Marketing designer creates and maintains web experiences for insurance company's site, designing landing pages in Figma, managing Webflow CMS, and ensuring quality through launch.
PolicyMe is building a simpler, more affordable insurance experience for Canadian families. Our website is where customers learn, build trust, and take the next step toward coverage. We’re hiring a Marketing Designer, Web to raise the visual quality of that experience. You’ll design, improve, and maintain our marketing site built using Webflow; turn Growth briefs into polished, component-led pages; and own quality through launch. Most of your work will be web and CMS-based, with select opportunities to support campaign creative, slides, ads, email UI, and other brand assets.
This is not a product-design, UX-research, or front-end developer role. We need a strong visual designer with exceptional judgment in typography, hierarchy, layout, responsive design, and the details that make a page feel considered. You don’t need to be a Webflow expert on day one: CMS fluency, good technical judgment, and an appetite to learn matter more.

What we look for:
10+ years of experience in software product design
5+ years of experience in managing other designers.
A track record of designing impactful B2B workflow tools for complex, specialized users—experience with internal tooling and/or AI interfaces is a strong plus.
Proven ability to lead and scale a team, including hiring and developing talent.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and ship high-quality work at speed.

A home office stipend.
401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.
Paid parental leave.
A local in-person meet-up program.
Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.
(Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees)
