Product Product Lead, Panel & Recruitment (Remote, EU/UK) at Maze

Owns product vision and strategy for Maze's recruitment and panel experience, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to build high-quality participant recruitment systems.

Lead Remote Posted about 17 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Maze

Maze is the user research platform that helps companies build the right products faster by making user insights available at the speed of product development.

In most companies, research demand far exceeds supply. Time, cost, and lack of access to expertise hold teams back. In today’s AI-powered world, anyone can build a product fast. The real challenge? Deeply understanding user needs and building the right product. That’s where Maze comes in.

We believe companies shouldn’t have to choose between building fast and building right. Maze makes research accessible, intuitive, and fast so product teams can put user insights at the center of every decision.

Our platform enables researchers, designers, and product managers to quickly recruit participants, run studies autonomously, and surface insights that actually drive product decisions. Our AI capabilities automate the busywork and add depth and direction to the insights themselves.

That’s why Maze was recently named the #1 user research platform in UX Tools’ Design Tools Survey—and why we’re scaling fast across industries like B2B SaaS, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive, supporting world class customers such as Uber, Amazon, Atlassian, Anthropic & more.

Maze is a Series B company backed by top-tier investors (Felicis, Emergence & Amplify). We operate a global remote workforce driven by our core values.

Location: Remote , preference for Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain or Portugal.

Key engineering and product teams are based in these locales.

About the Role

Maze customers need to reach the right participants and trust the quality of the people taking part in their studies. Recruitment is a critical part of research.

We’re looking for a Product Lead to own the recruitment and panel experience at Maze. You’ll set the product vision for how customers recruit and manage participants across Maze, working across unmoderated, moderated, AI-moderated, and future research experiences.

This is a highly cross-functional product area that sits at the intersection of product, operations, and our panel partner ecosystem. You’ll work in a trio with Engineering and Design while partnering closely with our Panel Operations team, GTM, Customer Success, Research Partners, and other product teams.

You’ll own the customer and participant experiences as well as the systems behind them, helping Maze deliver a recruitment experience that is high-quality, reliable, and able to scale with increasingly complex customer needs.

You’ll work on:

  • Set the product vision and roadmap for recruitment and participant management across Maze.

  • Improve participant quality by building stronger feedback loops, quality signals, filtering, and experiences that reduce confusion for participants.

  • Make it easier for customers to recruit the audiences they need across different study types, including more complex enterprise use cases.

  • Understand panel performance and identify gaps in participant supply, quality, and fulfillment.

  • Partner with Panel Operations to continuously improve the tools, workflows, and handoffs used to fulfill recruitment requests.

  • Help evaluate and onboard new panel partners and determine where deeper integrations can improve quality, coverage, or efficiency.

  • Develop smarter ways to route studies to the right participant supply based on customer and study needs.

  • Stay close to the operational side of recruitment so product decisions are grounded in how participant fulfillment actually happens.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Research Partners on customer needs, recruitment feasibility, packaging, adoption, and opportunities where recruitment capabilities can unlock deals.

  • Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfillment, and the overall recruitment experience.

You should apply if:

  • You have experience as a Product Lead, or equivalent, owning complex product areas from strategy through execution.

  • You’re comfortable working on products that span software, operations, and external partners rather than living entirely within a single product surface.

  • You can turn messy, cross-functional problems into a clear product vision and an actionable roadmap.

  • You’re comfortable getting close to operational workflows and using what you learn to make better product decisions.

  • You have strong product judgment and are comfortable bringing a clear recommendation to the room, even when there isn’t a perfect answer.

  • You’re experienced partnering closely with Engineering and Design while bringing stakeholders from across the business into your product process.

  • You think in systems and look for scalable product solutions rather than one-off workarounds.

  • You’re comfortable balancing customer experience, business needs, operational realities, and technical constraints.

  • You thrive in an environment where you can move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and continuously learn from customers and internal teams.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with user research or research participant recruitment.

  • Experience building products with a meaningful operational component.

  • Marketplace or supply-and-demand product experience.

  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or integrations that are critical to the customer experience.

  • Experience building products for enterprise customers with complex requirements.

Inclusivity and Pay

At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Unique and diverse perspectives are welcomed, and continuous growth is encouraged. We believe that people are more than their resumes, so if your past experience looks different than the criteria listed, we’d still love to hear from you. We appreciate and celebrate non-traditional life routes and encourage you to apply should you connect with a job description or the Maze culture.

Maze values transparency and it enables us to approach compensation equitably across the world. We are informed by data and regularly check our salary ranges (either United States or Rest of World) against other venture backed companies. Additionally, we are proud of our holistic and generous benefits offerings, included in every compensation package.

Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. During your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations.

Why Maze is unique

  • Early-stage startup: You will join an early-stage startup with less than 150 team members. This means you’ll have the unique opportunity to directly impact success and help shape the future of Maze.

  • Market disruption: We believe that the way companies build products is fundamentally broken and the user research market is ripe for disruption. For too long, companies have been forced to choose between rapid development without user insights or investing months into research before bringing products to market. But there’s finally a groundswell building around a path forward that eliminates this compromise - and Maze is leading the charge.

  • Product-market Fit: Maze is used by 100,000+ brands across 4,000 companies, from SMB to enterprises, and in the last fiscal year, we saw 6.5M questions answered, supporting 25K decisions

Benefits

  • Health insurance with international coverage, vision, and dental: 100% of the team member premium paid

    • For some locations, coverage options vary, please see our benefits pages for more information
  • Free access to proper mental health care, unlimited virtual therapy sessions (with a human) and 24⁄7 access to resources

  • Life and Disability Insurance, 100% of the team member premium paid

  • Flexible time off

  • Meaningful equity

  • Company retreats, fully paid for by Maze

  • New MacBook (laptop), paid for by Maze

  • Paid Family leave: 16 weeks for birth or adoptive parents

  • $500/month to be used for dependent health insurance coverage

    • If you don’t have dependents to add to your plan, you will still get access to this money to be used at your discretion to get the benefits that matter to you with our flexible a-maze-ing benefits - gym memberships, co-working spaces, food, travel, whatever!
  • $1,500 remote work setup fund to ensure you can set up a productive work space

  • Flexible work schedule where you manage your own working hours

  • Monthly Bonus.ly points that are awarded to others to recognize teamwork, dedication and helpfulness - points can be cashed out for gift cards and more

  • Open, transparent culture that includes virtual: coffee chats, bi-weekly all-hands meetings, and more

Check out all of our a-maze-ing benefits here.

Our Team Members:

We’re a dynamic team of 400+ globally distributed members who thrive working from our favorite places around the world, with teammates spanning the USA, Canada, Japan, Hungary, Nigeria, Brazil, the UK, and beyond!

We’re searching for passionate individuals eager to contribute to Alpaca’s rapid growth. If you align with our core values—Stay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountable—and are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

Your Role:

Alpaca is building the infrastructure layer that partners across the Gulf use to launch and scale brokerage products. We’re expanding our footprint in Saudi Arabia and the UAE — with live market access, a growing regional roadmap, and ambitions across derivatives, direct connectivity, securities lending, and Sharia-compliant offerings. We’re hiring a Product Manager to own that expansion end-to-end: define the strategy, ship the products, and work with regulators, partners, and internal teams to make Alpaca the brokerage platform of choice across the Kingdom and the wider GCC.

We’re seeking a Product Manager to define and drive new product initiatives and manage a portfolio of existing products across the Saudi and GCC markets. With a deep understanding of the regional regulatory landscape, including CMA, Edaa, Tadawul, and GCC financial market frameworks, you will shape the product strategy that enables Alpaca to scale its brokerage infrastructure across the Kingdom and the wider Gulf region, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the region’s rapidly evolving capital markets.

This role is equal parts strategy and delivery. You’ll decide what we build versus buy, how we sequence the regional roadmap, and which partnerships and connectivity paths get us there — and then ship the brokerage features, integrations, and operational workflows that partners and institutional clients depend on every day.

What You’ll Walk Into

You won’t be starting from zero. You’ll be owning live problems:

  • Saudi limited live:  scaling from initial market access to full product coverage while meeting CMA and Tadawul requirements.
  • The rest of the Saudi roadmap: prioritizing and delivering the next wave of brokerage capabilities across equities, Sukuk, ETFs, and regional market needs.
  • Saudi derivatives: defining and launching derivative product offerings compliant with local market structure and regulation.
  • Saudi direct connectivity:  building and owning connectivity to Tadawul and regional infrastructure, reducing reliance on intermediary paths.
  • Saudi broker partnerships: evaluating, onboarding, and integrating local brokers to expand coverage and resilience.
  • Saudi securities lending business: growing the securities lending product line for the Kingdom.
  • All of the above for the UAE: replicating and adapting the Saudi playbook for the Emirates market, including local regulatory alignment and partner integrations.
  • Sharia-compliant products across Alpaca: owning the product strategy and delivery for Islamic finance offerings, ensuring Sharia-compliant structures are embedded across regional and global product surfaces.
  • Regulatory and stakeholder complexity: engagements with CMA, Tadawul, Edaa, and other regional regulators, plus coordination between Alpaca’s global platform and KSA/GCC market infrastructure.

Things You Get To Do

  • Own brokerage products tailored for the Saudi and GCC markets, including equities, Sukuk, ETFs, derivatives, and Sharia-compliant solutions.
  • Drive brokerage product strategy by analyzing ROI, regional market competition, regulatory requirements, and build-vs-buy scenarios.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap with a focus on CMA-compliant features, Sharia-compliant solutions, and regional market needs.
  • Write product requirements and work with engineers to execute programs that meet local regulatory and market standards.
  • Improve brokerage operation efficiency by providing solutions and owning the metrics, with a focus on regional settlement, custody, and clearing workflows.
  • Lead customer calls around brokerage process and product issues to gain insights and translate them into product improvements for GCC clients.
  • Participate in engagements with the CMA, Tadawul, Edaa, and other regional regulators to drive product strategy and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Report timely and accurately on product status and results to internal and external stakeholders, including regional partners and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure seamless integration between Alpaca’s global platform and KSA/GCC market infrastructure.

—

Who You Are (Must-Haves)

  • Excited about what Alpaca is building and passionate about expanding financial infrastructure across the GCC.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, and/or starting a startup, preferably within financial services or fintech.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech within the Saudi or GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of the CMA regulatory framework, Tadawul market structure, and GCC capital markets landscape.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal, with excellent collaboration abilities.
  • Business acumen to understand tradeoffs between stakeholders and technology feasibility with time and budget constraints.

Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience and background working on and developing brokerage products in the Saudi or GCC markets.
  • Technical background working with APIs, particularly in financial services or trading platforms.
  • CME-1 or other CMA-recognized professional certifications.
  • Experience working with Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) programs or cross-border investment products.
  • Familiarity with Sharia-compliant product structures and Islamic finance principles.
  • Experience working at a fintech, startup, or CMA-authorized institution.

How We Take Care of You:

  • Competitive Salary & Stock Options
  • Health Benefits
  • New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500
  • Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card

Alpaca is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.

Legendary brands like Virgin Media O2, Oatly, and TomTom use Storyblok to make a bigger, faster market impact.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU

You will be joining a growing company where you can contribute to many “firsts”. Plus these benefits:

  • Monthly remote work stipend (home internet costs, electricity). Home office equipment package right at the start (laptop, keyboard, monitor…)
  • Home office equipment upgrade (furniture, ear plugs …) or membership to a local co-working space after your onboarding
  • Sick leave benefit, parental leave and 25 days of annual leave plus your local national holidays
  • Personal development fund for courses, books, conferences, and material
  • The annual international team-building trip, quarterly and monthly online get-togethers
  • As a fully remote company, with work-life balance at its core, you’ll enjoy flexible schedules
  • An international team that loves to have fun at work and works hard together to accomplish shared goals

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the multi-year vision, roadmap, and performance for a key product area at Storyblok. You will own the what and the why around your products, from early discovery and definition through launch and improvement. You will set standards across the product team, working closely with Engineering and Design to turn strategy into a clear delivery plan, make practical calls on scope and tradeoffs, and support teams all the way through to shipping. You’ll report on how your product area is performing, and represent that direction to executives, key customers, and industry analysts. You’ll also partner closely with our Developer Experience team to make working with our APIs, SDKs, and docs something developers actively enjoy.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product area vision & roadmap: Set the multi-year vision and own the roadmap for a key product area. Decide what gets built in what order across this area, and explain why you made those calls. Bring net-new product bets to the executive team when you spot one worth making.

  • Product Discovery: Set the research agenda across your area rather than running all of it yourself. Decide what needs investigating, commission the work, and spot market shifts before they show up in the numbers.

  • Developer experience. Treating docs, error messages, and the composable/MACH integration ecosystem as part of the product.

  • Business cases: Build company-level business cases, such as a new pricing tier or a new market, that hold up in front of leadership and show how product spend turns into results the business can measure.

  • Release strategy: Set the standards for how releases are governed across the company: what ships in what order, what has to be working before it does, and what every team needs in place to be ready.

  • Stakeholder management: Keep executives, key customers and industry analysts informed and on the same page as priorities shift.

  • Cross-team leadership: Become the leader in your area, shaping organisation-wide product culture. Arbitrate the conflicts and competing priorities that span whole orgs rather than passing them up the chain.

  • Metrics & measurement:  Set the metrics and analytics standards other product areas work to, and report on how your own area is performing.

  • Design and engineering collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering from the first research through launch. You shape the design philosophy at the platform level and set the component and API conventions teams follow, they bring the craft and the technical judgement, and together you decide what ships, what waits, and how good it has to be.

  • Writing:  Set the spec and writing standards other product teams work to, and write the internal docs that inform executive-level decisions.

  • External communication and launch stories: Represent the product narrative externally through keynotes and analyst briefings, and drive category-defining thought leadership.

  • Mentoring: Mentor across the product team, growing ownership and judgement in other PMs rather than making their calls for them.

Education and experience

  • A degree in engineering, product, or something related
  • 8+ years in product management, at least 3 of them on technical, developer-facing, or platform products
  • Hands-on experience with developer tools, or platform products.
  • Experience owning a whole product area, not single features
  • Demonstrated technical fluency: you can read API documentation, run discovery interviews with senior engineers, and write a PRD that engineers respect.
  • A track record of setting a multi-year vision and carrying it through to shipped results you can measure, including at least one company-level bet such as a new market or a new pricing tier
  • Experience in CMS, content infrastructure, or DXP is a strong plus

Qualifications

  • You understand how SaaS businesses work, along with their customers, partners, and the wider B2B world
  • Strong commercial sense. You can build the case for a new tier or a new market, and connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and cost
  • Strong writing and speaking. Comfortable on a keynote stage or in an analyst briefing, not just in front of executives and customers
  • Technical enough to hold your own on platform architecture decisions with engineering, rather than only following them
  • Hands on: You’d rather build a rough prototype than describe the idea in a doc.

MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Remote (home) work opportunity or funded by Storyblok co-working space

Product Confluent: Senior Product Manager, Cluster Linking

Defines product strategy and drives adoption for Cluster Linking, Confluent's core data replication platform, across disaster recovery, migrations, and data sharing use cases.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote, Ontario, Canada

We’re not just building better tech. We’re rewriting how data moves and what the world can do with it. With Confluent, data doesn’t sit still. Our platform puts information in motion, streaming in near real-time so companies can react faster, build smarter, and deliver experiences as dynamic as the world around them.

It takes a certain kind of person to join this team. Those who ask hard questions, give honest feedback, and show up for each other. No egos, no solo acts. Just smart, curious humans pushing toward something bigger, together.

One Confluent. One Team. One Data Streaming Platform.

About the Role:

Cluster Linking is how Kafka clusters are replicated, and it sits at the very core of Confluent. When a global bank architects zero-data-loss disaster recovery, when an enterprise migrates petabytes off open-source Kafka, or when a multinational replicates event streams across three continents, they're running on Cluster Linking.

This role will define the future of Cluster Linking: how we deliver seamless disaster recovery for Kafka workloads, how we build self-service migration paths into Confluent Cloud, and how we enable cross-organization data sharing to power real-time, operational data exchanges.

Cluster Linking is one of Confluent's fastest-growing platform products and you'll own that growth. Our largest customers depend on it, and because it cuts across Kafka, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security, your work will have visibility and influence across the company.

What You Will Do:

  • Launch and drive adoption for our one-click DR initiative. Take disaster recovery from a manually configured capability to a seamless, productized experience that customers can adopt with confidence.

  • Define the future of real-time stream sharing across organizations, including its security model, networking, access controls, and how it scales across organizations and use cases.

  • Power capabilities that let customers migrate to Confluent in a few clicks or API calls. Define the art of the possible and make the migration path a reason to choose Confluent.

  • Segment and re-package Cluster Linking. The product serves Disaster Recovery, migrations, data sharing, and cross-cloud replication, each with different customer needs and pricing dynamics. Define how we package, price, and position each so the offering works for customers and drives growth.

  • Partner closely with your engineering manager counterpart as a strategic partner. Use that partnership to understand tradeoffs, make decisions fast, and keep the product moving forward.

  • Work directly with customers. You'll be pulled in many directions, customers will ask a lot of you. Your job is to steer them toward the right architectures and models, get them excited about what's coming, listen to what they need next, and balance the present opportunity with where the product is headed.

  • Drive results. Run campaigns with sellers and solutions engineers, lead webinars, assemble teams of subject matter experts, and do what it takes to move your priorities forward.

  • Influence and energize the people around you. Confluent moves fast and people are ready to help. Harness that, get teams excited, rally cross-functional support, and turn organizational momentum into product momentum.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in infrastructure, data platforms, or cloud products. You've shipped technical products and driven measurable outcomes.

  • Genuine interest in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure. Kafka is not simple. You don't need prior Kafka expertise, but you need to be energized by technical depth, not put off by it.

  • A results-driven mindset. You don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen. You get on calls with sellers, you pull in the right people, and you keep pushing until the work is done.

  • Proven ability to influence. You get people excited and aligned, across engineering, field, sales, finance, and leadership, often without formal authority.

  • Strong ownership mentality. You take responsibility from day one. You drive ambiguous problems to clarity, remove blockers, and treat the product like your own business.

  • Business thinking beyond the backlog. You think about segmentation, packaging, pricing, and market impact, not just features. You understand that how a product is offered matters as much as what it does.

  • Clear communication. You can make technical topics understandable for executive audiences, write sharp product docs, and present confidently to customers and leadership.

  • LLM or GenAI knowledge is a bonus, but not required

Ready to build what's next? Let’s get in motion.

Come As You Are

Belonging isn’t a perk here. It’s the baseline. We work across time zones and backgrounds, knowing the best ideas come from different perspectives. And we make space for everyone to lead, grow, and challenge what’s possible.

We’re proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. Employment decisions are based on job-related criteria, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other classification protected by law.

Sutherland

Unlocking digital performance. Delivering measurable results

Job Description

About the Role

Connect is one of the premier and fastest selling products at Sutherland, providing a full omni-channel, Contact Center as a Service solution for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team and drive the delivery of Connect products and services through the full development lifecycle.

The Product Owner sets product vision and roadmap direction. From that point the product is yours through delivery: shaping requirements into a solution that can actually be built, making the trade-off calls that decide what ships and what defers, driving the build, running QA and UAT, and getting the product released and ready to deploy. Client deployments are run by the project management organization, and you support them as the product authority. At times this team carries the deployment directly. This is not a coordination role. You are expected to apply product judgment on scope, design, and release readiness, and to carry the professional standing that earns you the respect of engineering, operations, and clients.

Real contact center expertise is essential. You will make product and delivery decisions daily on omni-channel routing, telephony, agent desktop, recording, reporting, and integration behavior. You need to know how a contact center runs well enough to recognize when a design will not hold up against real routing, peak volume, or a failover, and to make that case to engineering. Candidates must have delivered products or capabilities on a contact center platform.

You will join a team of Product Delivery Managers reporting to the Head of Product Delivery. Delivery work is shared across the team, so you will coordinate with your peers on dependencies, shared components, release trains, and release order, and help shape the standards the team works to. The role has no direct reports and depends on working effectively across architecture, engineering, QA, project management, implementation, and operations. This is a remote position based in the United States. The team works US business hours, primarily Eastern Time and extending to Pacific Time, and that must be your normal business day. This role cannot be worked as an offset shift from another region.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Intake & Delivery Planning

  • Take product direction and priorities from the Head of Product Delivery and shape them into a delivery plan, including where the approach has to change to hold up in a live contact center.
  • Review requirements for clarity, completeness, testability, and feasibility. Take gaps, conflicts, and ambiguities back to the Head of Product Delivery and resolve them before work starts.
  • Break requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that development and QA can work from.
  • Size and phase the work with engineering, set milestones and release targets, and identify dependencies, assumptions, and risks up front.
  • Coordinate with peer Product Delivery Managers on cross-product dependencies, shared components, and release order.
  • Separate client-specific configuration from core product capability, and flag anything that would change product direction for the Head of Product Delivery.
  • Escalate scope, capacity, or timeline conflicts to the Head of Product Delivery with options and a recommendation.

Design & Build

  • Own execution for your assigned products and features: scope, schedule, quality, and dependencies.
  • Work with solution architects and engineering leads to turn approved requirements into functional and technical designs, and test those designs against real routing, agent workflow, telephony, recording, and reporting behavior.
  • Act as product owner for the scrum team: maintain the backlog, clarify requirements, clear roadblocks, and accept completed work against the acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain accurate delivery status and raise risks, issues, and blockers early with a recommended course of action.
  • Make the scope calls inside a release: decide what ships and what defers based on defect risk, client impact, and production readiness.

QA, UAT & Release

  • Set test scope, strategy, and entry and exit criteria with QA, and confirm coverage against the documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Run defect triage and prioritization, push fixes and retests, and track defect trends against the release date.
  • Plan and lead user acceptance testing with internal and client stakeholders and obtain UAT sign-off.
  • Own the product release plan with engineering and operations, including environment readiness, rollback, and go / no go criteria for putting the product into service.
  • Give the Head of Product Delivery a go or no go recommendation supported by test results, open defects, and known risk.
  • Support the project management organization on client deployments as the product authority, and lead the deployment directly when this team carries it.

Release & Deployment Support

  • Produce the release package the deployment teams work from: release notes, configuration and technical documentation, runbooks, and internal readiness sessions.
  • Hand the product to operations, support, and the project management organization with escalation paths, known issues, and supportability documentation.
  • Act as the product escalation point once deployments are in the field: answer design and configuration questions, and own resolution of product defects found during rollout.
  • Stay engaged through hypercare on the product side, working with operations and support until production issues and post-release fixes are closed.
  • Turn production performance, defect trends, and delivery lessons into roadmap direction and bring it back to the Head of Product Delivery, and manage delivery of enhancements, maintenance releases, and version upgrades.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on contact center technology experience across voice, email, chat, SMS, social, web, video, and mobile.
  • 5+ years in product delivery, delivery management, product ownership, or technical project management for software products.
  • Availability to work USA EST or CST working hours
  • Hands-on delivery or configuration experience on at least one major contact center platform: Genesys, NICE, Cisco, Avaya, Five9, Amazon Connect, or Twilio Flex.
  • Working knowledge of how contact center components fit together: ACD and routing, IVR and self-service, CTI and agent desktop, dialer and outbound, call recording, screen recording, quality management, workforce management, and reporting.
  • Experience with contact center integrations: CRM and ticketing, screen pop, APIs and webhooks, SIP and carrier connectivity, and reporting feeds.
  • Experience planning and executing production releases into live 24x7 customer-facing environments, including go-live, rollback, and go / no go decisions.
  • Working knowledge of QA practice: test strategy, defect triage and prioritization, release criteria, and UAT.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery, using Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment contact centers operate in, including PCI-DSS, TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, and call recording consent.
  • Prior experience reviewing and analyzing contact center solutions, and recommending design improvements and roadmap direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting to leadership and translating between business and technical audiences.
  • Sound judgment under pressure: able to weigh incomplete information and make a defensible call rather than escalate every decision.
  • Strong analytical skills and the discipline to track dependencies, defects, and commitments without losing sight of the release goal.
  • Takes accountability for delivery outcomes and product quality.
  • Effective in a fast-paced hybrid Agile environment with shifting priorities.
  • Builds durable working relationships across engineering, QA, operations, and client teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Delivery experience in a BPO or outsourced contact center environment, with multi-client and multi-site deployments.
  • Experience delivering AI and automation into a contact center: virtual agents, conversational IVR, agent assist, speech and text analytics, or intelligent routing.
  • Experience delivering CCaaS capabilities in a multi-tenant, cloud-native environment.
  • Prior time inside contact center operations, such as a supervisor or workforce role, alongside technology delivery.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSPO, CSM, SAFe, or PMP, or a platform-specific contact center certification.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Website Experience Sr. Director in our Marketing Operations area in Brazil or the US (Remote accepted)!

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations, this role owns the evolution of Wellhub’s website — from a traditionally-managed site to an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model, where AI agents increasingly handle content assembly, personalization, identity resolution, and optimization, freeing the team to focus on strategy, judgment calls, and the exceptions that matter. This is a hands-on strategic role: owning the roadmap, design, testing, data, and execution, and leading product managers, UX designers, web analytics, and developers to deliver on that vision. You’re expected to have a real point of view on where agentic AI creates leverage on a website versus where it introduces risk, and to be able to defend that point of view to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Wellhub’s website experience, driving its evolution toward an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model — where AI agents increasingly handle content assembly, personalization, and optimization.
  • Own conversion rate optimization end-to-end: define experimentation strategy, size and prioritize A/B tests, lead qualitative research and behavioral surveys, and translate results into optimization decisions.
  • Own website performance measurement and automated reporting (traffic, MQLs, sign-ups, conversions), analyzing visitor behavior through data synthesis, heat mapping, and tools like Amplitude + Looker.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape the website experience for product launches, content, campaigns, and the broader roadmap.
  • Lead the website design and UX function, including the Mantra design system and the end-to-end design-to-code operating model (Figma to Mantra to Strapi), owning the quality bar for both human- and agent-generated work.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and scale agentic AI and AI orchestration tools for the website — defining human-in-the-loop boundaries, guardrails, and escalation paths — and identify, procure, and roll out best-in-class website technology and platforms.
  • Own the site’s readiness for AI-driven discovery and personalization: architect content and information architecture for SEO, GEO/AEO, and Web MCP, lead the rollout of AI-powered personalization and predictive experimentation, and ensure conversational/AI-assisted website interactions align with the broader company AI architecture.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A seasoned digital/website leader with proven experience and ownership of a website and hands-on experience running experimentation programs.
  • Deep expertise across web tech stacks — analytics platforms, headless CMS, and web design systems — with a track record of managing them end-to-end.
  • Concrete, hands-on experience applying AI/agentic technology to marketing or web workflows (agent frameworks, AI personalization/CRO, conversational content tooling, or GEO/AEO strategy), including AI-assisted design-to-code workflows in production.
  • A clear, defensible point of view on where agentic AI creates leverage versus risk in B2B contexts, with the ability to bridge marketing, martech/engineering, and data teams on AI implementation.
  • Experience leading design and/or research functions, or credibly managing senior design ICs and design system owners, including owning a design system as shared infrastructure rather than a component library.
  • A strong cross-functional leader who thrives in matrixed, fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, balancing internal business needs with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Analytically rigorous, with strong critical thinking to translate complex AI topics into actionable insights and a sharp focus on KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • Quick to adapt to new domain contexts, AI trends, and vendor tools, with experience working across global companies and website localization.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don’t match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team. For this specific role, please note that prior experience in B2B website management and hands-on application of agentic AI/experimentation are mandatory requirements.

Product Koast.ai: Head of Product @ Koast.ai

Head of Product owns end-to-end product strategy, discovery, and PRD writing for an AI-powered Meta ads management platform, translating customer needs into engineering priorities.

Lead Remote Posted 3 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Tampa, Florida
URL: https://koast.ai

Head of Product | Contract, 20 hrs/week to start, growing into full-time | Remote (US overlapping hours) | Reports to the CEO

The short version

Koast is the AI operating layer for teams that run Meta ads at volume. Agencies, in-house media buying teams, and enterprise buyers managing 10+ ad accounts and launching 50+ ads a week use Koast to launch faster, automate optimizations off real attribution data, and see every account from one hub. The Koast Agent is the next layer: an AI that reads the account, spots what matters, and acts inside guardrails.

We are a small team shipping fast. The product is live, customers are paying, a Whop partnership just onboarded a wave of new users, and the Agent build is underway. What we do not have is one person who owns the product end to end: what gets built, why, in what order, and whether it actually landed.

That is this role. It starts at 20 hours a week on contract. If you are the right person, it becomes the full-time product seat at Koast.

What you will own

Discovery that finds the real problem. You will sit in on enterprise sales calls and onboarding sessions, run discovery with agencies and media buying teams, and figure out what they are actually trying to get done versus what they say they want. Every feature request gets mapped to a job: launching smoother, getting their team in, getting tasks done, keeping users active and growing spend inside Koast. If it does not serve a job, it does not get built.

Specs that engineering can execute without a meeting. We run a lean engineering team plus an AI-assisted dev pipeline. That only works when the ticket is unambiguous. You will write PRDs and Shortcut tickets that define the behavior, the edge cases, the data dependencies (Meta API limits, Hyros and Cometly attribution feeds, Whop account provisioning), and the acceptance criteria. If an engineer or an agent has to guess, the spec was not done.

The queue, and what is missing from it. You own the Up Next column. You will keep engineering fed so they are never blocked, and you will keep a standing view of what is discussed in Slack, support, and QA that does not yet have a ticket. Gaps are your problem before they become customer problems.

Evidence over opinion. PostHog, Intercom, session replays, rage clicks, support threads. You will run the user-behavior audit, know where people drop off in launching, and bring numbers to every prioritization argument, including the ones with the CEO.

Delivery from spec to shipped. Governance, milestones, release notes, and the customer conversation after it ships. When something breaks or slips, you are the one who says so early, not the one who explains it after.

Technical judgement in a non-deterministic product. The Koast Agent makes decisions off data that is noisy, seasonal, and shaped by Meta's learning phase. You will make product calls that respect that: what the Agent is allowed to do, what it must never do, how we measure whether an automated action was correct. Guardrails are infrastructure here, not UI. You need to understand why.

What you will do week to week

  • Run discovery sessions with prospects and customers and turn them into scoped, execution-ready PRDs.
  • Surface technical risk early: undocumented API behavior, missing data, an assumption that will not survive a real ad account.
  • Write and groom Shortcut tickets with enough detail for an engineer or Claude Code to ship without a follow-up question.
  • Partner with engineering on feasibility, sequencing, and cutting scope to what ships this week.
  • Own success metrics per feature and report on them after launch, not before.
  • Be the customer's point of contact through onboarding and rollout for enterprise accounts.
  • Write the updates: one version for the CEO, one for the customer, one for the engineer. Each one short.
  • Say "we should not build this" when the data says so.

What sets you apart

  • You have run Meta ads or sat close enough to a media buyer to know what a 2am budget change feels like. You know what Advantage+ does to a structure, why learning phase resets matter, and why "just pause the losers" is a bad automation.
  • You have shipped B2B software end to end in a small team. Not managed it from a distance. Shipped it.
  • You have worked on or with AI or ML products where the output is not deterministic and you had to define what "correct" means.
  • Senior engineers take you seriously because you read the API docs before the meeting.
  • You write tightly. Your PRDs are shorter than everyone else's and clearer.
  • You are comfortable being the only product person in the room and the one who gets blamed when the roadmap is wrong.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product management on B2B SaaS, with full-lifecycle ownership from discovery through iteration.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and the Marketing API. Agency or performance marketing background strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical fluency: you can read an API response, reason about data models, and understand why a rate limit changes the feature design.
  • Experience working with attribution or analytics data (Hyros, Cometly, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience writing specs consumed by AI coding agents is a plus. Willingness to learn it is required.
  • Comfortable in Shortcut, PostHog, Intercom, Slack, and Notion, or able to get there in a week.
  • Available 20 hours a week during US business hours, with the intent to go full-time.

How You Work

Small team, high trust, no theater. Decisions are made with numbers, written down, and revisited when the numbers change. These are the values we run on. If they sound like you, you will fit right in.

  • Mastery. "Good enough" is where you start, not where you stop. You keep sharpening the craft: tighter specs, sharper questions, cleaner calls.
  • Push the Boundaries. You take on the ambitious version of the problem. Autonomous media buying does not exist yet at the level we are building it. You want to be the one who defines it.
  • Embrace the Challenge. When a launch flow breaks for a customer at 9pm, you are in the thread, not waiting for the morning standup.
  • Responsibility. You own your commitments. If a date slips, everyone hears it from you first, with a new date attached.
  • Dedication. You dive into the hard, unglamorous problems (data gaps, undocumented API behavior, edge cases nobody wants to spec) and iterate until they are solved.
  • Collaboration. You write clearly, share what you learn, and make engineers, sales, and customers smarter for having worked with you.

Why Koast

  • Early-stage impact. You will be the first product seat. The roadmap, the spec standard, and the way this company decides what to build are yours to define.
  • AI and ads at scale. You will work on the frontier of AI-driven media buying, shaping how an agent makes real budget decisions for some of the highest-volume ad teams on Meta.
  • Growth and ownership. Start at 20 hours a week on contract. Grow into the full-time Head of Product seat, with the potential for equity.
  • Remote and flexible. Work from anywhere, on your schedule, during US hours. Just ship product that customers feel.

How to apply

Record a Loom, five minutes or less, covering these four things in order:

  1. Show us an ad account. Screen-share any Meta ad account you have or have had access to (blur what you need). Tell us the last change you made in it and why.
  2. One thing you would kill. A feature you shipped that you would remove today, and what you learned from it.
  3. One spec. Screen-share a PRD or ticket you wrote that an engineer shipped without asking a follow-up question. Walk us through how you wrote it.
  4. Where Koast fits. Sixty seconds on where a tool like Koast changes a media buyer's week, and where it does not.

Email the Loom link and your LinkedIn or resume to jobs@koast.ai with the subject line "Scale with Koast".

No cover letters. We watch the Loom first and read the resume second. Applications without the video are not reviewed.

Product Global Solutions Architect at Rubrik

Sets technical direction for cloud architecture across global customer engagements while building reference architectures and service offerings that scale the practice.

Lead Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the role

Rubrik Professional Services is hiring a Global Solutions Architect to serve as our most senior technical authority for public cloud. This is a global, individual-contributor role at Technical Director level. You will set the architectural direction for how Rubrik is designed, deployed, and operated in the world’s most demanding cloud environments — and you will carry that direction personally into our most strategic customer engagements.

You will be deployed where technical risk is highest: flagship accounts, first-of-a-kind architectures, and the engagements whose outcome sets the pattern everyone else follows. Between those engagements, you will convert what you learned into the reference architectures, service offerings, and enablement that raise the capability of every architect and consultant in the field. Your impact is measured by the quality of the practice you leave behind, not the hours you personally bill.

We are looking for depth in public cloud architecture first. Deep Rubrik product expertise is expected to be built on the job. If you have architected large-scale data, storage, or security platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and you can learn a new platform quickly and completely, we want to talk.

What you will do

Set technical direction

  • Own the global cloud architecture standard for Rubrik Professional Services — reference architectures, design patterns, guardrails, and documented anti-patterns
  • Act as the final technical escalation point for cloud architecture decisions on strategic engagements worldwide
  • Define the technical shape of our cloud service offerings: what we sell, how it is scoped, and what good delivery looks like
  • Establish Rubrik PS’s position on emerging cloud capabilities and translate them into deployment guidance before customers ask

Lead the hardest engagements

  • Own architecture and design on the most complex, highest-visibility customer engagements globally — multi-region, multi-cloud, and multi-regulator estates

Serve as trusted advisor to customer CIO, CTO, Chief Architect, and CISO stakeholders, and defend design decisions in front of customer architecture review boards

  • Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales on strategic pursuits: technical validation, level of effort, and honest risk assessment on the deals we cannot afford to get wrong
  • Lead briefings and multi-day design workshops on site and remotely

Scale yourself through the practice

  • Build the intellectual property that multiplies your reach — reference architectures, deployment automation, design templates, decision trees, and delivery accelerators
  • Mentor and technically develop Solutions Architects and senior consultants across all theatres; raise the ceiling of the practice, not just your own output
  • Define technical competency standards and enablement for cloud within Professional Services, and help set the hiring bar through technical interviews
  • Represent Rubrik Professional Services externally at conferences, customer advisory boards, and in published technical material

Influence the product

  • Act as the field’s most credible voice into Product Management and Engineering, backed by evidence from our largest deployments
  • Shape roadmap priorities, supportability, and cloud-native feature direction
  • Partner with Support and Customer Success on systemic technical issues before they become patterns
  • Work with PS Operations and leadership to turn field learning into better scoping models, estimates, and delivery methodology

What you bring

  • 15+ years overall experience, including 8+ years as a hands-on cloud architect at enterprise scale
  • Demonstrated ownership of architecture for multi-region, multi-account or multi-subscription cloud estates, in a large enterprise or a consulting / professional services organization
  • Expert-level AWS and Azure; GCP strongly preferred. Genuine depth across compute, storage, networking, identity, and encryption / key management
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data protection and cyber resilience — RTO and RPO modelling, immutability, backup and recovery design, isolated and air-gapped recovery
  • Working fluency in cloud security and compliance frameworks and how they constrain design in regulated industries
  • Strong automation background — infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep), scripting (Python, PowerShell), API-first integration, and CI/CD (Strong Automation Background)
  • A track record of influence without authority across a global, matrixed organization and multiple time zones
  • Executive-grade communication — credible with a customer’s CIO and their principal engineer on the same day
  • Evidence of building reusable technical IP, not only delivering successful projects
  • The ability to learn a complex new platform to expert depth, quickly. Prior Rubrik experience is not required
  • Occasional travel

Nice to have

  • Kubernetes and containerized workload architecture; cloud-native and managed database platforms
  • SaaS data protection experience (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and similar)
  • Prior Principal, Distinguished, or Technical Director title within a vendor professional services organization or a major systems integrator
  • Professional or expert-level certifications (AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent)
  • An established public technical presence — talks, writing, open source, or community leadership

What success looks like

  • First 90 days: Rubrik platform depth established, current cloud reference architectures assessed, and the top three gaps in our cloud delivery capability identified and evidenced
  • First 6 months: Leading architecture on at least two strategic global engagements; first published reference architecture or accelerator in field use
  • First 12 months: Recognized as the escalation point for cloud architecture across all theatres; measurable improvement in scoping accuracy and delivery consistency on cloud engagements; a named group of architects visibly stronger for your mentorship

Product Senior Product Manager at Remote

Senior PM owns the vision and roadmap for Remote's benefits administration platform, managing product strategy, migrations, and integrations across global payroll systems.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Remote

Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. With our core values at heart and future focused work culture, our team works tirelessly on ambitious problems, asynchronously, around the world. You can find Remoters working from 6 different continents (Antarctica left to go!) and all of our positions are fully remote.

With Innovation as one of the core values, we have built Automation and AI capabilities into the requirements for every role.

We encourage every member of the Remote team to bring their talents, experiences and culture to the table to help us build the best-in-class HR platform.

If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, be part of our world. Apply now and define the future of work!

What this job can offer you

Benefits at Remote is becoming the provider-agnostic, payroll-correct, compliance-monitored infrastructure layer that sits underneath every way Remote employs someone — Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO — and, increasingly, underneath any external HR system a customer brings. It stops being a standalone module people click through and becomes a layer other systems build on top of: invisible when it works, indispensable when it doesn’t.

Near term, this is a deeply integration-heavy role. You’ll take over a live, high-stakes book of work: migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration for US global payroll, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion so any customer can bring their own broker or carrier, making benefits data flowing out of clients’ own HR systems land correctly in payroll, and resolving benefit-cost data-integrity incidents that touch real employee paychecks. This is hands-in-the-data work: reconciliation logic, eligibility files, settlement thresholds, migration sequencing.

Longer term, this is a full-scope experience and unification role. As Remote consolidates fragmented, product-by-product benefits tooling into one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one source of truth, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for making benefits behave consistently everywhere — the same primitives (offers, costs, enrollment, providers, statuses) working the same way across 90+ countries and across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS-connected customers alike. You’ll also own how that layer shows up for non-human consumers — APIs and agent-facing tooling — not just for people in a UI.

This is a senior, high-autonomy role reporting into Product leadership, with regular exposure to Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based)
  • A provider-agnostic mindset: you default to ingesting a customer’s existing reality, and anticipating their future needs (their broker, their carrier, their HRIS) rather than forcing them onto a fixed set of embedded partners.
  • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required. You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes, not just write specs.
  • Comfort designing for systems as well as humans — you think in APIs and agent-facing tooling, not just dashboards, and can justify a feature by whether it makes a pay run more correct or compliant, not just whether it “feels complete.”
  • Judgment to make both strategic calls (what to consolidate, what to prioritize, what to explicitly stop doing) and tactical ones (scope of a given integration) under real deadline pressure.
  • Excellent async written communication — you’ll drive alignment across Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal without relying on meetings.
  • Bonus: Experience negotiating or managing commercial partnerships, not just technical integrations, as well as experience in related domains benefits, HR technology, payroll, insurance technology, or fintech

Nice to have

  • Strong technical fluency: you can read a data-mapping spec, reason about sync and reconciliation logic, and hold your own in a design conversation with engineers about idempotency, settlement thresholds, or migration sequencing.

Key responsibilities

Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy — near-term integrations, long-term unification

  • Drive the roadmap for how Remote connects to carriers, third-party administrators, benefits administration platforms, and customers’ own HR systems — deciding where we build deeper integrations, where we consolidate, and where we offboard partners that no longer fit.
  • Own the longer-term shift from fragmented, product-specific benefits tooling toward one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one consistent experience across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO.
  • Break strategy into a roadmap that’s legible to engineering, operations, and leadership, and keep every investment tied to one bar: does it make a pay run more correct, keep Remote compliant, or help win or retain a customer.

Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery

  • Drive initiatives such as migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion (bring-your-own-broker), and making benefits data from clients’ HR systems land correctly in payroll — from design through go-live.
  • Own test planning, end-to-end validation, and go-live readiness for these migrations, partnering closely with engineering.
  • Run the standard process for activating new countries and partners end to end: requirements, integration, carrier onboarding, and rollout.
  • Enable sales and implementation on benefits processing and set up - via AI tools to support workflows and code-connected agents to verify provider availability, system behavior and expected outcomes.

Build a seamless benefits experience across products

  • Own the vision for consistent benefits behavior across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO, and for customers who bring their own HR system, so cost, eligibility, and enrollment data flow the same way regardless of employment model or where the data originates.
  • Push proactive, systematic compliance monitoring as a real product surface rather than something discovered when a regulator or customer flags it.
  • Identify and close the gaps that today force teams or customers to reconcile benefits data manually across products.

Own data integrity across partner integrations

  • Be the escalation point for benefit-cost data incidents (e.g. under-collection, discrepancies between offer and payroll), driving root-cause analysis, remediation, and durable fixes rather than one-off patches.
  • Champion systemic tooling — discrepancy reporting, unmapped-cost alerting, reconciliation infrastructure — so issues surface before they hit employees or payroll.

Manage the partner portfolio

  • Own the full lifecycle of benefits partners: sourcing and evaluation, technical integration, performance monitoring, and offboarding when a partnership is sunset.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team on commercial terms and represent Product as the technical subject-matter expert with carriers and platforms.

Communicate and align

  • Evangelize the roadmap and process changes across Product, Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, and Partnerships.
  • Lead by example on asynchronous, transparent collaboration.
