  • Contribute to scalable content frameworks, patterns, and standards that help create clear, consistent, and trustworthy personalized experiences.

  • Help create transparent, user-centered experiences by using language to explain why people are seeing content and how they can shape their experience.

  • Explore and apply emerging AI tools and prompting approaches across the content design process (from discovery and concepting through evaluation and iteration) to improve decision quality, craft, and efficiency while applying strong content design judgment and user-centered thinking.

  • Contribute to the broader Content Design practice by sharing learnings, evolving team best practices, and strengthening how we approach personalization at Pinterest.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in user-focused product content design, ideally with experience designing complex, data-informed, or personalized experiences.

  • A Content Designer who goes beyond the string to help shape the content approach for a feature or experience.

  • A collaborative partner who works effectively with cross-functional teams and brings a content design perspective grounded in user needs, clarity, and design principles.

  • A portfolio demonstrating experience solving product problems through language, content strategy, and collaboration.

  • A learner and builder mindset, with curiosity and willingness to explore emerging AI capabilities and apply them appropriately to content design workflows and product experiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience.

What this role involves

About SecurityScorecard:

SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, with over 12 million companies continuously rated, operating in 64 countries. Founded in 2013 by security and risk experts Dr. Alex Yampolskiy and Sam Kassoumeh and funded by world-class investors, SecurityScorecard’s patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting; making all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint.

Headquartered in New York City, our culture has been recognized by Inc Magazine as a “Best Workplace,” by Crain’s NY as a “Best Places to Work in NYC,” and as one of the 10 hottest SaaS startups in New York for two years in a row. Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Company’s annual list of theWorld’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023 award recognizing “forward-thinking employers for their unwavering commitment to employee engagement.”  SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moody’s, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly technical Staff Product Designer to join our Product Design team at SecurityScorecard. In this role, you will design complex AI-powered cyber risk workflows touching on third-party risk assessments, automated security questionnaires, and continuous monitoring. You possess deep expertise in B2B SaaS user experience paradigms, such as dense data, complex permissioning, and multi-tenant workflows. You have deep experience leveraging AI in all phases of your design process, including grounding your prototypes directly in our codebase and design system rather than generating disconnected concepts, and you’re comfortable building and scrapping fast rather than getting attached to a single direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Master high-complexity workflows. Own the end-to-end design of deeply technical AI-enabled workflows, including third-party vendor risk assessments, automated security questionnaires, and continuous monitoring.
  • Ground decisions in evidence. Run usability tests, synthesize behavioral and product analytics (e.g., FullStory, Pendo), and fold research findings into your design iterations.
  • Design for enterprise constraints. Systematically design for complex B2B paradigms, including role-based access control, multi-tenant environments, and complex data-filtering mechanisms, treating these as design material rather than obstacles.
  • Bridge design and code with AI prototyping. Work directly against our codebase and design system, using Claude to produce interactive prototypes that are anchored in how our product actually works, not invented from scratch. Communicate design intent through prompting.
  • Work AI-native across your design process. Leverage AI to synthesize research, rapidly visualize concepts, explore edge cases, and validate functional prototypes to compress iteration cycles without lowering the craft bar.
  • Strengthen our design system. Contribute to our design system to ensure durable patterns and machine readability for AI prototyping at scale, with accessibility as a default (WCAG 2.2).
  • Build designer confidence with AI. Raise the product design team’s AI fluency through collaborative prototyping workshops and shared AI prototyping techniques to elevate the team’s collective technical skillsets.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Work alongside Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous briefs into defensible solutions, and push back with evidence when the brief is wrong.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 3+ years designing B2B SaaS experiences in a platform environment. B2C design background does not translate to this role.
  • A proven portfolio demonstrating strong handling of high-complexity UI challenges, such as multi-dimensional data, analytics dashboarding, permissions management, or deep system nesting, plus a track record of turning ambiguous problems into shipped work without heavy oversight.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI in your own design practice, including prompting AI tooling such as Claude to build interactive prototypes in code that are grounded in an existing codebase and design system. Be prepared to show what you built, how you prompted it, and what it changed about the outcome. General familiarity with AI tools is not sufficient; we’re looking for real practitioner experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Strong fluency with Figma and related AI-assisted design tooling.
  • A clear understanding of cognitive load, decision-making frameworks, and how to design interfaces that reduce user error in high-stakes security environments.
  • Hands-on experience integrating usability testing, product analytics, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) into your process by default.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cybersecurity, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • Experience designing AI-enabled features that earn user trust, fail gracefully when the model is wrong, and keep users in control of the outcome.
  • Hands-on front-end capability beyond prototyping. You have written HTML, CSS, and component code that shipped, and you can contribute to a design system in the repo, not just in Figma.

Who You Are

Our product design team has a unique fabric, and we hire for it deliberately.

  • You push yourself to do your best work. You hold a high craft bar and you’re motivated by getting things right, not just getting them done.
  • You have a growth mindset. You actively seek out feedback and incorporate it, and understand how to give feedback.
  • You care about the people around you. You’re committed to elevating your teammates. We don’t hire for a “rockstar” mentality; we hire people who make the whole team better.
  • You lead with humility. You’re confident in your craft and secure enough to stay open, curious, and collaborative.
  • You are someone that moves fast between prototypes, continually iterating using AI to validate your ideas.

Benefits:

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.

Design Staff Product Designer at SecurityScorecard

Staff Product Designer owns end-to-end design of complex AI-powered B2B SaaS workflows for cybersecurity risk management, grounding decisions in research and analytics.

Lead Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

SecurityScorecard is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and embraces diversity. We believe that our team is strengthened through hiring and retaining employees with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, ideas, and perspectives. We make hiring decisions based on merit and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex or gender (including pregnancy) gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, age, marital, veteran, disability status or any other protected category in accordance with applicable law.

We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, in accordance with applicable law. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability, please contact talentacquisitionoperations@securityscorecard.io.

Any information you submit to SecurityScorecard as part of your application will be processed in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy and applicable law.

SecurityScorecard does not accept unsolicited resumes from employment agencies.  Please note that we do not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.   #LI-DNI

Design Freelance Marketing Designer, Web at PolicyMe

Marketing designer creates polished web experiences, designs landing pages in Figma, manages Webflow CMS, and maintains design systems for a Canadian insurance startup.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Overview of the role:

Note there is also a full time opening available, that a freelancer could look to move into if interested.

PolicyMe is building a simpler, more affordable insurance experience for Canadian families. Our website is where customers learn, build trust, and take the next step toward coverage. We’re hiring a freelance Marketing Designer, Web to raise the visual quality of that experience. You’ll design, improve, and maintain our marketing site built using Webflow; turn Growth briefs into polished, component-led pages; and own quality through launch. Most of your work will be web and CMS-based, with select opportunities to support campaign creative, slides, ads, email UI, and other brand assets.

This is not a product-design, UX-research, or front-end developer role. We need a strong visual designer with exceptional judgment in typography, hierarchy, layout, responsive design, and the details that make a page feel considered. You don’t need to be a Webflow expert on day one: CMS fluency, good technical judgment, and an appetite to learn matter more.

What you’ll be doing:

Design and ship great marketing web experiences

  • Turn Growth and Content briefs into polished Figma designs for landing pages, product pages, editorial hubs, and campaigns.
  • Build clear, conversion-aware, accessible, and responsive layouts using our design system and existing components.
  • Design new components when needed, extending our design system in a cohesive, reusable way.
  • Improve the marketing site’s everyday surfaces, including navigation, templates, content modules, and EN/FR experiences (French language is not required) with the same care as major launches.
  • Bring a point of view to how PolicyMe shows up visually. As a startup, you’ll have meaningful input into the evolution of our web and marketing design identity, in partnership with Growth and Design leadership.

Own CMS quality and publishing

  • Learn and use our CMS and Webflow environment to build, update, and publish pages.
  • Own pre- and post-launch quality: responsive checks, visual QA, content and link validation, localization review, and clear resolution of inconsistencies.
  • Maintain and improve reusable Figma and CMS components, templates, and guardrails so the team can ship faster without compromising quality.

Lead implementation with development agencies

  • Create complete handoffs for Webflow/development partners, covering interaction states, edge cases, annotations, and walkthroughs.
  • Manage design feedback through implementation and ensure launched work matches the intended experience.
  • Coordinate with Growth, Content, Design, and Engineering to clarify scope, surface dependencies, and keep projects moving.

Be involved in Growth’s broader creative work

  • Support selected needs across campaign creative, ads, slide templates, email UI, illustrations, and other marketing assets.
  • Use AI design tools—including Claude Design—to explore quickly, create wireframes and variations, and improve production speed, while applying strong human judgment to every final output.

What we are looking for:

Need to have’s:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, web, brand, or related digital design. Exceptional portfolios matter more than an exact number of years.
  • A portfolio made up of highly polished marketing websites or landing pages, plus evidence of breadth across formats such as campaign work, motion, illustration, presentations, ads, or email.
  • Excellent Figma skills and a sharp eye for typography, spacing, composition, hierarchy, image selection, and responsive behaviour.
  • Experience in a CMS or no-code/low-code site builder. Webflow experience is welcome, not required.
  • The ability to work within and thoughtfully extend an existing component system—not simply make one-off pages.
  • A meticulous, reliable approach to quality and a willingness to own both high-visibility launches and routine CMS/site-maintenance work.
  • Clear communication: you can write useful specs, give developers actionable feedback, and work effectively with non-design partners.
  • Comfort juggling concurrent requests, making practical trade-offs, and using AI tools to increase speed without lowering the craft bar.

Nice to have’s:

  • Webflow experience, including CMS collections, global components, slots and variables, responsive page building, or publishing workflows.
  • Basic HTML/CSS literacy.
  • Experience briefing, reviewing, or QAing agency or freelance developer work.
  • Experience in a high-trust, regulated, consumer-facing, or content-heavy business.
  • Familiarity with accessibility, localization, SEO-aware content templates, or conversion-oriented web design.

Why join us:

  • Generous PTO - 20 vacation days
  • A comprehensive benefits plan with premiums paid in full by PolicyMe
  • Investment in your professional development, including an L&D budget, AI tooling budget, performance reviews twice a year and ongoing feedback to ensure you reach your highest potential
  • An extremely high performing, low-ego, remote-first team that is truly disrupting an old industry
  • Option to work from home or our Toronto-based office (bonus: we cover the costs to bring all our employees in-person twice a year for experiential socials!)
  • Access to stock options based on performance

About PolicyMe:

At PolicyMe, we are Canada’s leading digital insurance solution, offering straightforward and affordable financial protection for families from coast to coast. • Job Vacancy: This role reflects growth in our team and expanded operational scope. We’re hiring to support increasing demand and continue delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Commitment to Equal Opportunity: PolicyMe is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and provide fair consideration regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
  • Accessibility Statement: We are committed to providing an accessible hiring experience. If you require accommodations during the application process, please indicate this in the “Additional Information” section of your application.

We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

  • Compensation: The total target cash compensation for this role is $95,000–$115,000 CAD, based on experience. We’ll walk through the details together during the interview.

Design Director of Product Design at EvenUp

Lead and mentor a team of product designers while driving hands-on design work on AI-powered legal tech products and design systems.

Lead Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to help shape the future of EvenUp’s product design practice. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll lead a small team of embedded product designers while also contributing hands-on to high-impact projects. This is a true player-coach role, with about half your time spent mentoring and growing the team and the other half leading design for strategic initiatives in close partnership with engineering, product, and AI.

This role offers broad scope and strategic influence across a modular, fast-evolving platform. You’ll support work spanning AI tools and workflow infrastructure, helping to architect cohesive, user-centered experiences in a technically complex space. It’s an opportunity to shape foundational design systems, build team culture, and make a lasting impact on the legal tech ecosystem we’re helping to define.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs in San Francisco or Toronto.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support a team of 4+ product designers, investing in their growth, performance, and career development.

  • Drive hiring for open roles on your team, partnering with recruiting and design leadership to scale our design practice.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to define strategy, scope product opportunities, and ship high-quality solutions.

  • Balance management responsibilities with hands-on design work—taking ownership of critical projects that contribute directly to business goals.

  • Champion design excellence and foster a collaborative, feedback-rich design culture grounded in user-centered thinking and high standards of execution.

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of experience in software product design

  • 5+ years of experience in managing other designers.

  • A track record of designing impactful B2B workflow tools for complex, specialized users—experience with internal tooling and/or AI interfaces is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to lead and scale a team, including hiring and developing talent.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and ship high-quality work at speed.

Benefits & Perks:

As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.

  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.

  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.

  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.

  • A home office stipend.

  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.

  • Paid parental leave.

  • A local in-person meet-up program.

  • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.

(Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees)

Notice to Candidates:

To ensure fairness and proper consideration, we do not accept resumes or expressions of interest via email or social media messages. If you’re interested in a role, please submit your application directly through our careers page .

Please note that EvenUp may use AI notetakers and other recording devices in the recruiting process. If you interview with us, with your consent, we may record your conversations and summarize them into notes for internal use. Recording is optional, and declining will not affect your candidacy.

EvenUp is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to diversity and inclusion in our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Design Happyco: Senior Product Designer, Mobile Experience

Senior Product Designer owns mobile workflow design for property inspection and maintenance teams, working cross-functionally with product and engineering to define experience strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote (AU)

HappyCo is a company where people can grow their careers and work with like minded people, with no egos or politics. HappyCo is values driven and offers a flexible, supportive culture. Join HappyCo and Make Work Happy!

Sitting within HappyCo’s mobile product team, the Senior Product Designer, Mobile Experience focuses on the tools frontline property teams use every day to conduct inspections, complete preventive maintenance, resolve work orders, and capture high‑quality property data directly from the field. These experiences must work under pressure, in poor connectivity, and with little tolerance for friction.
You will own complex mobile workflows end to end — from discovery through delivery and beyond launch — working as part of a product triad alongside the team’s Product Manager and Engineering Lead. Together, you will help define the team’s roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs in alignment with company goals, product strategy, and long-term vision. Within this triad, you will be responsible for shaping how emerging technologies, particularly AI‑powered experiences, reduce effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate outcomes for frontline users and the businesses they support. The work requires high autonomy, speed, and a willingness to break down silos across product areas to deliver cohesive, scalable experiences.
The role suits a designer who demonstrates high‑impact judgment and broad ownership, operating independently regardless of title or formal level. It calls for comfort with experimentation, thoughtful use of AI to increase both user value and internal efficiency, and a day‑to‑day commitment to customer obsession.
With direct access to thousands of daily mobile users, success depends on turning customer exposure into visible, actionable insight and regularly sharing patterns and outcomes with teams across HappyCo to inform decisions beyond the mobile surface.

What You'll Do | Design Ownership & Impact

    • Own and evolve core mobile workflows used daily by maintenance and property teams in the field.
    • Co-author and articulate a clear mobile product experience vision in partnership with Product Management and Design Leadership, and act as a long-term champion for that vision as the product evolves.
    • Design for real-world constraints: offline usage, unreliable connectivity, performance limitations, device variability, and speed under pressure.
    • Identify and drive improvements across product boundaries, not just within a single product team or feature.
    • Translate complex operational problems into simple, resilient, mobile-first solutions.

What You'll Do | Customer Obsession

    • Develop a deep understanding of how maintenance technicians, asset managers, and property managers actually work, rather than how we assume they work.
    • Run timely, pragmatic research including interviews, usability testing, and lightweight validation loops.
    • Bring real customer context, such as quotes, workflows, edge cases, and observed behaviours, into everyday product discussions.
    • Balance customer needs with business goals, technical constraints, and operational realities.
    • Challenge solutions that are technically impressive or user-friendly in isolation but misaligned with business outcomes or strategic priorities.

What You'll Do | Design Execution & Speed

    • Design, prototype, test, and iterate quickly using high-fidelity mobile prototypes.
    • Leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, validation, synthesis, and delivery as part of your daily workflow.
    • Balance speed with judgment, delivering work that is high quality, scalable, and grounded in evidence.
    • Deliver meaningful customer-facing improvements within your first month.

What You'll Do | Product Signals & Insight

    • Own the design perspective on mobile product instrumentation, ensuring key workflows are measurable and observable.
    • Partner with Product and Engineering to define meaningful mobile UX metrics (e.g. task completion, time-on-task, drop-offs, retries, adoption).
    • Regularly monitor and analyze product usage data to identify patterns, friction points, and emerging behaviours.
    • Translate insights into clear hypotheses and concrete design actions.
    • Validate whether shipped changes improve outcomes and iterate based on evidence.

What You'll Do | Making Customer Insight Visible

    • Regularly synthesize and share customer insights from mobile usage data, research, and field feedback with the design team, product partners, and the wider organization.
    • Surface patterns and themes, not just isolated findings, to keep teams grounded in real customer needs.
    • Act as a strong, evidence-backed voice for the customer in cross-functional conversations.
    • Create lightweight, repeatable ways for teams to stay close to mobile customers, even when they are not directly involved in the work.
    • Use insights to influence priorities and follow-up actions.

What You'll Do | Collaboration, Craft & Culture

    • Partner closely with Product Managers and Mobile Engineers to define scope, navigate trade-offs, and deliver outcomes.
    • Work closely with Design Leadership to shape and evolve the mobile product experience vision, aligning day-to-day execution with longer-term direction.
    • Bring clarity to ambiguity and momentum to complex or stalled problem spaces.
    • Contribute to and strengthen HappyCo’s mobile design system, based on Material 3 and extended through a custom HappyCo theme.
    • Participate actively in Product Design team critiques and formal UX reviews, offering and receiving direct, high-signal feedback.
    • Help raise the bar for design quality, speed, and customer focus across the team.

What You Bring

    • Typically 8–10+ years of experience in product design, or equivalent demonstrated impact owning complex, real-world products.
    • Strong product instincts and high personal standards for quality, outcomes, and pace.
    • Proven experience owning end-to-end mobile product design in complex, real-world environments.
    • A portfolio that demonstrates depth of thinking, clear problem framing, and measurable impact.
    • Comfort operating with ambiguity and taking initiative without waiting for permission.
    • A demonstrated habit of monitoring your work after launch and acting on what you learn.
    • Ability to plan and run lightweight user research independently, including interviews, usability testing, and rapid feedback loops.
    • Good judgment around when to go deep on research vs when fast validation is sufficient, balancing rigor with pace, and familiarity with using research platforms (e.g. Great Question or similar) to manage recruitment, insights, and follow-up.
    • Strong business and product acumen, with the ability to weigh customer value against business impact, delivery cost, and strategic trade-offs.
    • Comfort engaging in technical discussions, reading code when helpful, and collaborating closely with engineers on feasibility and implementation details.
    • Willingness to collaborate across time zones (Australia & North America), including regular early morning starts to meaningfully connect with customers and colleagues during shared working hours.

Strongly Valued

    • Experience designing B2B or operational mobile products (e.g. field tools, logistics, inspections, healthcare, fintech).
    • A track record of breaking silos and influencing outcomes beyond your immediate scope.
    • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make, or similar) to accelerate design, prototyping, research synthesis, and insight generation.
    • Familiarity with mobile platform constraints (Flutter, iOS / Android patterns, performance, accessibility).
    • Experience working closely with engineers, including willingness to dive into implementation details or code when useful.
    • Exposure to analytics or adoption tooling (e.g. Gainsight, Adora or similar) and using data to guide iteration.
    • Strong synthesis and communication skills, with the ability to make insights visible and actionable for different audiences.
