design and content strategies, and develop/execute comms projects that reflect them.
Identify, onboard and manage agencies and contractors: i dentify the skill gaps required to make a project shine, then source and steer talent to fill those gaps through web development agencies or individual freelancers.
Own quality assurance: define what âdoneâ looks like â reviewing deliverables against brief, brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG), running structured review rounds, and holding the final quality bar before anything ships.
Product innovation: ideate and develop digital products to help achieve FLIâs mission and meet org objectives.
Run special projects: deliver multi-month initiatives such as international creative contests end to end.
Steward brand coherence: work with the website development agency to maintain our design system and keep high-volume output visually consistent.

Genuine interest in FLIâs mission and the issues we work on â able to represent our work credibly to agencies, judges, contest entrants and partners.
Sharp quality instincts and the confidence to send things back when theyâre not right (ideally provable with a portfolio of shipped work youâve quality-assured).
Calm under deadline pressure; comfortable saying no and offering alternatives.
Experience running participatory or multi-stakeholder projects â contests, awards, grant rounds, festivals or similar.
Familiarity with website delivery: CMS platforms and enough technical literacy to triage issues and talk credibly with developers.
Working knowledge of SEO and digital audience growth: technical and on-page fundamentals, analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Search Console), and how content and campaign decisions affect reach.
Nonprofit, policy, advocacy or campaign experience.
$100,000 - $190,000 a year
Exact compensation will vary depending on experience and geography.
For US hires, additional benefits include: health insurance, 24+ days of PTO per year, paid parental leave, 401k matching in the US, a work from home allowance for the purchase of office supplies or equipment, and a professional development budget.
Exact benefits will depend on location.
Application Deadline: 2nd October 2026
Start Date: Weâd like the chosen candidate to start as soon as possible after accepting an offer.
Application Process: Apply by uploading your resume, a portfolio of design products you have quality assured (if available), alongside a short answer to the following question(s):

Own quality assurance: define what âdoneâ looks like â reviewing deliverables against brief, brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG), running structured review rounds, and holding the final quality bar before anything ships.
Product innovation: ideate and develop digital products to help achieve FLIâs mission and meet org objectives.
Run special projects: deliver multi-month initiatives such as international creative contests end to end.
Steward brand coherence: work with the website development agency to maintain our design system and keep high-volume output visually consistent.
Based in a timezone between West Coast, USA and the UK (UTC-8 to UTC+1).
Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects â comfortable navigating competing priorities, securing alignment from senior colleagues, and turning messy input into clear direction.
A track record of building or significantly improving delivery processes â intake, review, QA or approval workflows â not just operating within them.
Project management experience across design, communications and/or digital/web projects, ideally including managing external agencies.
